Is Zynerix a scam?

Likely scamMEDIUM confidence
Updated September 3, 2026
Unlicensed anonymous broker (boiler-room pattern)

Zynerix (zynerix.net) shows the hallmarks of a scam, and we assess the risk of fraud as high. It takes deposits from a website created only in October 2025 while claiming to have traded for about ten years, and it names no company, no address and no financial regulator.

  • The domain was registered on 16 October 2025, yet the site says it was 'founded in the years Bitcoin appeared' and has served 'for about 10 years'.
  • No regulator, licence number or legal entity is disclosed anywhere, while the site solicits a 250 USD minimum deposit for forex, CFD and crypto trading.
  • The legal terms are a copied template: they still contain another operator's brand name and classic withdrawal traps, including a 30x bonus turnover lock, profit clawbacks and a 10 percent monthly dormancy charge.
  • The Swiss phone number and the 'Estonian law' wording are a veneer: there is no FINMA authorisation and no Estonian company called Zynerix.
  • For a firm claiming millions of traders, there is no independent review footprint at all.

Risk scorecard

Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.

Worst area: Critical
SeverityLowModerateHighCritical

Regulation

9/10 · Critical

No licence, no regulator and no legal entity anywhere, while taking client deposits for live trading.

Identity & transparency

9/10 · Critical

Fully anonymous: no company, address or ownership; the Swiss phone and Estonian-law wording are unbacked by any registration.

Withdrawals & conduct

4/10 · Moderate

No complaints have surfaced yet because the site is under a year old with no client footprint, but its own deposit and withdrawal policy embeds classic traps.

Reputation

6/10 · High

No Trustpilot page and no independent reviews for the domain, contradicting the claimed decade of business and millions of traders.

Website claims

9/10 · Critical

False decade-long history on a 2025 domain, a millions-of-traders claim, and a recycled scam terms template still naming another operator.

Operational history

8/10 · Critical

Verified operating history is under one year (domain created Oct 2025); no company could be dated; the advertised age is unsupported.

Who they are

A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.

  • Brand: Zynerix
  • Legal entity: None disclosed. The site names only the brand 'Zynerix', with no company, registration number or director.
  • Registered: Nowhere we could verify. No company named Zynerix appears in Estonia's company register, and no operator entity is named in any country.
  • Website: zynerix.net, with a client portal at client.zynerix.net. The domain was created on 16 October 2025.
  • Only licence: None. Zynerix claims no regulator, and we found no licence in any register.
  • Offers: Forex, commodities, shares, indices and crypto (Digital Money) CFDs through an in-house WebTrader. Minimum deposit 250 USD.
  • Contact: A Zurich phone number (+41 44 551 4229) and [email protected]. Base currencies USD, EUR and PLN.
  • Age claim: 'About 10 years' and 'founded in the years Bitcoin appeared' (around 2009). The website is under one year old.
Zynerix About Us claims the firm has traded for about 10 years and was founded when Bitcoin appeared, contradicting the domain's October 2025 creation.
Zynerix Terms and Conditions invoke Estonian Governing laws and embed a 30x bonus withdrawal lock and a 10 percent monthly dormancy charge.
Estonia's e-Business Register returns no company named Zynerix, although the Terms invoke Estonian law (searched 3 Sep 2026).

Regulation

Who really oversees this broker, and what each licence is worth to you.

No proof found

Proof of regulation on an official register: No

We could not confirm this broker on any genuine regulator’s register.

No licence claims on record.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

We reached a likely-scam verdict because several independent facts point the same way.

  • The age is fabricated. The official domain record shows zynerix.net was created on 16 October 2025, but the site advertises about ten years of trading. Both cannot be true.
  • It is unlicensed and anonymous. No regulator, licence number, company name or address appears anywhere, yet the site takes a 250 USD deposit for live trading. A real broker has to disclose who it is.
  • The legal terms are recycled. The Terms still carry another operator's brand name ('Gett Option'), and they build in a 30x bonus turnover lock, profit clawbacks on 'non-deposited funds', a 10 percent monthly charge on dormant accounts, and a statement that the company is not committed to any withdrawal timeframe.
  • The Swiss and Estonian labels do not hold up. There is no FINMA authorisation behind the Zurich phone number, and no company called Zynerix is on the Estonian register whose law the Terms invoke.
  • No footprint. There is no Trustpilot page and no client reviews for this domain, which is not what a decade-old firm with millions of traders looks like.

We did not find a regulator warning that names this exact domain, which is why this is a strong likely-scam rather than a fully confirmed one. The domain is only about ten months old, so warning lists may simply not have caught up.

Evidence ledger

Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.

10 against0 in favour
  • E1The official domain record for zynerix.net shows it was created on 16 October 2025 (registrar NameSilo, Cloudflare nameservers). The site is under one year old.

    StrongVerisign RDAP domain record
  • E2The About Us page says Zynerix has been 'serving in the market for about 10 years' and was 'founded in the years Bitcoin appeared' (around 2009). That is impossible for a domain created in October 2025.

    StrongZynerix About Us page
  • E3Nowhere on the site (home, About, or Legal Documents) is any regulator, licence number, company name, registration number or registered address disclosed, yet the site solicits a 250 USD minimum deposit for live forex, CFD and crypto trading.

    StrongZynerix website and Legal Documents
  • E4The Terms and Conditions contain a leftover brand name from another operator: 'Gett Option's sole responsibility and endeavor is to facilitate trading'. This shows the legal terms were copied from a template used by other trading sites.

    ModerateZynerix Terms and Conditions
  • E5The deposit and withdrawal policy embeds classic traps: bonuses can be withdrawn only after trading 30 times the deposit plus bonus; 'non-deposited funds' and profits derived from them are reclaimable by the company; accounts inactive for three months lose 10 percent per month; and the company states it is not committed to any time frame for withdrawals.

ModerateZynerix Terms (deposit and withdrawal policy)
  • E6Zynerix holds no FINMA authorisation and does not appear on Switzerland's FINMA warning list (searched 3 September 2026), even though it publishes a Zurich phone number (+41 44) and our record lists Switzerland. The Terms instead invoke Estonian law.

    ModerateFINMA warning list
  • E7The Estonian e-Business Register returns no company named Zynerix (searched 3 September 2026), even though the Terms repeatedly invoke Estonian governing law. No operating entity exists where the site points.

    ModerateEstonian e-Business Register
  • E8There is no Trustpilot page for zynerix.net (the review URL returns not-found) and no client reviews or complaints could be found for this domain. A firm claiming a decade of business and millions of active traders would leave a footprint.

    ModerateTrustpilot and open-web search
  • E9The homepage funnels visitors to register with a 250 USD minimum deposit, promotes bonuses, offers only an in-house WebTrader, and relies on account managers who organise traders into groups. This is a standard high-pressure deposit funnel.

    ModerateZynerix homepage
  • E10The About page claims trading on MetaTrader 4 and Web Trader, but no MetaTrader 4 server or download is offered anywhere on the site, and the homepage lists only the in-house WebTrader.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

Being fair, we tested the innocent explanations before concluding.

  • A young but honest new broker? New brokers exist, but a legitimate one does not claim a decade of history it never had, hide its company entirely, and ship a copied scam-style terms template.
  • A regional arm of a real regulated group? No parent group, licensed affiliate or registered entity is named anywhere, so there is nothing to link back to a real firm.
  • A licence granted too recently to show up yet? There is no licence claim at all and no entity in any register, so this is not a register lag.
  • A prop firm that needs no licence? No. It takes client deposits for live market trading, so the prop-firm exemption does not apply.
  • Mistaken identity? Negative reports exist about similarly named sites, but they reference different domains. We kept every finding pinned to zynerix.net and did not import them.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

We would revisit this verdict if the operator could show real, verifiable substance:

  • A named, registered company with a matching address that we can confirm in an official company register.
  • A genuine financial licence that resolves on a regulator's own register and lists zynerix.net as an authorised website.
  • Evidence that the site continues an older, licensed operation, for example an established predecessor domain with matching ownership, rather than a decade-old story on a 2025 domain.
  • A consistent, verifiable base of client experiences showing that deposits and withdrawals actually work.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

12 questions
Is Zynerix a scam?

We assess Zynerix as a likely scam. It takes deposits while hiding who runs it, claims a decade of history on a website created in October 2025, and uses a copied terms template with built-in withdrawal traps.

Is Zynerix a fraud?

We cannot state as a legal fact that Zynerix commits fraud, because no court or regulator has ruled on it. Based on our checks we assess the risk of fraud as high: an anonymous, unlicensed site that misrepresents its age and embeds withdrawal traps shows the hallmarks of a fraudulent operation.

Is Zynerix regulated or licensed?

No. Zynerix names no regulator and no licence number anywhere on its site, and we found no licence in any register. It also holds no authorisation from Switzerland's regulator FINMA, despite using a Zurich phone number.

Can I withdraw my money from Zynerix?

There is a real risk you cannot. The published terms let the company reclaim 'non-deposited funds' and profits, lock bonus-linked balances behind 30 times turnover, and say the company is not committed to any withdrawal timeframe. Be very cautious.

Is my money safe with Zynerix?

We would not consider it safe. There is no regulator, no client-fund protection scheme and no named company to hold accountable if your funds disappear.

Who owns Zynerix?

It is not disclosed. The site names no company, no registration number and no directors. No company called Zynerix appears in the Estonian register, whose law the Terms cite.

Is Zynerix based in Switzerland?

We could not confirm any real Swiss presence. The site shows a Zurich phone number, but there is no FINMA-authorised company behind it, and the Terms actually invoke Estonian law. Treat the Swiss label as unverified.

How old is Zynerix really?

The domain zynerix.net was registered on 16 October 2025, so the operation is under one year old, not the 'about 10 years' the site claims.

Is Zynerix a clone of a known broker?

We did not find it impersonating a specific regulated firm, so we did not classify it as a clone. It reads as an anonymous, self-branded operation rather than a copy of one named company.

What does Zynerix offer, and what is the 250 USD for?

It offers forex, commodities, shares, indices and crypto CFDs through an in-house WebTrader, and 250 USD is the minimum deposit it pushes you to pay to open an account.

I already deposited with Zynerix. What should I do?

Stop sending money, especially any fee or tax asked for before a withdrawal. Contact your bank or card provider about a chargeback, gather your records, and report the site to your financial regulator.

What should I check before depositing with any broker?

Confirm the exact licence number on the regulator's own register, check the named company in a company registry, and look for a consistent, independent review history. Zynerix fails all three.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

Treat Zynerix as high risk and protect your money first.

  • Do not deposit, and do not send identity documents or card details.
  • If you already deposited, stop sending more money, especially any 'fee', 'tax' or 'insurance' demanded before a withdrawal. That request is itself a scam pattern.
  • Ask your bank or card provider about a chargeback or recall as soon as possible, and keep all records such as emails, chats and receipts.
  • Report the site to your national financial regulator, and if you are in Switzerland, to FINMA.
  • Ignore anyone who contacts you later offering to recover your funds for an upfront fee. That is a common follow-up scam.

This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears.
