Probably not an outright scam, and we found no regulator warning, no enforcement action and no evidence of fraud proceedings naming WisunoFX. But it is a riskier broker than its own marketing suggest…

WisunoFX Broker Overview
WisunoFX is the retail trading brand of WISUNO LIMITED, a Seychelles licensed securities dealer offering forex and CFD trading on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. Accounts open from 25 USD, leverage runs to 1:2000, and funding is built around cryptocurrency, UnionPay and local Asian payment rails rather than cards. The broker's website is .
The brand operates through several companies and the regulatory picture is not uniform across them. The Seychelles authorisation covers the WisunoFX website; the Cyprus licence associated with the group is held by a separate company that serves European Union clients on a different website.
WisunoFX Regulation and License
WISUNO LIMITED appears on the Seychelles Financial Services Authority register as a Securities Dealer, and that entry prints wisuno.com as the firm's website. WIKILIX lists the authorisation under number SD178, although the authority's published list carries no licence numbers and gives no issue date, expiry date or status wording. Seychelles is an offshore jurisdiction with no client fund compensation scheme.
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission authorises WSN Capital Ltd as a Cyprus Investment Firm under licence number 450/24, effective 23 December 2024. That entry is confirmed, but the licence is held by WSN Capital Ltd and not by the company that operates WisunoFX. CySEC separately publishes the websites each licensed firm may use, and wisuno.com is not among those it lists for that firm.
Is WisunoFX Regulated?
Yes, but only offshore. The company behind the WisunoFX website holds a Seychelles Securities Dealer authorisation, a genuine government licence in a low protection jurisdiction. The Cyprus licence that appears alongside the brand belongs to a different company and does not extend to this website, so a client of WisunoFX is dealing with the Seychelles entity and the protections that come with it.
WISUNO LIMITED and WSN Capital Ltd
WISUNO LIMITED is the entity the Seychelles register names and the one the WisunoFX site operates under. WSN Capital Ltd, Cyprus company registration HE405021, is the group's European facing company and the holder of the CySEC licence; the WisunoFX site tells European Union visitors that its own services are not available to them and sends them to that company's website instead.
Two further companies appear in the group. WISUNO CAPITAL LIMITED, registration C199013 in Mauritius, holds a Mauritius FSC Investment Dealer licence. WISUNO Financial Services LLC in Dubai is licensed by the UAE Capital Markets Authority as a financial consultant, promoter and introducer, and the site's footer says it does not offer trading services and does not accept client funds. Which company a client contracts with depends on where that client is resident.
Is WisunoFX Safe?
The honest answer is cautious rather than confident. A current Seychelles licence is on the record, which places WisunoFX above an entirely unlicensed operator, but that authority publishes no compensation scheme and no segregated client money guarantee, and its transparency standard is low.
Two further points weigh on the question. The stronger of the two licences associated with the brand is not held by the company that runs this website, and the group is spread across companies in several jurisdictions. Regulation at this level is not proof of safety.
WisunoFX Account Types
WisunoFX publishes six accounts. Standard and USD Cent both open from 25 USD with no commission, and ECN opens from 100 USD with commission of 5 USD per lot per side. All three carry the same 1:2000 leverage cap.
Three further accounts serve different purposes: Swap Free, for clients who cannot pay overnight interest; Copy Trading, which opens from 25 USD and passes through the underlying account's spread or commission plus the signal provider's performance fee on net profit; and PAMM, for managed allocations. The Swap Free and PAMM pages publish no minimum deposit or leverage of their own.
WisunoFX Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Spreads are variable and the broker publishes no typical spread figure, so the running cost of a Standard account cannot be established from its own disclosures. Commission is charged only on the ECN account, at 5 USD per lot per side, and the Standard and USD Cent accounts are advertised without it.
On funding, the broker states that it charges no deposit or withdrawal fee on any of its published channels.
WisunoFX Leverage
Maximum leverage is 1:2000, applied equally to the Standard, ECN and USD Cent accounts. No separate cap is published for the Swap Free, Copy Trading or PAMM accounts.
WisunoFX Trading Platforms
WisunoFX runs broker branded builds of MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, each available for Windows and Mac, as iOS and Android apps, and through a browser terminal. The MetaTrader 4 servers are Wisuno-Live and Wisuno-Demo and the MetaTrader 5 server is Wisuno-MT5. Expert Advisors are supported on both platforms.
The browser terminal and the client area are served from a separate Wisuno host rather than from the main website.
WisunoFX Deposits and Withdrawals
Funding is built around cryptocurrency and Asian payment rails. USDT, UnionPay, AliPay, WeChat Pay, local online banking, FPX bank transfer and QR code payments are offered for deposits, with minimums of 25 USD on the local channels and 100 USD on USDT, AliPay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay. No card payments are listed.
Withdrawals use a narrower set: USDT, UnionPay, local online banking and bank wire. The broker states processing within 24 hours on the first three and one to three business days on bank wire, with minimums of 100 USD in USDT, 200 USD by UnionPay and 20 USD by local online banking.
WisunoFX Support
Support is offered by live chat during business hours, by email at support@wisuno.com and by WhatsApp. The site advertises twelve support languages, including Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Russian and Portuguese alongside English, and lists offices in Seychelles, Cyprus, Mauritius and the United Arab Emirates. No general telephone number is published.
WisunoFX Pros and Cons
In its favour: a current Seychelles Securities Dealer authorisation printed against the broker's own domain, a 25 USD entry point, both MetaTrader platforms in broker branded builds across desktop, mobile and browser, six account types including swap free and managed options, and no broker side deposit or withdrawal fee.
Against: an offshore licence with no compensation scheme, a Cyprus licence that belongs to a different company and does not cover this website, a corporate structure spread across several jurisdictions, no published typical spread, no telephone support, and no card funding.
WisunoFX Review and Assessment
WisunoFX is an offshore broker with a real but limited licence, a low barrier to entry and a funding model aimed squarely at Asian retail clients. The platform offering is conventional and complete, and the published costs are simple: variable spreads, commission only on ECN, and no broker fee on funding.
The point to settle before funding an account is which company the client is actually contracting with. The Cyprus authorisation that gives the brand its strongest regulatory claim sits with a separate company and a separate website, while clients of the WisunoFX site are served by the Seychelles entity, where the protections are materially weaker.

What our check found
A Securities Dealer licence held by WISUNO LIMITED. This is the licence under which the company takes deposits from wisuno.com clients, and the regulator's entry records wisuno.com as the firm's own website. Seychelles is a low-tier offshore regime with no investor compensation scheme. Client protection: Weak. Real licensing and a minimum capital requirement, but no compensation scheme and no statutory payout if the firm fails.

How we know — 15 sources
1The refused countries come from two of the broker's documents that agree. The standing disclaimer in the site-wide footer and the standalone Disclaimer PDF both read: "WISUNO LIMITED does not offer its services to residents of the United States, Canada, North Korea, Iran, Belgium or any particular country". The same document adds that the list "is not exhaustive and may be subject to change". https://www.wisuno.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/WISUNO-LTD_Disclaimer.pdf
2Belgium is blocked individually and the block is in force: the geo-routing script on the broker's home page sends a Belgian visitor to https://www.wisuno.com/service-unavailable/, a page headed "Service unavailable in your region" reading "Wisuno does not offer its services to residents of your country or region". https://www.wisuno.com/en/home/
3The United Kingdom is named by that same script: "Services on this website are not available to UK residents. Please visit Wisuno's UK website." UK visitors are routed away to a separate Wisuno UK site. https://www.wisuno.com/en/home/
4Malaysia is refused by the registration system itself. In the country list the registration form loads, Malaysia is the only one of 237 entries flagged as not submittable as country, as nationality or as IP address. https://www.wisuno.com/crm/register/index?regtype=2&lang=en
5Conflict recorded rather than resolved silently: the deposits and withdrawals page advertises local payment rails in Malaysian ringgit (25 to 8000 USD) while the registration system refuses Malaysia. The registration system controls onboarding, so it decides. https://www.wisuno.com/en/deposit-withdrawal/
6"European Union" is a region, not a country, so its member states are likely refusals, not confirmed ones. The home page geo-routing script states "Services on this website are provided by WISUNO LIMITED (FSA Seychelles) and are not available to EU residents. EU clients are served by WSN Capital Ltd, regulated by CySEC", enumerates all 27 member codes, and redirects EU visitors to that separate company's website. Belgium is refused instead, under its own separate rule. https://www.wisuno.com/en/home/
7The registration country list leaves out 12 of the 249 countries: Afghanistan, Canada, Israel, Iran, North Korea, South Korea, Myanmar, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, United States Minor Outlying Islands and the United States. Those the broker's text does not also name (Afghanistan, Israel, South Korea, Myanmar, Russia, Syria and Ukraine) are listed as probably refused, because a missing entry is an inference, not a statement. https://www.wisuno.com/crm/register/index?regtype=2&lang=en
8The footer publishes a second list, headed "Restricted Regions", under the name of WISUNO Financial Services LLC, a group company which states on the same page that it does not offer trading services and does not accept client funds: American Samoa, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Cote d'Ivoire, Eritrea, Guam, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Iran, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Russia, Somalia, Syrian Arab Republic, United States Minor Outlying Islands, United States of America, United States Virgin Islands, Yemen. Those countries are listed as probably refused for this broker, because the list is published under a different group entity's name and the registration form still offers most of them. https://www.wisuno.com/en/home/
9The Introducing Broker agreement directs partners not to refer clients "who reside in any of the restricted regions mentioned on our website" without naming any, and the only list on the site carrying that heading is the one published under the group company's name. https://www.wisuno.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/WISUNO-LTD-IB-Agreement-_Nov2025.pdf
10United States dependent territories are recorded separately because the broker names the United States but not American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the United States Minor Outlying Islands or the United States Virgin Islands. Only the Minor Outlying Islands are also absent from the registration country list; the other five remain selectable in it. https://www.wisuno.com/en/home/
11No country is shown as accepted. The registration country list is a near complete world list, 237 of the 249 ISO codes, rather than a curated list of markets served, so its omissions are recorded as blocks and no country is recorded as explicitly accepted merely for appearing in it. https://www.wisuno.com/crm/register/index?regtype=2&lang=en
12The client agreement names no restricted country anywhere. It requires screening against the United Nations sanctions list without naming any state, and places the onus on the client to know the restrictions of their own jurisdiction. No country has been inferred from either wording. https://www.wisuno.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/WISUNO-LTD-Client-Agreement-_Nov2025.pdf
13The site publishes no dedicated restricted or accepted countries page and no standalone anti money laundering policy, and the FAQ carries no eligibility wording. Nine candidate addresses were tried in both the bare and the English prefixed form and every one returned not found. https://www.wisuno.com/en/legal-documents/
14Iran was re-checked specifically. The broker publishes no Persian language variant: the Persian prefixes fall back to the English site, no page carries Persian text and the funding page offers no Iranian rail. Iran's placement rests on the broker's own disclaimer naming it and on its absence from the registration country list. https://www.wisuno.com/en/deposit-withdrawal/
15Language coverage noted against policy: Russian and Korean language sites are published and served while Russia and South Korea are both absent from the registration country list. https://www.wisuno.com/ru/home/

Company Registration
The operating company is WISUNO LIMITED. Registered in Seychelles.
Yes. WisunoFX publishes a Swap Free account, which the broker offers to clients who cannot pay overnight interest.
Its page does not state a minimum deposit, a leverage cap or which instruments are covered, so those terms have to be confirmed with the broker before relying on them.
WisunoFX states that USDT, UnionPay and local online banking withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, and that bank wire takes one to three business days.
Minimum withdrawals differ by channel: 20 USD by local online banking, 100 USD in USDT and 200 USD by UnionPay. The broker publishes no withdrawal fee of its own.
Spreads are variable and commission is charged only on the ECN account, at 5 USD per lot per side. The Standard and USD Cent accounts are advertised without commission.
Copy Trading carries the spread or commission of the underlying account plus the signal provider's performance fee, charged on net profit only. The broker publishes no typical spread figure, so the running cost of a Standard account cannot be established from its own disclosures.
WisunoFX publishes six accounts: Standard, ECN, USD Cent, Swap Free, Copy Trading and PAMM.
Standard and USD Cent open from 25 USD with no commission, and ECN from 100 USD with commission of 5 USD per lot per side. Copy Trading also opens from 25 USD. The Swap Free and PAMM pages publish no minimum deposit of their own.
WisunoFX advertises maximum leverage of 1:2000, and that cap applies equally to its Standard, ECN and USD Cent accounts.
The Swap Free, Copy Trading and PAMM accounts publish no leverage figure of their own.
WisunoFX is operated by WISUNO LIMITED, the company the Seychelles Financial Services Authority lists as a Securities Dealer.
A separate Cypriot company, WSN Capital Ltd, registration HE405021, holds the CySEC licence associated with the brand and serves European Union clients on its own website. The two are different legal entities, and the Cyprus authorisation does not extend to the WisunoFX site. Two further group companies are recorded: WISUNO CAPITAL LIMITED in Mauritius, which holds a Mauritius FSC licence, and WISUNO Financial Services LLC in Dubai, which the site says offers no trading services and accepts no client funds.
No. The WisunoFX website routes United Kingdom visitors away to a separate Wisuno UK site and tells them its services are not available to UK residents. European Union visitors are told the same and are sent to WSN Capital Ltd, the group's Cypriot company, which holds the CySEC licence.
Belgium is blocked outright rather than redirected: a Belgian visitor is sent to a page stating that the broker does not offer its services in that region.
Yes. WisunoFX does not accept residents of the United States, Canada, North Korea, Iran, Belgium, the United Kingdom or Malaysia. The first five are named in the broker's own disclaimer, the United Kingdom is routed away by the site itself, and Malaysia is the one country the registration form refuses outright.
Residents of the European Union are not served by this website either: the site tells EU visitors that its services are provided under a Seychelles authorisation and are not available to them, and sends them to a different group company instead. The broker adds that its restricted list is not exhaustive and may change.
WisunoFX offers live chat during business hours, email support at support@wisuno.com and a WhatsApp line. A general FAQ section is published on the broker's website. No general telephone number is published anywhere on the site.
Support is advertised in twelve languages, including Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese alongside English. The contact page lists offices in Seychelles, Cyprus, Mauritius and the United Arab Emirates.
The minimum deposit at WisunoFX is 25 USD. That is the entry figure on the Standard, USD Cent and Copy Trading accounts, while the ECN account requires 100 USD.
Individual payment channels set their own floors on top of that. Local online banking, FPX bank transfer and QR code deposits start at 25 USD, and USDT, AliPay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay deposits start at 100 USD.
WisunoFX accepts USDT, UnionPay, AliPay, WeChat Pay, local online banking, FPX bank transfer and QR code payments for deposits. Local channels are offered in Malaysian ringgit, Thai baht, Vietnamese dong and Indonesian rupiah, and AliPay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay in renminbi.
Withdrawals use a narrower set: USDT, UnionPay, local online banking and bank wire. FPX, QR code, AliPay and WeChat Pay are deposit channels only. The broker publishes no deposit or withdrawal fee of its own on any channel, and no card payments are offered.
WisunoFX offers MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 as its trading platforms. Both platforms support desktop use and provide advanced charting, automated trading, and multi-asset trading capabilities.
WisunoFX is operated by WISUNO LIMITED, which the Seychelles Financial Services Authority lists as a Securities Dealer, and the Seychelles register prints wisuno.com as the firm's website. Seychelles is an offshore jurisdiction with no client fund compensation scheme, so the protections are limited.
The Cyprus licence associated with the brand is not held by the company that runs this website. The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission lists licence 450/24 under WSN Capital Ltd, a separate Cypriot company, and the approved website CySEC publishes for that firm is not wisuno.com. European Union clients are routed to that company's own site rather than served here.
