What WisunoFX legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by WisunoFX itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Wisuno's website offers you up to $1,000,000 in extra client protection. Its own risk disclosure says no statutory compensation arrangement protects you in any event. The client agreement lets Wisuno take ownership of your margin, refuse a withdrawal it decides may not be legitimate, and void trades it believes were abusive. Every fees column says No Fees while clauses 18(f) and 18(h) deduct charges on the way in and on the way out.

The numbers in this contractFigures taken from this broker's own clauses, so the labels differ from broker to broker. The four in the panel above are the same on every report.

2 of these 4 figures come from a clause we rate critical, which means it can take your money or your profit rather than only delay it.

What the documents say

17 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from WisunoFX's own files

01

Wisuno's about page offers you up to $1,000,000 in extra client protection. Its own risk disclosure says you are not protected by any statutory compensation arrangement, in any event.

Why this matters

If the company fails, no scheme pays you back. No document names an insurer, a fund or a scheme behind that figure, so it rests on the company that owes you the money.

Exhibit 1CriticalHarder than usual$1000000

Every Customer should deal with the Company at their own risks and shall not be protected by any statutory compensation arrangements in any event whatsoever.
Quoted in Risk Disclosure Policy, p.2
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC belong to a statutory compensation scheme that pays retail clients when the firm fails, and they have to say so clearly. This risk disclosure says the opposite: you deal at your own risk and no statutory compensation arrangement protects you.

WisunoFX is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

02

Your margin stops being your money while it sits in the account. Clause 18(d) lets Wisuno take ownership of it, keep it as security, and use it, treating what it owes you as a debt.

Why this matters

A debt ranks behind client money if the company fails. The same section promises that Wisuno will never use client money at any time, so the two halves of clause 18 do not agree.

Exhibit 2CriticalRarely seen

the margin will be considered as debt due by the Company to the client and not as client money, therefore it could be used by the Company subject to the repayment obligation.
Clause 18(d) in Client Agreement, p.16
Read from the broker's site on Archived copyOpen the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must hold a retail client's money as client money and may not take ownership of it as collateral. This clause lets Wisuno take ownership of your margin and treat it as a debt it owes you.

WisunoFX is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingTransferring title to collateral is a wholesale lending device. Pointed at a retail trading account, it turns protected client money into an unsecured claim on an offshore company, which is why the clause sits beside a promise that client money is never used.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 1The website sells segregated custody while the contract converts the same money into a debt, and no compensation scheme stands behind the debt.
03

Wisuno can reject your withdrawal if it decides the request may not be legitimate, under clause 18(p). The clause sets no test, no appeal and no deadline.

Why this matters

Your exit depends on Wisuno agreeing to it. No clause in the agreement promises a payout date, and clause 18(i) lets Wisuno decline the method you asked for and offer you another one.

Exhibit 3CriticalHarder than usual

In addition, the Company reserves the right to reject such a request if it deems that this may not be legitimate. The client accepts that under such circumstances there may be a delay in processing the request.
Clause 18(p) in Client Agreement, p.17
Read from the broker's site on Archived copyOpen the reference
  • Worse together with Exhibit 6The same-method rule decides how your money leaves and the same clause deducts the transfer charges from it.
04

You get one business day to object in writing to a trade confirmation. After that, clause 9(g) makes the confirmation conclusive and binding on you.

Why this matters

A pricing problem you notice on day three is already agreed, as far as this contract is concerned. The clock runs from when the confirmation reaches you, not from when you spot the problem.

Exhibit 7CriticalHarder than usual1 working days

The content of our conÞrmations will, in the absence of a material error, be deemed conclusive and binding on you unless you object in writing to us within one Business Day of receipt of such conÞrmation.
Clause 9(g) in Client Agreement, p.11
Read from the broker's site on Archived copyOpen the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must investigate a retail complaint on its merits and point the client to an independent complaints body. This clause treats a trade as accepted after one business day of silence.

WisunoFX is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 8The window closes in one business day, and the policy promising to repay you for a trade error is overridden by the agreement that holds the window.
05

If Wisuno believes your trading came from abusive practices, clause 15(d) lets it void those trades with no notice. Everything you received from them has to be paid straight back.

Why this matters

Nothing in the agreement defines abusive practices, so the test is what Wisuno believes. Clause 7(l) also lets it close any position at its sole discretion, without telling you first.

Exhibit 9CriticalHarder than usual

We reserve the right to void and / or amend the terms of any transactions which we believe stems from the use of abusive practices / strategies without providing any prior notice.
Clause 15(d) in Client Agreement, p.14
Read from the broker's site on Archived copyOpen the reference
  • Worse together with Exhibit 3Trades can be unwound on belief alone, and the withdrawal that would have taken the money out can be refused while that belief is tested.
06

Every fees column on Wisuno's deposit and withdrawal page says No Fees. Clause 18(f) credits your deposit after transfer fees and charges are taken off, and clause 18(h) takes them off again when you withdraw.

Why this matters

You cannot work out what a transfer costs you before you make it. Clause 19(c) also lets Wisuno change any charge without telling you first, and the charges live on the website rather than in the contract.

Exhibit 6WarningHarder than usual

The client accepts that the funds shall be deposited in his/ her vault on the value date received by the Institution, net of any transfer fees or other charges incurred by the Company that are imposed by the Institution (or intermediary involved in the process) that holds the funds.
Clause 18(f) in Client Agreement, p.16
Read from the broker's site on Archived copyOpen the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must show a retail client the costs and charges of a service before they trade. This contract keeps the charges on the website and deducts them from both ends of a transfer.

WisunoFX is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

The protection sold on the website is ruled out in the documents

Wisuno's about page offers up to $1,000,000 in additional client protection. Its own risk disclosure says no statutory compensation arrangement protects you, in any event. The same page sells three regulators, and the company you contract with holds one licence. Wisuno markets in twelve languages and contracts in English only.

Safety claims1 clause flagged

Wisuno markets in twelve languages, including Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Korean, Arabic and Russian. Every legal document is English only, and clause 2(c) makes English the official language of the company.

Why this matters

You are sold to in your own language and bound in another. Clause 29(d) also makes you responsible for what your own country allows, which the translated pages never raise.

Exhibit 15WarningHarder than usual

The client acknowledges that the CompanyÕs ofÞcial language is the English language.

Getting money out depends on what Wisuno decides is legitimate

Clause 18(p) lets Wisuno reject a withdrawal request it decides may not be legitimate. No clause in the agreement sets a payout deadline, while the website advertises withdrawals within 24 hours. Clause 18(d) lets Wisuno take ownership of your margin, and clause 18(k) can push the balance below zero.

Your money2 clauses flagged

A payment provider can pull a deposit back for any reason, and clause 18(k) then makes Wisuno take the same amount out of your account at once. The clause says this can leave your balance below zero.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

You can end up owing Wisuno money you never lost on a trade. Clause 13(a) then lets Wisuno set that debt off against anything else you hold with it, at any time, without notice to you.

Exhibit 4WarningHarder than usual

The client accepts that the Institution may reverse any part of the funds, for any reason; as a result, the Company shall immediately reverse the respective amount from the trading account net of any transfer fees or other charges incurred by the Company, using the same transfer method as the one through which it originally received the funds. The client accepts that this may result to a negative balance in the trading account.
Clause 18(k) in Client Agreement, p.16
Read from the broker's site on Archived copyOpen the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give retail clients negative balance protection, so a loss cannot take the account below zero. Nothing in these documents gives you that, and the published leverage table reaches 1:2000.

WisunoFX is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

One clause promises your balance back, and it covers one route. Clause 24(f) pays you out when you end the agreement after an amendment, which is the right clause 24(a) gives you.

Why this matters

If Wisuno ends the agreement instead, no clause promises you an immediate transfer of what is left. Clause 24(b) needs only 7 business days of notice, and a breach of any part of the agreement means no notice at all.

Exhibit 5WarningHarder than usual7 working days

Upon termination of the Service Agreement under paragraph 24(a), above, the Company shall immediately transfer to the client any amount available in the relevant trading account minus any outstanding amount that is due to Company by the client.

Trades Wisuno believes were abusive can be unwound and the money reclaimed

Clause 15(d) lets Wisuno void any transaction it believes came from abusive practices, with no notice and no definition of the term. Everything you received from those trades must be paid straight back. Partners face the same mechanism: clause 20.4 voids commissions already earned.

Voided trades1 clause flagged

Wisuno's partner page promises lifetime rebates paid out daily. Clause 20.4 of the introducing broker agreement voids every commission you have earned but not withdrawn if Wisuno ends the deal for cause.

Why this matters

Earnings you can see in your partner wallet can reach you as nothing. The grounds in clause 19.1 include acting in a way Wisuno considers harmful to its interests, and clause 20.2 holds your commissions for 30 days.

Exhibit 10WarningHarder than usual30 days

If we terminate these Terms under Section 19, your entitlement to any accrued but unpaid commissions will be voided, and those commissions will not be paid to you.

A 50% welcome bonus with no bonus terms anywhere

Wisuno advertises a 50% welcome bonus: deposit $1,000 and trade with $1,500. None of its ten legal documents mentions a bonus. Clause 3(b) says the client agreement overrides any other statement Wisuno makes, and Wisuno alone decides when it does not.

Bonus credit1 clause flagged

Wisuno advertises a 50% welcome bonus: deposit $1,000 and trade with $1,500. No bonus terms appear in any of the legal documents it publishes.

Why this matters

Nothing published tells you what happens to the bonus credit, or to profit made with it, when you withdraw. Clause 3(b) says the client agreement overrides any other statement Wisuno makes.

Exhibit 17WarningHarder than usual50%

Wisuno can rewrite the agreement without your consent

Clause 23 makes an amendment effective immediately, and your consent is not required. You get 15 business days to leave, and only with no open positions and nothing owed. Continued use of the service counts as acceptance under clause 1(e).

Changing the deal1 clause flagged

Wisuno can change any part of the agreement, and clause 23 says your consent is not required for the change to take effect immediately. Notice can be a post on its website.

Why this matters

The terms you agreed to can be different tomorrow. You get 15 business days to walk away, and only if you hold no open positions and owe Wisuno nothing.

One business day to object, then the trade is binding

Clause 9(g) makes a trade confirmation conclusive and binding unless you object in writing within one business day. Clause 3(b) lets the client agreement override every other statement Wisuno makes. That includes the best execution policy, which promises to repay a client in full for a trade error.

Challenging a trade1 clause flagged

Wisuno's best execution policy promises to repay a client in full for a trade error. Clause 3(b) lets the client agreement override that promise, and Wisuno alone decides when it does not.

Why this matters

A promise in a policy document is not something you can hold Wisuno to. Its best execution policy claims a duty to put your interests first, and clause 7(m) of the agreement you sign denies any such duty.

Exhibit 8WarningHarder than usual

The Client Agreement is non-negotiable and overrides any other agreements, arrangements, express or implied statements made by the Company unless the Company, in its sole discretion, determines that the context requires otherwise.

Wisuno can investigate your finances and owes you nothing for the delay

Section 6 has you authorise Wisuno and its agents to investigate your identity, credit standing and past investment activity. It also holds Wisuno harmless for any loss caused by a delay while a requested document is outstanding. Adverse media reports about you are enough for Wisuno to end the relationship.

Open-ended checks1 clause flagged

Section 6 has you authorise Wisuno and its agents to investigate your identity, your credit standing and your past investment activity. They can approach your banks and brokers whenever they think it necessary.

Why this matters

You carry the cost of any delay. The same section holds Wisuno harmless for a loss caused by a late or failed transaction while a document it asked for is outstanding.

Exhibit 13WarningHarder than usual

You hereby further authorize us or any of our agent(s) to investigate your identity, credit standing and/or any current and past investment activity, and in connection with such investigations, to contact such banks, brokers and other related party as we shall deem appropriate and necessary.

Wisuno is the only execution venue and calls it a non-regulated market

Clause 7(g) makes Wisuno the only execution venue, on what the contract itself calls a non-regulated market. Clause 1(d) says Wisuno also deals on its own account. Its best execution policy claims there is no dealing desk and no human intervention, while its own order steps route orders to a dealing department.

Who you trade against1 clause flagged

Wisuno sits on the other side of your trade. Clause 7(g) makes it the only execution venue, on what the contract calls a non-regulated market, and clause 1(d) has it dealing on its own account.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Liquidity providers are outside banks and brokers.

Why this matters

Your profit is Wisuno's loss on the same trade. Its best execution policy says there is no dealing desk and no human intervention, while its own order flow steps route your order to a dealing department.

An account under USD 15 can be closed, six months idle can disable it

Clause 18(n) lets Wisuno close any account holding less than USD 15, with no waiting period in the clause. Clause 29(k) adds that six months without a trade, plus a balance under USD 15, lets Wisuno disable the account. Wisuno charges no dormancy fee, and you can re-enable the account yourself.

In plain words

Dormancy means an account left unused.

Small balances1 clause flagged

An account holding less than USD 15 can be closed under clause 18(n), and the clause sets no waiting period. Six months without a trade, plus a balance under USD 15, lets Wisuno disable the account.

Who the contract is with

WISUNO LIMITED

You contract with WISUNO LIMITED, licence SD178 from the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles, company number 8434972-1. Wisuno settles this itself in its site footer: WISUNO LIMITED is the seller of the financial products on the website, and the website is exclusively operated by WISUNO LIMITED. The CySEC licence CIF 450/24 belongs to WSN Capital Ltd and the UAE licence to WISUNO Financial Services LLC, both different companies. The client agreement then adds that the company is incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius and puts every dispute in Mauritius courts, while its introducing broker agreement uses Seychelles law.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

The complaints policy is the strongest document in the set. Wisuno commits to acknowledge a complaint within 5 working days, reply in full within 21, and resolve it within 30. It names the Seychelles Ombudsman, with address, telephone and website, if you are still unhappy. Ten legal documents sit on one page, all free to download and all dated Nov2025. The leverage policy publishes its equity tiers and its news-time reductions as plain tables. There is no dormancy fee on an idle account, and you can switch a disabled account back on yourself.

The one page disclaimer is not covered, and no finding rests on it. Only one earlier version of any document exists, the November 2024 introducing broker agreement. The other nine documents have no earlier version. No legal document is published in any language but English, so contract wording cannot be compared across languages. Wisuno keeps its fee schedule, its contract specifications and its typical processing times on its website rather than in the contract, and the quotations come straight from those pages. Wisuno publishes these PDFs under wisuno.sc and runs its marketing at wisuno.com, and the documents name wisuno.com as the company website. Quotations from the PDFs reproduce the text layer of those files, which stores some characters oddly.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the WisunoFX file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document WisunoFX publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge WisunoFX on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 5, 2026.

If you represent WisunoFX and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on WisunoFX. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
