Is WisunoFX a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Offshore broker with overstated regulatory and history claims

Probably not an outright scam, and we found no regulator warning, no enforcement action and no evidence of fraud proceedings naming WisunoFX. But it is a riskier broker than its own marketing suggests, and the gap between what the site claims and what the registers show is wide enough to matter.

  • The licences are real. Four separate regulators' registers each carry a genuine entry: a Seychelles Securities Dealer licence for WISUNO LIMITED, a Mauritius Investment Dealer licence, a Cyprus CIF licence, and a UAE permission.
  • But the Cyprus licence does not cover wisuno.com. CySEC records exactly one approved domain for licence 450/24, and it is www.wsncapitalmarkets.com. A client trading on wisuno.com contracts with the Seychelles company and has no EU protection and no access to the Investors Compensation Fund.
  • The UAE permission is not a trading licence. The UAE regulator's own page for the Wisuno entity carries a printed notice that the firm is not licensed for brokerage in derivatives or spot foreign exchange and may only introduce and advise.
  • The 2013 founding date is not supported. The oldest company in the group on any registry we could open was incorporated in December 2019, and the oldest brand domain dates to June 2021. The site advertises 12 years of history.
  • Four clients on two platforms describe the same failure: a profit is made, then the withdrawal is rejected or ignored and the profit is cancelled or the account frozen. Amounts of 19,000 and 1,340 US dollars are named, with dates.

Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.

Worst area: Critical
SeverityLowModerateHighCritical

Regulation

5/10 · Moderate

Three substantive licences verified on the issuers' own registers, including a genuine EU CIF, but the entity that holds wisuno.com clients' money is the offshore Seychelles company and the EU licence excludes that domain.

Identity & transparency

4/10 · Moderate

All four entities are named and traceable on official registers, and the Cyprus registry documents the rename, but no owners or executives are disclosed and entity names and addresses differ between the site and three of the registers.

Withdrawals & conduct

6/10 · High

Four fund-integrity complaints across two platforms describe one mechanism, profits cancelled and withdrawals refused, with named amounts and dates; offset by roughly 27 positive reviews and a company that answers publicly.

Reputation

5/10 · Moderate

Trustpilot 3.7 out of 5 across 37 reviews, net positive but with a 22 per cent one-star tail about fund access; no warning-list entry anywhere, and a thin footprint for a firm claiming 184,372 traders.

Website claims

8/10 · Critical

Advertises 2013 and 12 years against a 2019 company and a 2021 domain, framed an EU licence that excludes the site as triple regulation, claimed over a million investors on a three-month-old domain, and an earlier site cited a US NFA number that does not exist.

Operational history

6/10 · High

Scored on the verified track record of about five years, not the advertised twelve; credit for a 2019 registry-confirmed company, discounted because the brand has moved across four domain generations and entity names since 2021.

Who they are

  • Registered: Office 12, 3rd Floor, IMAD Complex, Ile Du Port, Mahe, Seychelles. The Seychelles regulator's entry gives Office 10A at the same complex.
  • Website: wisuno.com. Also wsncapitalmarkets.com, wisunomarkets.com, wisunomu.com, wisunoit.com and the now-dormant wisunocn.com. The Seychelles register names wisuno.sc, which does not currently serve a page.

Proof of regulation on an official register: Yes

Licences the broker publishes

Financial Services Authority (Seychelles)

VerifiedTier 3Limited relevance
A Securities Dealer licence held by WISUNO LIMITED. This is the licence under which the company takes deposits from wisuno.com clients, and the regulator's entry records wisuno.com as the firm's own website. Seychelles is a low-tier offshore regime with no investor compensation scheme.
Protection: Weak. Real licensing and a minimum capital requirement, but no compensation scheme and no statutory payout if the firm fails.Official register

Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC)

VerifiedTier 2
A genuine EU investment-firm licence held by WSN Capital Ltd (Cyprus company HE 405021). It permits receiving and transmitting orders, executing orders for clients and investment advice, and is passported into six EU states. CySEC lists one approved domain for it, www.wsncapitalmarkets.com, so it does not cover trading on wisuno.com.
Protection: Moderate, but only for clients of wsncapitalmarkets.com. Investors Compensation Fund cover and EU conduct rules apply there and not on wisuno.com.Official register

Financial Services Commission (Mauritius)

VerifiedTier 3Limited relevance
A full Investment Dealer licence, class SEC-2.1B Full Service Dealer excluding Underwriting, held by WISUNO CAPITAL LIMITED, a Mauritius global-business company. This is a real trading permission rather than a company registration, but Mauritius is a mid to low tier regime for retail clients.
Protection: Limited. Genuine supervision of the dealer, but no investor compensation scheme for retail clients.Official register

Capital Market Authority (United Arab Emirates)

VerifiedNot a forex licenceAdvice-only
Not a trading licence. The regulator's own entry for WISUNO MENA FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C records only Financial Consultations, Introduction and Promotion, and carries a printed notice that the company is not licensed to conduct brokerage in financial derivatives, unregulated commodity contracts or spot foreign exchange. The broker's own footer confirms the company does not offer trading services and does not accept client funds.
Protection: None for trading. The company may not hold client money or execute client orders.Official register

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

This is a licensed operation that markets itself as something stronger than it is. Both halves of that sentence are evidenced.

  • Three substantive licences check out on the issuers' own registers. The Seychelles FSA lists WISUNO LIMITED as a Securities Dealer and records wisuno.sc and wisuno.com as its websites, so the licence and the site match, which is the test most fake brokers fail. The Mauritius FSC register shows WISUNO CAPITAL LIMITED holding a full Investment Dealer licence (Full Service Dealer excluding Underwriting) dated 20 July 2023, with no adverse annotations. CySEC shows WSN Capital Ltd holding CIF licence 450/24 from 23 December 2024, with permission to receive, transmit and execute client orders and to advise, passported into six EU states.
  • The EU licence does not reach wisuno.com. CySEC publishes an approved-domain field for every Cypriot investment firm, and for licence 450/24 it lists one domain only: www.wsncapitalmarkets.com. The site is careful in its footer, naming WISUNO LIMITED as the seller and sole operator, but the headline framing of a triple-regulated broker invites a wisuno.com client to believe European rules and the Investors Compensation Fund apply to them. They do not.
  • The UAE regulator contradicts the impression directly. On its own entry for WISUNO MENA FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C, the authority prints a notice that the company is not licensed to conduct brokerage in financial derivatives, unregulated commodity contracts or spot foreign exchange, and holds only a Category 5 licence that may be limited to introducing or advisory services. The activities granted are Financial Consultations, Introduction and Promotion. The licence number the site prints, 20200000409, is not displayed on that entry.
  • The advertised history is seven years longer than the evidence. The about page sells 12 years of trusted trading excellence since 2013. The Cyprus Registrar of Companies shows the group's oldest company registered on 9 December 2019. The oldest domain carrying the brand was registered on 15 June 2021, and the earliest licence anywhere in the group dates to July 2023. No predecessor domain with earlier archive history is named. The only 2013 artefact connected to the brand is a Saint Vincent IBC number quoted in third-party listings, and Saint Vincent neither publishes its IBC register nor licenses forex business, so it evidences nothing.
  • The marketing numbers have not been consistent. An earlier brand site told visitors in December 2023, three months after that domain was registered, that it had served over a million investors in more than 30 countries since its establishment. The current site says 184,372 traders across 30 countries.
  • An earlier site claimed a US registration that does not exist. The brand's Chinese-language site stated in January 2023 that it was an independent introducing broker with US NFA registration number 0547671. NFA BASIC returns no record for that number and no record at all for the name Wisuno, which the NFA explains means a firm that is not and has not been registered with the CFTC. The claim is not on the current site, and the page carrying it names no legal entity, so we weigh it as a historical marketing claim rather than as proof about the Seychelles company.
  • Four clients describe one mechanism. On Trustpilot: a trader who deposited 19,000 US dollars and doubled the balance reports the payment unprocessed a full quarter later (29 June 2026); a trader who deposited 500 US dollars with a 500 dollar bonus reports a profit of 1,340 dollars cancelled and the withdrawal rejected (1 June 2026); a third reports withdrawal requests rejected with no clear answer about the funds (early October 2026). On BrokersView, a trader reports the account frozen for unauthorized activity after profits, with withdrawals denied and support gone (25 December 2025). Same failure, two platforms, four users, named amounts and dates. That meets three of the four tests we apply before treating a complaint set as a pattern. It is not time-clustered, which is the one test it fails.
  • No chargeback route. Deposits and withdrawals run on USDT plus regional channels only: Malaysian ringgit, Thai baht, Vietnamese dong, Indonesian rupiah, AliPay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay. There is no card or bank-transfer option, so a client refused a withdrawal has no payment-network recourse.
  • Marketing reaches beyond the licences. The site runs twelve language versions including Simplified and Traditional Chinese and Korean, and accepts AliPay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay, while the group holds no authorisation in mainland China or South Korea and its restricted list names only five countries.

What stops this from being a scam verdict is substantial. There is no entry for either brand on IOSCO's alert network, which aggregates the warning lists of more than 150 securities regulators, and neither domain appears among the 721 entries on CySEC's list of non-approved domains. The corporate trail is real and traceable at four registries. Trustpilot stands at 3.7 out of 5 across 37 reviews, with 59 per cent five-star, and the company answers reviews publicly. No one reports being asked to pay an extra fee or tax to release funds, which is the signal that would change this assessment immediately.

Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.

10 against9 in favour
  • E1The Seychelles regulator lists WISUNO LIMITED as a Securities Dealer and records wisuno.sc and wisuno.com as the firm's own websites, so the licence and the broker's website belong to the same company. This rules out a clone using another firm's licence.

  • E2CySEC records WSN Capital Ltd holding CIF licence 450/24 from 23 December 2024, company number HE 405021, with permission to receive and transmit orders, execute orders for clients and provide investment advice, passported into Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. A genuine EU investment-firm licence.

  • E3The same CySEC record lists exactly one approved domain for licence 450/24: www.wsncapitalmarkets.com. wisuno.com is not covered, so a client trading there is outside the EU licence and has no Investors Compensation Fund cover, despite the site presenting itself as triple regulated.

  • E4The Mauritius FSC register shows WISUNO CAPITAL LIMITED holding a SEC-2.1B Investment Dealer licence (Full Service Dealer excluding Underwriting) dated 20 July 2023, with no adverse annotations, administered by AllServ Management Ltd at an IQ EQ address in Port Louis. A real trading licence rather than a company registration.

  • E5The UAE regulator prints a notice on its own entry for WISUNO MENA FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C stating the company is not licensed to conduct brokerage in financial derivatives, unregulated commodity contracts or spot foreign exchange, and holds only a Category 5 licence that may be limited to introducing or advisory services. The activities granted are Financial Consultations, Introduction and Promotion. The site lists this among its regulators.

  • E6The broker's about page advertises Multi-Asset CFD Broker Since 2013 and 12 years of Trusted Trading Excellence. The oldest company in the group on any registry we could open was registered on 9 December 2019, the oldest brand domain on 15 June 2021, and the earliest licence in the group dates to July 2023. No predecessor domain with earlier archive history is named.

  • E7The Cyprus Registrar of Companies shows HE 405021 registered on 9 December 2019 and still registered, with WSN CAPITAL LTD as its current name and WISUNO CAPITAL LIMITED as its previous name. This documents the Wisuno and WSN link at registry level and establishes a real six-year corporate history.

  • E8Three Trustpilot reviewers describe the same failure: 19,000 US dollars deposited and doubled with the payment unprocessed a quarter later (29 June 2026); 500 dollars deposited with a 500 dollar bonus and a 1,340 dollar profit cancelled on rejection (1 June 2026); withdrawal requests rejected with no clear answer about the funds (early October 2026). Same failure, named amounts, dated.

  • E9A fourth trader, on a second platform, reports an account frozen for unauthorized activity after making profits, with withdrawals denied and support unreachable (25 December 2025). This is the independent corroboration that turns three reviews on one site into a cross-platform pattern.

  • E10Trustpilot stands at 3.7 out of 5 across 37 reviews, with 59 per cent five-star and 13 per cent four-star, and the company replies to reviews in public. Several reviewers describe easy deposits, fast turnaround and helpful support.

  • E11IOSCO's alert network, which aggregates the warning lists of more than 150 securities regulators, returns no entry for Wisuno and none for WSN Capital. There is no regulator warning, enforcement action or fraud-related court record naming these entities.

  • E12CySEC maintains a list of domains not operated by any licensed Cypriot investment firm, which is where impersonators of CIFs are published. Neither wisuno.com nor wsncapitalmarkets.com appears among its 721 entries.

  • E13An earlier Chinese-language site of the brand told visitors in January 2023 that it was an independent introducing broker holding US NFA registration number 0547671 and subject to strict supervision. The page names no legal entity, and the claim does not appear on the current site.

  • E14NFA BASIC returns no record for registration number 0547671 and no record at all for the name Wisuno. The NFA states that such a result means a firm that is not and has not been registered with the CFTC. The US registration advertised in January 2023 does not exist.

  • E15An archived brand site from 7 December 2023, three months after that domain was registered, told visitors it had successfully served over a million investors across more than 30 countries since its establishment. The current site says 184,372 traders across 30 countries.

  • E16Deposits and withdrawals run on USDT plus regional channels only: Malaysian ringgit, Thai baht, Vietnamese dong, Indonesian rupiah, AliPay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay, with no card or bank-transfer option, and the page states methods vary by region and IP address. A client refused a withdrawal has no payment-network recourse.

  • E17European visitors to wisuno.com are redirected to wsncapitalmarkets.com behind an interstitial naming WSN Capital Markets LTD and CySEC licence 450/24, and that site's footer names WSN Capital Ltd as owner and operator. Routing EU clients into the EU-licensed entity is the arrangement a correctly structured group uses.

  • E18The group's Mauritius entity has an active Legal Entity Identifier recording WISUNO CAPITAL LIMITED at an Ebene address with Mauritius registration identifier C199013 and an initial registration of 13 June 2024. This evidences corporate reality, not a trading licence.

  • E19The site runs twelve language versions including Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Korean and accepts AliPay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay, while the group holds no authorisation in mainland China or South Korea and its restricted list names only the United States, Canada, North Korea, Iran and Belgium.

  • E20wisuno.sc, the website the Seychelles regulator records for WISUNO LIMITED, refuses connections and serves no page; the business operates from wisuno.com instead. The regulator's entry also gives Office 10A at the IMAD Complex where the site's footer gives Office 12.

  • E21No directors, officers or executives are named anywhere on the website, and client contact runs through a United Kingdom WhatsApp number, +44 7835 364657, alongside a Seychelles landline.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

The case for taking WisunoFX at face value is stronger than most brokers at this risk level can muster.

  • It passes the test that catches impostors. The Seychelles regulator's entry for WISUNO LIMITED records wisuno.com as the firm's own website. A broker using someone else's licence cannot produce that match.
  • It holds a real EU licence, and routes EU clients to it correctly. European visitors to wisuno.com are redirected to wsncapitalmarkets.com behind an interstitial that names WSN Capital Ltd and licence 450/24. That is the structure a compliant group uses to keep European business inside its European licence, not the behaviour of an operation evading supervision.
  • The Mauritius licence is a genuine trading permission, not the company registration that offshore brokers often pass off as one. The register names the licence class in full and shows no adverse annotation.
  • The group is six years old at the registry. The Cyprus company was incorporated in December 2019 and is still registered, and the registry documents its rename from WISUNO CAPITAL LIMITED to WSN CAPITAL LTD, which explains the two brands rather than hiding them.
  • The footer is unusually candid in places. It states that the UAE entity does not offer trading services and does not accept client funds, which many brokers in this position leave out.
  • Clean warning lists. Nothing on IOSCO's alert network, nothing on CySEC's non-approved domains list, and no enforcement action or fraud-related court record naming any of these entities.
  • Most reviewers are satisfied. Roughly 27 of the 37 Trustpilot reviews are four or five star, several describing fast deposits and prompt support, and the company replies in public.
  • The complaints have an innocent reading. Two of the four involve a bonus or a very large profit on a modest account, which is exactly where bonus terms and trading-abuse clauses bite at ordinary brokers too. A document-heavy verification demand on a 19,000 dollar withdrawal is also what anti-money-laundering rules require.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

Concrete things that would move this assessment in either direction.

  • Towards safe: CySEC adding wisuno.com to the approved-domain list for licence 450/24, so the site's clients were genuinely EU-regulated.
  • Towards safe: the site replacing 'Since 2013' and '12 years' with the verifiable date, or naming and evidencing the pre-2019 entity and domain that the 2013 claim rests on.
  • Towards safe: a documented resolution of the four withdrawal cases, or the arrival of several credible reports of large withdrawals paid in full.
  • Towards safe: adding card or bank-transfer rails, which restore the payment-network recourse that USDT and regional channels remove.
  • Towards safe: independent confirmation of the 1,000,000 dollar insurance cover the site attributes to Arch Syndicate 2012 at Lloyd's of London, which remains unverified.
  • Towards scam: one credible, specific report of a demand for a tax, fee or further deposit before funds are released. That single fact would be decisive on its own.
  • Towards scam: any regulator warning naming wisuno.com, or the Seychelles or Mauritius licence being annotated, suspended or withdrawn.
  • Towards scam: the withdrawal complaints tightening into a dated cluster rather than staying spread across ten months.
  • Towards scam: the current site reviving a regulatory claim it cannot support, as an earlier site did with a US registration number that does not exist.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

14 questions
Is WisunoFX a scam?

On the evidence, no, but it is higher risk than it presents itself. The licences it names are real, and three of them appear on the issuing regulators' own registers. What we do hold against it is that its own site overstates its age by about seven years and frames an EU licence that does not cover wisuno.com as though it protected the site's clients, and that four traders on two platforms describe profits being cancelled and withdrawals refused.

Is WisunoFX a fraud?

We found no evidence of fraud. There is no regulator warning naming WisunoFX anywhere on IOSCO's alert network, which aggregates more than 150 regulators' lists, no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record naming any of its entities. The concerns we do raise are about overstated claims and disputed withdrawals, which is a different and lesser thing.

Is WisunoFX regulated?

Yes, but it matters which entity. WISUNO LIMITED, the company you contract with on wisuno.com, holds a Seychelles FSA Securities Dealer licence. A Mauritius company in the group holds a full FSC Investment Dealer licence. A Cyprus company in the group holds CySEC licence 450/24, but CySEC lists only www.wsncapitalmarkets.com as its approved domain.

Does the CySEC licence protect me if I trade on wisuno.com?

No. CySEC publishes an approved-domain list for every Cypriot investment firm, and for licence 450/24 it names one domain, www.wsncapitalmarkets.com. If you open an account on wisuno.com your counterparty is the Seychelles company, so Cypriot rules and the Investors Compensation Fund do not apply to you.

Can I withdraw my money from WisunoFX?

Most reviewers say yes, and several describe withdrawals inside a day. But four traders across Trustpilot and BrokersView describe the opposite: a profit made, then the withdrawal rejected or ignored, with the profit cancelled or the account frozen. Named amounts include 19,000 and 1,340 US dollars. Test the withdrawal path with a small sum before you commit more.

Is my money safe with WisunoFX?

It is less protected than the marketing implies. The site says client funds sit in segregated accounts at tier-one banks and cites 1,000,000 dollars of insurance through Lloyd's of London, which remains unverified. Your actual legal protection is whatever Seychelles law gives you, and the Seychelles has no investor compensation scheme that pays you out if the firm fails.

Who owns WisunoFX?

No individual owners or executives are named anywhere on the site. The corporate structure is disclosed: WISUNO LIMITED in the Seychelles operates wisuno.com, WSN CAPITAL LTD in Cyprus holds the CySEC licence, WISUNO CAPITAL LIMITED in Mauritius holds the Investment Dealer licence, and WISUNO MENA FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C in Dubai introduces and advises.

How old is WisunoFX really?

About five years, not twelve. The site advertises 2013. The oldest company in the group on any registry we could open is the Cyprus entity, registered on 9 December 2019, and the oldest domain carrying the brand was registered on 15 June 2021. The earliest licence anywhere in the group dates to July 2023.

Why does wisuno.com send me to WSN Capital Markets?

Because of where you are. Visitors from the European Union are redirected to wsncapitalmarkets.com, the only site covered by the group's Cyprus licence. The Cyprus registry confirms the link: the same company, number HE 405021, was previously named WISUNO CAPITAL LIMITED and is now WSN CAPITAL LTD. The redirect is the correct arrangement, not a red flag.

Is WisunoFX a clone of another broker?

No. On the registers, each licence number and entity name resolves to a Wisuno or WSN company, not to somebody else's firm. The Seychelles regulator even records wisuno.com as the licensed company's own website, which is the opposite of what a clone produces.

What is the UAE licence worth?

Nothing for trading. The UAE regulator prints a notice on its own entry for the Wisuno UAE company stating it is not licensed to conduct brokerage in derivatives, unregulated commodity contracts or spot foreign exchange, and that its permission may be limited to introducing or advisory services. The activities recorded are Financial Consultations, Introduction and Promotion.

What payment methods does WisunoFX accept, and does that matter?

USDT plus regional channels only: Malaysian ringgit, Thai baht, Vietnamese dong, Indonesian rupiah, AliPay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay. There is no card or bank-transfer option. It matters because none of those can be reversed, so if a withdrawal is refused you have no chargeback route.

What should I check before depositing with WisunoFX?

Four things. Confirm which entity your account agreement names. If you are in the EU, make sure you are on wsncapitalmarkets.com. Read the bonus terms, since two of the four fund-access complaints involve a bonus or an outsized profit. And deposit a small amount first, complete verification, and withdraw it successfully before adding more.

What do I do if WisunoFX will not pay me?

Put the request in writing and keep every ticket number, amount and date. Complain to the Seychelles Financial Services Authority if your agreement names WISUNO LIMITED, or to CySEC if it names WSN Capital Ltd, which also gives you access to the Cypriot Financial Ombudsman. Be wary of anyone who approaches you offering to recover the funds for an upfront fee, which is a common follow-up scam.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

Treat this as a usable but higher-risk offshore broker, and size any deposit on that basis.

  • Know who holds your money. On wisuno.com your counterparty is WISUNO LIMITED in the Seychelles, not the Cyprus company. European rules and the Investors Compensation Fund do not apply to you there.
  • If you are in the EU, use the Cyprus-regulated site. wsncapitalmarkets.com is the only domain CySEC has approved for licence 450/24, and only clients there have ICF cover.
  • Read the bonus terms before accepting one. Two of the four fund-access complaints involve a bonus or an outsized profit, and one describes profits being cancelled outright on withdrawal.
  • Test the withdrawal path early. Deposit a small amount, complete verification in full, then withdraw it before committing more.
  • Expect no chargeback route. USDT and regional payment channels cannot be reversed the way a card payment can.
  • Do not rely on the UAE permission. The regulator itself states on that entry that the firm may not conduct spot foreign exchange or derivatives brokerage.
  • Discount the 2013 founding date when judging stability. The evidenced track record is about five years.
  • If a withdrawal is refused, complain in writing to the Seychelles FSA for the Seychelles entity and to CySEC for the Cyprus entity, and keep the ticket numbers, amounts and dates.
