Payout Policy
Profit withdrawal rules and schedules
Payouts are requested from the Payments section of the trader dashboard. The linked trading account is set to read only until the payment is finalised, so open positions should be closed before a request is submitted.
The first payout becomes available 15 days after the first trade on the Classic, Ultra, Instant Standard and Instant Pro plans, and after 30 days on the Rapid and Elite plans. Payouts are then available every 10 days. The trader's share is 80%.
The minimum payout is $100. Requests below $500 are paid in USDT, USDC, ETH or BTC. Requests above $500 are paid through Rise, which offers both bank transfer and cryptocurrency, and are paid in cryptocurrency where Rise does not operate in the trader's country. Funds can also be sent to a WSF Markets account instead, from which they can be traded or withdrawn. Payments are processed Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 15:00 CET.
At least four profitable trading days are required before a payout can be requested, and a day only counts if it produces at least 0.5% profit on the initial balance. On the Instant plans the consistency requirement must also be satisfied. Profit generated inside a restricted news window on a funded account may be deducted from the amount paid.
On the two phase challenges the initial registration fee is returned together with the first withdrawal, once the trader has passed phase two and generated enough profit to withdraw.

Consistency Rules
Performance requirements to maintain your account
A consistency requirement applies to the Instant plans and must be met before a payout can be requested.
- Instant Standard: 30% consistency. The best profit day may not exceed 30% of total profit.
- Instant Pro: 15% consistency. The best profit day may not exceed 15% of total profit.
The score is calculated as the highest profit day divided by the current total account profit, multiplied by 100. A trader whose score sits above the threshold can keep trading until the figure falls back within it. There is no fixed minimum payout amount on these plans, because the sum available depends on the best day and the consistency percentage.
The Rapid, Classic, Ultra and Elite challenges carry no consistency rule.
A separate cap limits how much can be risked on one trading idea: 1% of the initial balance on the Instant plans, 2.5% per trade on Elite, and 50% of the daily drawdown on Rapid, Classic and Ultra.
Prop Trading Rules
Trading conditions and rules for prop accounts
Wall Street Funded allows swing trading by default. Positions can be opened and held overnight and over the weekend on every plan, with no add-on required.
News trading is permitted during the evaluation phases. On simulated funded accounts, trading is restricted on instruments affected by red folder macroeconomic events inside an eight minute window, running from four minutes before the release to four minutes after it. The restriction applies only to instruments related to that event, and a position opened before the window may be held through it and closed afterwards.
Expert Advisors and cBots are permitted on the Rapid, Classic, Ultra and Elite challenges, provided the underlying strategy is one the firm allows. They cannot be used on the Instant Standard and Instant Pro plans.
Copy trading is limited to manually copying between a trader's own accounts during the evaluation phase, and is not available on $100,000 accounts. Copying between funded accounts, copying between accounts belonging to different clients, and third party trade copier tools are not permitted.
Every trade must have a stop loss attached within two minutes of opening. Trades placed during high impact news events must carry a predefined stop loss and take profit.
Firm Rules
Guidelines and restrictions for funded accounts
All accounts run in a simulated environment. Balances, profits and losses shown on the platforms are hypothetical and no real market orders are placed.
The following strategies are not permitted and can lead to immediate account closure: high frequency trading, trades held for less than 60 seconds, grid trading, arbitrage, hedging, latency trading, reverse trading, tick scalping and hyperactivity.
A softbreach is an automated warning raised when an operational rule is broken, such as missing the two minute stop loss requirement. A single softbreach is not a disqualification, but repeated ones can escalate into a breach and may trigger a temporary suspension. Exceeding the maximum daily loss or the total drawdown limit is treated as a serious breach and closes the account immediately.
Accounts are subject to a 30 day inactivity period. Traders who pass an evaluation complete KYC verification and sign a contract in the dashboard before simulated funded credentials are issued, and funded accounts are activated on Wednesdays and Sundays. Instant accounts require a signed contract before trading begins.
A scaling plan is available: reaching 15% profit within three months and taking at least three withdrawals raises the balance by 25% and the profit share up to 95%, up to a maximum account size of $2,000,000.
The daily drawdown resets at the New York market close, 17:00 ET.
