Summary of the broker
Zynerix Broker Overview
Zynerix is a retail forex and CFD brand operating at zynerix.net, with live accounts opened and managed through a separate client area at client.zynerix.net. The site offers three account tiers from a $250 minimum deposit, leverage up to 1:500, and a single proprietary web platform called Zynerix WebTrader. Advertised markets cover forex, metals, energies, agriculture, livestock, stocks, indices and digital coins. The site names no legal company, no company registration number and no office address anywhere in its pages or its legal documents.
Zynerix Regulation and License
Zynerix publishes no regulation page, names no financial regulator and quotes no licence number. Its Terms and Conditions refer only to Estonian governing law, without identifying an Estonian company or a supervisory authority. A search of the Estonian e-Business Register returned no legal person named Zynerix, and a search of the GLEIF Legal Entity Identifier database returned no record either. This is a case of no confirmed regulation: no financial authority anywhere has been shown to supervise this brand.
Is Zynerix Regulated?
No. Zynerix has no confirmed financial regulation and does not itself claim any. Client money held with an unsupervised operator sits outside segregated-account rules, capital requirements, an ombudsman scheme and any investor compensation fund, so a dispute has no regulatory route to escalation.
Is Zynerix Safe?
Zynerix carries a high risk profile. Beyond the absence of regulation, the operator is anonymous: no company, no registration number and no address are disclosed, so there is no identifiable counterparty behind the deposits. The About Us page states the brand has served the market for about ten years and was founded around the time Bitcoin appeared, while the site's own published assets and its client-facing presence are recent, and no corporate record supporting a decade of operation could be located. The withdrawal terms are also unusually restrictive for the client, and are set out below.
Zynerix Account Types
Three tiers are published on the account types page, all on the same platform and all with a 0.01 lot minimum trade size:
- BASIC: $250 minimum balance, spreads from 1.0 pips, no commission per lot, leverage 1:100 or 1:200.
- STANDARD: $2,500 minimum balance, spreads from 0.0 pips, USD $25 per 100,000 traded, leverage 1:200 or 1:300.
- PREMIUM: $25,000 minimum balance, spreads from 0.0 pips, USD $50 per 100,000 traded, leverage 1:300, 1:400 or 1:500.
Zynerix Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Entry-level pricing is spread-only from 1.0 pips, while the two funded tiers advertise spreads from 0.0 pips against a per-volume commission of $25 or $50 per 100,000. Two further charges are set out in the Deposit and Withdrawal Policy rather than on the pricing pages: withdrawals are subject to processing and handling fees deducted from the amount transferred, and an account with no login and no trading for three months is subject to a deduction of 10 percent of its balance each month.
Zynerix Leverage
Leverage rises with the account tier, from 1:100 at BASIC to a maximum of 1:500 at PREMIUM.
Zynerix Trading Platforms
Zynerix offers one proprietary platform, Zynerix WebTrader, delivered in the browser. There is no MetaTrader server, no download and no desktop build published on the site, although the About Us page refers in passing to MetaTrader 4 and the account types table names a third-party web platform, neither of which is offered anywhere else on the site.
Zynerix Deposits and Withdrawals
The Deposit and Withdrawal Policy covers bank or wire transfer and credit and debit cards. Deposits must originate from an account in the client's own name and country of residence. Withdrawals must return to the same method used to deposit, and card withdrawals are capped at the amount deposited on that card, with any excess paid by wire. A withdrawal request must be printed, signed by hand and returned as a scan before it is processed. Requests are generally handled in two to five working days, card payments take a further three to five working days and may take two to fourteen working days or more to appear on a statement, and the policy states outright that the broker is not committed to any time frame. Bonus funds and other credited amounts are not withdrawable until a trading volume of thirty times the deposit plus the bonus has been executed.
Zynerix Support
Support is advertised as available 24/5 by phone, email and chat. A single address, [email protected], serves general enquiries, technical support and account management, and one Swiss telephone number, +41 44 551 4229, is published. No physical office is given.
Zynerix Pros and Cons
- Pro: a low $250 entry point with a 0.01 lot minimum trade size.
- Pro: tiered pricing that moves from spread-only to raw spreads with a stated per-volume commission.
- Con: no confirmed financial regulation and no named legal company, registration number or office address.
- Con: withdrawal terms that impose handling fees, a signed paper form, no committed processing time and a thirty times turnover condition on credited funds.
- Con: a 10 percent monthly deduction on an account left inactive for three months.
- Con: a single proprietary web platform with no MetaTrader access.
Zynerix Review and Assessment
Zynerix presents a conventional three-tier CFD offering, but the material questions a prospective client should ask are unanswered on its own pages: which company takes the deposit, where it is incorporated and which authority supervises it. Nothing on the site or in the corporate records checked answers any of the three. Anyone weighing an account here should read the Deposit and Withdrawal Policy in full first, because the conditions attached to getting money back are stricter than the conditions attached to putting it in.

How we know
- 1The live account registration form at client.zynerix.net offers a country list of 247 jurisdictions; those 247 are recorded as the whitelist because onboarding explicitly accepts them.
- 2The United States is the only sovereign country absent from that registration country list, so US residents cannot complete onboarding.
- 3United States Minor Outlying Islands is also absent from the registration country list; it is recorded as a dependent territory of the United States rather than as a separately named refusal.
- 4Other United States territories - Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the US Virgin Islands - do appear in the registration country list and are therefore whitelisted, not blocked.
- 5The published Terms and Conditions, Deposit and Withdrawal Policy, Anti Money Laundering Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement and Privacy Policy on the Legal Documents page name no restricted jurisdiction at all; they place the burden on the user to check local law and invoke Estonian governing law.
- 6No restricted-country clause was found on the homepage, the account types page or the support centre.
Recorded by WIKILIX research, not published by the broker, and not a guarantee. A country listed nowhere above is not thereby accepted — check Zynerix's own terms before you open an account.
