Finding

A full Cyprus Investment Firm licence under MiFID, held by Instant Trading EU Ltd. It is a genuine European trading licence with client-money rules and access to the Cypriot investor compensation scheme, but it covers only accounts opened through the European website, not the offshore entity that serves most clients. Client protection: Moderate to good for EU clients: segregated funds, MiFID conduct rules and compensation scheme cover up to 20,000 euros. No protection at all for clients contracted to the offshore entity.. Effective: 13 Jan 2015.
