Does TenTrade pay out?
The verdict, the risk score and the figures behind them.
This takes live trading deposits, so it is a brokerage rather than a prop firm.
TenTrade is not a prop firm. It is a Seychelles-licensed retail CFD brokerage that also sells a funded-trader programme, and the brokerage side is the substance of the business.
- The operating entity, Evalanch Ltd, appears on the Seychelles FSA Securities Dealer register with trade names TENTRADE and 10Trade, so the licence claim on the site is true and checkable.
- The site runs a full cashier from a $10 minimum deposit across nine payment rails, offers live MetaTrader 5 accounts, PAMM and copy trading, and states client funds sit in trust accounts.
- Money does appear to leave: traders posted dated withdrawal confirmations in April, July and August 2026, and the firm answers reviews publicly with specifics.
- The funded-programme terms are the weak point: sole and absolute discretion over breaches, amendment at any time without notice, and account review only when a payout is requested.
- Because it takes trading deposits it promises to return, this record should be reviewed as a broker, where the strength of the licence and of client-money handling is the central question.
This business does not operate as a prop firm, so the payout questions this review asks do not apply to it.
Risk breakdown
Six axes, each scored 1-10. Higher means more risk.
Six axes, scored 1 to 10, where a higher number means more risk. Being unregulated is normal for a prop firm and is not scored against them.
- Identity & transparency3/10
Entity, registration number and licence all confirmed on the Seychelles FSA register with matching trade names; offset by no named executives and a registry address that differs from the one published on the site.
- Payout3/10
Several dated, independent withdrawal confirmations between April and August 2026, the firm replies publicly with specifics, and only one payout-integrity report was found against them.
- Terms & rug-pull risk7/10
Sole and absolute discretion over breaches, amendment at any time without prior notice, review of the account only when a payout is requested, and forfeiture of profit above 10% on instant accounts.
- Trading conditions4/10
Live MetaTrader 5 server and a genuine dealer licence support the real-execution claim, but the documents never state plainly which stages are simulated and leverage is advertised up to 1:5000.
- Reputation4/10
Trustpilot score of 4.1 with the firm answering critics substantively; against that, a spread-discrepancy complaint and an unresolved public contractual dispute dated 4 September 2026.
- Operational & social4/10
Multiple live channels and an actively maintained legal document set, but the social audience is very small for the scale implied by a global brand ambassador and no payout channel is publicly readable.
Payout reality
Whether the money actually arrives, and what we could evidence.
Money does appear to move, and there are dated artefacts rather than only marketing claims. Because this is a brokerage as well as a funded programme, some of what follows is ordinary balance withdrawal rather than a profit split.
- 10 August 2026 a trader posted that withdrawals from two TenTrade accounts were approved the same day, describing it as the usual experience.
- 23 April 2026 a trader posted a $21 withdrawal as proof of payment and said they intended to buy a $3,000 instant funded account on the strength of it.
- 24 July 2026 a trader reported being paid directly to an online bank and a microfinance bank in Nigeria.
- 28 August 2026 and 1 August 2026 further reports of fast payouts on funded accounts, each answered publicly by the firm.
- Against that, on 8 May 2026 a trader asked publicly why the account had been reset without payment after reaching 10% of capital. The firm replied that resets follow rule or risk-policy breaches and asked the trader to contact support. That is one payout-integrity report, not a pattern.
- What we could not establish: there is no publicly readable payout channel with certificate ids, and the amounts named in reviews are small, so the evidence shows that payouts happen rather than how a large one is handled.
How the program works
The evaluation, the funded phase and what the firm keeps.
The funded programme sits alongside the brokerage and comes in two families, each with an instant and a one-step evaluation route.
- TenEdge runs from $1,000 to $100,000; TenExpress runs from $1,000 to $500,000. Fees start around $32 and run to roughly $11,000 at the top tier.
- Evaluation: a single 10% profit target on the challenge route; the instant route skips it entirely.
- Drawdown: daily 3% to 6% and overall 5% to 9% depending on tier, with the daily figure measured from equity at the 00:00 GMT+3 rollover. A breach disables the account permanently.
- Profit split: 70/30 in the trader's favour across all tiers.
- Payouts: every 15 calendar days with at least 5 active trading days, or immediately on reaching a 10% gain.
- The catch to price in: on TenEdge instant and live accounts, profit above 10% of initial capital is forfeited and the account is reset after payout. TenExpress applies a 25% cap on profit per trade and per day.

Why this verdict
How the findings add up to this verdict.
The business-model triage settles this before any trust scoring applies.
- It takes deposits it promises to return. The deposits and withdrawals page lists nine rails with a $10 minimum, and the safety-of-funds page states that client money including unrealised profit is held in separate client money trust accounts. That is brokerage language, not evaluation-fee language.
- It holds itself out as a broker. The homepage headline describes a next-generation multi-asset brokerage, and the product menu leads with PRO, ECN, Cent, Swap Free and Dynamic Leverage accounts before the funded programmes.
- It runs live infrastructure. The site distributes a MetaTrader 5 terminal pointed at TenTrade-Server, hosted under an evalanch.ltd path, alongside PAMM and copy trading.
- The licence is real. Evalanch Ltd appears on the Seychelles FSA Securities Dealer register with the trade names TENTRADE and 10Trade, so this is not a false claim of regulated status.
- The funded programme is one product line, not the business. Applying prop-firm scoring here would understate the questions that matter most for this operator, which are about client-money handling, execution quality and the strength of an offshore licence.
Counterpoints
The strongest case in their favour, and what would change our mind.
The case in their favour
The strongest honest case for TenTrade is better than the offshore setup would suggest.
- The regulatory claim checks out. Many operators in this space claim registrations that do not resolve. This one does, with matching entity name, trade names and address on the regulator's own register.
- There is a real payout trail. Independent, dated reports of withdrawals being approved same-day span April to August 2026, including payment to local Nigerian banking rails, which is where a lot of the customer base sits.
- The firm answers publicly and specifically. Reviews, including critical ones about resets, profit caps and spreads, get substantive replies rather than a single template.
- Some rules are published as numbers. Drawdown percentages, the 10% payout cap on TenEdge instant accounts and the 25% TenExpress profit cap are stated, which removes the undefined-consistency-rule mechanic that traps traders at other firms.
- It has visible longevity. Multi-year customer reports, a maintained legal document set updated through 2026, and a named brand ambassador all point to an operating business rather than a short-lived storefront.
What would change our mind
Specific, checkable things that would move this assessment in either direction.
- Toward safer: a named board or senior management published on the site with checkable profiles; confirmation of the trust-account banking arrangement; dated evidence of a four-figure or five-figure funded payout being released without dispute; the funded-programme terms adding a defined appeal route against a discretionary breach finding.
- Toward riskier: a warning or enforcement notice from the Seychelles FSA or any other authority naming Evalanch Ltd or tentrade.com; a cluster of reports in which accounts are reviewed and voided only at the moment a payout is requested; withdrawal processing times lengthening from same-day to weeks; the checkout narrowing to crypto only.
- Worth watching now: the unresolved contractual dispute posted publicly on 4 September 2026 by someone describing themselves as a former contractor, and whether it is settled or escalates.
- Unresolved: a third-party review site asserts a clone warning from the Cyprus regulator. We could not find that entry on the regulator's own warnings list and therefore do not treat it as established.

Hard proofTenTrade deposits and withdrawals page - Context
E3The firm states that client funds including unrealised profits are held in separate client money trust accounts, which is client-money language and confirms it is not operating a pure evaluation model.
- Against
E4The funded-trader terms reserve to the firm the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether trading activity violates the programme's risk framework, spirit or operational objectives.
- Against
E5The same document states that account reviews are done only when payout requests are made by a funded trader, placing compliance assessment after the profit has been earned.
- Against
E6The terms permit amendment of the funded programme at any time without prior notice, so any protection a trader relies on today is provisional.
- In favour
E7A trader reported on 10 August 2026 that withdrawals from two TenTrade accounts were approved the same day and described it as the usual experience.

What we would do
What we would do with our own money.
Treat this as a decision about an offshore broker, not about a prop firm.
- Understand what you are sending. Money paid for a challenge is a fee. Money paid into a PRO, ECN, Cent or Dynamic Leverage account is a deposit sitting with a Seychelles-licensed dealer with no compensation scheme behind it.
- Verify the licence yourself on the Seychelles FSA Securities Dealer register under Evalanch Ltd before funding anything, and note that the register address differs from the one on the site.
- Read the funded-trader document in full, in particular that profit above 10% is forfeited on TenEdge instant accounts and that account reviews happen when a payout is requested.
- Size the first test small. Fund the minimum, trade it, request a withdrawal early, and confirm the rail and timing before scaling.
- Avoid the high leverage tiers. Leverage advertised up to 1:5000 is a marketing figure, not a tool, and it interacts badly with the daily drawdown reset at 00:00 GMT+3.
- Keep your own records of trades, rule versions and support correspondence, because the terms may be amended at any time without prior notice.
