What Zynerix legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by Zynerix itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Contracting entity: Zynerix

withdrawalshidden feekyc freezesole discretionbonus lockforum waiverliability capmarketing gapprofit voidingaccount security

Six Zynerix legal documents sit behind click-to-open panels on one page. Two are rival versions of the same deposit and withdrawal policy, and their numbers disagree. A quiet account loses 10% of its balance every month, from 3 months in one version and 6 months in the other. The policy also promises payout in 2 to 5 working days, then says Zynerix is not committed to any time frame. No company name, no registered address and no complaints route appear in any of the six.

What the documents say

17 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from Zynerix's own files

01

Stop logging in and trading, and Zynerix takes 10% of your balance every month. The deposit and withdrawal policy sets that off after 6 months of quiet. The copy of the same policy inside the terms sets it off after 3, and nothing says which one applies to you.

Why this matters

A balance you leave alone is not safe at rest, it shrinks. Zynerix sends you no warning before the first deduction, and no clause caps how many months it can repeat.

Exhibit 1CriticalHarder than usual10%

If you did not login and traded from your account within six (6) months (“Dormant Account”), your Dormant Account will be subject to a deduction of 10 % each month (the “Dormant Fee”).

What it costsA $1,000 balance loses $100 in the first month it counts as dormant. At 10% of that starting figure each month, ten months of quiet accounts for all $1,000.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must disclose the costs and charges of the service to a retail client before that client trades. Zynerix publishes two different starting points for this fee, 3 months and 6 months, and points to a fee schedule that is not on its site.

Zynerix is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

02

Money Zynerix adds to your account, and any profit you make with it, belong to Zynerix. The terms call that Non-Deposited Funds and say outright it is not your money. Zynerix can also take it back after it has confirmed your withdrawal of it.

Why this matters

Profit you made and withdrew can be reclaimed, unless Zynerix has explicitly agreed otherwise in your case. The clause sets no deadline on that right, so there is no point at which the money is finally yours.

Exhibit 2CriticalRarely seen

NON-DEPOSITED FUNDS, including profits gained on account of or derived of the same, are not Client’s funds. If a withdrawal of Non-Deposited Funds has been confirmed, Zynerix shall have full right to reclaim any and all such funds.

Our own capture of zynerix.net, taken on Oct 17, 2026Bonus money and its profits are never your funds (clause Terms and Conditions, PLEASE NOTE)Visit this page on the broker's siteDownload the full size image file

Our readingBrokers commonly bar withdrawal of a bonus until a volume target is met. Declaring the profit made with it to be the firm's property is a step beyond that, and keeping a right to reclaim it after the withdrawal has been confirmed reverses a payment that already completed.

03

Zynerix says it will process your withdrawal in 2 to 5 working days. A few lines later the same policy says it is not committed to any time frame. Your money leaves only after a compliance officer approves it, and that approval has no deadline.

Why this matters

No sentence in any Zynerix document obliges it to pay you by a given date. If a payout stalls, the policy you agreed to has already excused the delay.

04

Any claim you have against Zynerix is void 12 months after the event that caused it. None of the six documents says how to complain, who handles it, or how long Zynerix has to reply. No regulator and no court is named anywhere.

Why this matters

The clock starts when the event happened, not when you noticed it. The terms also cap what you can recover at Zynerix's last month of commissions from you. On a commission-free account, that is nothing.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must give a retail client a written complaints procedure and access to an independent complaints scheme. Zynerix publishes neither, and its terms end any claim at 12 months.

Zynerix is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 13The contract closes the internal route and the bank route at once: no complaints procedure, and a promise never to ask your card issuer.
05

Zynerix can cancel any trade and hold or offset your funds if it decides you misused its services. Taking advantage of a mistake counts as misuse. The rule then says its own list of banned activities is not complete, and it never defines latency exploitation or trading in tandem.

Why this matters

A rule you cannot read in advance is one you cannot keep. Zynerix decides whether your trading broke it, and the same documents give you no complaints route to argue the point.

Exhibit 5CriticalRarely seen

You Acknowledge And Agree That The List Of Prohibited Activities Set Out In Clause 2.1 Is A Non-Exhaustive List. Our readingA power to cancel any deal and offset funds appears in many trading agreements. Attaching it to a list of banned conduct the contract itself calls incomplete is unusual, because it leaves no wording a client can check their own trading against. The narrower power to confiscate funds, at 5.5.4, is at least tied to a court order or a law enforcement instruction. The power at 3.2 carries no such limit.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 4Zynerix decides what counts as abuse and cancels the trade, and no document sets out any way to challenge that decision.
06

Zynerix charges processing and handling fees on every withdrawal and takes them out of the amount you get. For the figures, the policy sends you to a fee schedule on its own site. No such schedule appears anywhere on that site.

Why this matters

You cannot work out what a withdrawal costs before you ask for one. Card deposits can carry extra fees that you agree in advance not to dispute, and Zynerix converts any other currency at a rate it sets itself.

Exhibit 6WarningHarder than usual

Withdrawals are subjected to withdrawals processing and handling fees. Those fees will be deducted from the transferred withdrawn amount.

What Zynerix advertises and what its documents say do not match

Zynerix sells leverage up to 1:500 on its account types page while its Risk Disclosure Statement caps it at 1:300. The same statement promises you cannot lose more than you deposit. The footer of every page warns you may lose more than your entire investment. Registration runs in four languages and every document is English only.

Language arbitrage3 clauses flagged

The Zynerix account types page offers leverage up to 1:500 on its top tier. The Risk Disclosure Statement you accept says Zynerix offers 1:1 to 1:300. Leverage is borrowed size, so the cap decides how small a move against you wipes out your margin.

Why this matters

The one document that describes your risk describes a smaller product than the one being sold. Nothing on either page tells you which cap applies to your account.

What it costsAt 1:500 the margin behind a trade is 0.2% of its size, so a 0.2% move against you equals the whole margin. At the 1:300 the risk document states, the same wipeout needs a 0.33% move.

The Risk Disclosure Statement says Zynerix works on negative balance protection, so you cannot lose more than your initial investment. The risk warning at the foot of every Zynerix page says you may lose more than your entire investment. Both are the company's own words.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

Whether a bad trade can leave you owing Zynerix money is the one thing these two sentences disagree about. No other clause in any of the six documents settles it.

Exhibit 10WarningHarder than usual

However, it should be noted that the Company operates on a ‘negative balance protection’ basis; this means that you cannot lose more than your initial investment.

Zynerix takes registrations in English, French, Italian and Spanish. Its Spanish form asks you to certify that you accept the Terms and Conditions, then links to a page published only in English. Not one of the six documents exists in any language but English.

Every Zynerix payout is a review with no deadline on it

Zynerix states a 2 to 5 working day processing time for a withdrawal. The same policy then says it is not committed to any time frame. Your money moves only after a compliance officer approves your documents, with no limit on how long that takes. You also promise never to ask your bank to reverse a payment.

Exit conditions1 clause flagged

You agree never to ask your card issuer to reverse a Zynerix payment, during or after your time as a client. Zynerix treats any attempt as a breach of its terms. If the money does come back, it can block your client area and freeze your balance.

Why this matters

A card chargeback is the one remedy that does not depend on Zynerix agreeing with you. Signing it away leaves you asking the company itself, and no document says how to do that.

A 20% Zynerix bonus comes with a turnover target the bonus page omits

The Zynerix bonus page advertises 20% on a first deposit and states no condition. The terms require trading volume of 30 times the deposit plus the bonus before the bonus can be withdrawn. The separate withdrawal policy sets the same target at 25 times. Neither number appears where the bonus is sold.

Bonus conditions1 clause flagged

Zynerix advertises a 20% bonus on your first deposit and mentions no condition at all. The terms require trading volume of 30 times your deposit plus the bonus before the bonus can be withdrawn. The separate withdrawal policy says 25 times, and the bonus page links to neither.

Why this matters

On a $1,000 deposit the bonus adds $200 and locks you into $36,000 of trading to release it. Every one of those trades costs you spread, the gap between the buy and sell price.

What it costsA $1,000 deposit with the 20% bonus is $1,200. At 30 times the deposit plus the bonus, you must trade $36,000 to release $200. At the withdrawal policy's 25 times, $30,000.

Set against a regulated standard: ESMA (EU), CySEC (Cyprus)

Brokers selling CFDs to retail clients under the ESMA restrictions, which CySEC applies, may not offer a cash deposit bonus as an inducement at all. Zynerix advertises 20% and keeps the conditions in a document the bonus page does not link.

Zynerix is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 2The turnover target is the only route to the bonus, and the terms say the profit you make reaching it was never your money.

Zynerix can change the terms, the margin and your access without notice

Zynerix can amend these terms at any time without notice, and the new wording binds you from the moment it is posted. It can close your account at its sole discretion, and change your margin requirement with no prior notice. It also treats anyone holding your login as you, with no duty to check who they are.

Unilateral powers2 clauses flagged

Zynerix can rewrite these terms at any time without telling you, and the new version binds you as soon as it is posted. It can close your account at its sole discretion, with or without notice. It can change the margin you must hold with no prior notice either.

Why this matters

Checking the legal page is the only way to learn what you now agreed to. A margin change with no notice can close your open positions before you see it.

Three legal systems appear and no court is ever named

The Zynerix terms point to Estonian law. The Risk Disclosure Statement is based on a Cyprus investment services law, and the AML policy follows UK guidance. No document names a court, so the contract leaves no stated place to bring a claim. Zynerix also tells you to work out for yourself whether trading is legal where you live.

Zynerix is the counterparty to every trade and sets the price

Zynerix states in its Risk Disclosure Statement that it is the counterparty to all your transactions, so it gains when you lose. It also sets the prices you trade on, and warns they may differ from prices reported elsewhere. It names a conflicts of interest policy on its website that is not there.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Who you trade against1 clause flagged

Zynerix states that it is the counterparty to all your transactions, so it gains when you lose. It also sets the prices you trade on, and says they may differ from prices reported elsewhere. The conflicts policy it tells you to read is not on its website.

Why this matters

You agree to a binding agreement with Zynerix, and Zynerix is only a brand: no corporate form, no registration number and no registered address appears on any page or in any document. The terms point to Estonian law. The Risk Disclosure Statement is built on a Cyprus investment services law, and the AML policy follows UK guidance. One liability clause names a different company, Gett Option, so this contract was reused from another firm's documents. A Swiss telephone number and an email address are the only contact details published.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

The Risk Disclosure Statement is more candid than most. It says plainly that Zynerix is the counterparty to every trade you place, and that its interests may conflict with yours. It also explains swap costs in detail, including the triple charge on a position held over a Wednesday. The AML policy names the exact documents wanted, and tells you to cover all but the last 4 digits of your card.

We read all six documents Zynerix publishes on its legal page. No earlier version of them is available, so this is a first reading with nothing to compare against. We did not see inside the client area. The withdrawal form the policy tells you to print is not linked on the public site, so we could not open it. We found no fee schedule on any Zynerix page, and no copy of any document in French, Italian or Spanish.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the Zynerix file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document Zynerix publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge Zynerix on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 17, 2026.

If you represent Zynerix and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on Zynerix. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
