Payout policy

Rewards at Funded Trader Markets are requested on demand rather than on a fixed cycle. A request can be made at any time once three conditions are met: the program's consistency requirement is satisfied, the simulated profit is at least 1 percent of the initial balance before the split is applied, and the minimum trading day count has been reached. Only days closing at least 0.5 percent in profit count toward that day count.

All open positions must be closed before a request is submitted. Approved requests are processed and sent within 24 business hours, where business hours are 08:00 to 17:00 ET, Monday to Friday. The firm publishes a guarantee that a reward missed inside that window is doubled and accompanied by a free account of the same size, capped at rewards up to $1,000 and void if the trader does not respond to a request to change payment method inside the window. Failing to respond to a query about a request within 36 hours results in the request being auto rejected.

Rewards are paid by USDT on the TRC20 network, or through Rise, which forwards to crypto or bank transfer. A 5 percent processing fee applies to crypto reward requests and is deducted from the trader's share. Simulated funded accounts stay in read only mode until KYC is complete, and a Rise account name that does not match the registered name, a wallet address shared with another trader or an email closely matching another trader's can forfeit the reward.

Evaluation fees are not refunded. On 1 Step Nitro and 2 Step Plus accounts the firm instead pays a performance bonus equal to 100 percent of the purchase fee alongside the third reward. That bonus does not apply to Instant Funding accounts or to 1 Step Nitro X.

Withdrawing profit resets the balance and therefore interacts with the drawdown line. On the trailing programs a full withdrawal after reaching the level where the limit fixes to the initial balance can leave no remaining buffer and breach the account, so the firm documents partial requests as the way to preserve room. Partial requests are not available on Instant Pro, and on 1 Step Nitro a partial request above $30,000 of profit must be for at least 80 percent of the eligible profit.

Commission at Funded Trader Markets is charged at a single flat rate rather than in tiers, and it is identical on every platform and every program.

  • Forex, metals and commodities: $7 per lot, round turn. That covers all 27 currency pairs, gold, silver, Brent and WTI.
  • Indices and cryptocurrency: no commission.

All accounts on all programs are swap free by default, with no additional charge for holding positions, and the published contract specifications list a 0 percent swap on every one of the 76 instruments. There is no rebate scheme and no volume discount.

The one further deduction on the trader's side is at reward time rather than trade time: crypto reward requests carry a 5 percent processing fee taken from the trader's share.

What Funded Trader Markets lets you do

  • Weekend holdingAllowed on every plan

Funded Trader Markets states that news trading is permitted on every program, with no blackout windows, no time based restrictions around economic releases and no profit reductions tied to news events. Positions may be held overnight and over the weekend on all programs, and cryptocurrency markets stay open for weekend trading on every platform offered.

Automated trading is allowed across all accounts and phases, with named exceptions: high frequency bots, news scalping bots, bots built to exploit demo servers, multi account reverse trading bots, arbitrage bots (reverse and latency), tick scalping bots and emulators are prohibited.

Trade copiers are permitted, including copying a trader's own positions from another firm, a retail broker or any other source, provided the trades originate from that trader. Copying another person's trades, following signals or running the same bot as another Funded Trader Markets trader is not permitted.

  • Hedging is allowed inside one account. Hedging the same instrument across two accounts is prohibited, and hedged positions may not be held overnight on Instant funded or evaluation simulated funded accounts.
  • Martingale and layering are allowed on a single account. Running them across several accounts is treated as sequential trading unless positions are opened within five minutes of each other or through the firm's own trade copier.
  • Minimum holding time of one minute. Profit from trades closed inside a minute is voided, and in the challenge phase more than 20 percent of profit from such trades means the challenge must be repeated.
  • Gap trading is prohibited. Opening within five minutes before rollover and closing within five minutes after it makes the resulting profit ineligible for a reward.
  • Partial closes are allowed, but a position held overnight must remain fully open, and once part of a position is closed the remainder must close the same trading day.

There is no lot size cap beyond the instrument specification, no margin usage rule, no one sided betting rule and no restriction described as toxic trading or gambling. Margin call sits at 110 percent and stop out at 100 percent, and a stop out closes open positions without breaching the account.

Consistency

Consistency rules

Funded Trader Markets applies a consistency requirement to most, but not all, of its programs. It is measured as best day profit divided by overall profit, where a single day's profit is the balance at 17:00 EST today minus the balance at 17:00 EST the day before. Falling outside the threshold does not breach the account: the trader must keep trading until the best day drops back below it.

  • 1 Step Nitro, challenge phase: no single day's profit may exceed 50 percent of the phase profit target. On a $100,000 account with a $10,000 target, no day may exceed $5,000.
  • 1 Step Nitro, simulated funded phase: no single day's profit may exceed 45 percent of total profit. On $10,000 of total profit, no day may exceed $4,500.
  • Instant Standard, Instant Pro and Instant Plus: no single day's profit may exceed 15 percent of total profit. On $10,000 of total profit, no day may exceed $1,500.
  • 2 Step Plus: no consistency rule in either the evaluation phase or the funded phase.

Partial closes may not be used purely to move the consistency figure, and profit from hedged positions held overnight does not count toward the reward when used to satisfy the requirement.

Firm rules

Firm rules

Outside the drawdown maths, Funded Trader Markets documents a set of account level conditions that can void a reward or close an account.

  • Shield Risk Protocol. On 2 Step Plus funded accounts and on Instant Plus, unrealised floating loss may not exceed 1 percent of the account size at any time, which is $1,000 on a $100,000 account. A breach auto closes all positions and steps the split down: 2 Step Plus moves 70/30 to 50/50 to 40/60 to 30/70 and then permanently 20/80, and Instant Plus starts that ladder from 80/20. Taking the free 90 percent split add on extends the protocol into the 2 Step Plus evaluation phase, where a first breach is soft and a second fails the evaluation.
  • KYC. Simulated funded accounts sit in read only mode until identity and address documents are accepted. A driving licence is accepted as identity only for residents of the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. Failure to complete KYC within two weeks of passing lets the firm deny the upgrade, and an unsatisfactory verification interview can be grounds for denial.
  • IP and household. A trading IP may not overlap with another user's trading, dashboard or KYC IP. Purchases and KYC submissions through a VPN or VPS are prohibited and the purchase country must match the KYC country. A VPN is allowed on the trading platform itself provided the exit IP is not in a restricted country, and MetaTrader 5 and cTrader may not be used from a United States IP. More than one trader in a household must be declared in advance, and the combined allocation counts against the firm's allocation cap.
  • Inactivity. Thirty consecutive calendar days without activity is treated as a breach of contract and the account may be terminated in any phase, with exceptions available if an absence is notified in advance.
  • Allocation caps. Maximum allocation per trader is $300,000 on 2 Step Plus, $100,000 on Instant Pro and $100,000 on Instant Plus.
  • Prohibited practices. High frequency trading, tick scalping, news scalping, latency and reverse arbitrage, group trading, account sharing, account management or passing services, mirroring another trader, and hedging or reverse trading coordinated across firms. Any of these can close the account and forfeit the reward without a refund.
  • Platform switching. An account can change platform only before any trade is placed, at the start of a new evaluation phase, or after a withdrawal has returned it to the initial balance. Instant Plus and 1 Step Nitro simulated funded accounts must be entirely untraded to qualify.

Compromised accounts are not reinstated or compensated, and giveaway accounts must be claimed within 30 days of the result being announced.
