We checked CapitalXtend on 2026-10-30 across its company record, client terms, trading offer and service, and could verify 98% of its record. The score of 37 is what the checked record adds up to; nothing held it down. What would move the score: withdrawal rails, wikilix community. Our published investigation found it is high risk and could not be verified, with 5.7 years of track record. Its client terms carry high risk, with 6 critical clauses. Trading EURUSD costs about 1.4 pips all-in, spread and commission together.

Wikilix independent safety report
CapitalXtend is not a scam and not a clone. It holds a real trading licence listed on the Mauritius regulator's own register, and we found no evidence of fraud. We still rate it 49 percent high risk,…

What Wikilix has recorded about CapitalXtend: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
CapitalXtend is an online trading brand offering forex alongside contracts for difference on spot metals, spot energies, indices, shares and cryptocurrencies. It is operated by a group of companies rather than by a single firm. The brand's own website names Capitalxtend Limited Liability Company, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under number 395LLC2020, as the company the brand belongs to, while CapitalXtend (Mauritius) LLC, registration number 198013, is the company named as holding its investment dealer licence. Trading is offered on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, the entry level account opens from $12, and the broker advertises leverage far above the levels permitted in major onshore markets.
CapitalXtend's website states that CapitalXtend LLC Mauritius, registration number 198013, registered at Level 2, Suite 201 The Catalyst, 40 Silicon Avenue, Cybercity, 72201 Ebene, Republic of Mauritius, is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of the Republic of Mauritius under an Investment Dealer licence numbered GB23201599. That is the broker's own published claim, and it has not been independently confirmed. Anyone relying on it should check the licence number on the regulator's public register before funding an account.
The same page also presents membership of an industry dispute resolution scheme under a regulation heading. Membership of such a scheme is not financial regulation, and it carries none of the supervisory protections a licence from a national regulator implies. Company registration in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Kazakhstan or Cyprus is likewise a matter of company law and not evidence of financial regulation.
CapitalXtend's regulatory position rests entirely on an offshore claim that has not been confirmed. The broker states that its Mauritius company holds an investment dealer licence, and it claims no authorisation from any onshore regulator such as those in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia or the United States. Clients in those markets would not be dealing with a locally authorised firm, and the conduct rules and compensation schemes that apply to onshore brokers would not apply here. The broker's own site states that its material is not directed at residents of the United States, Iran, Russia, Myanmar, Canada, Haiti, Suriname, North Korea or Puerto Rico, although its own registration form still accepts every one of those except the United States and Russia.
Safety cannot be inferred from a licence claim alone, and three features of this structure matter to anyone weighing the risk. The company the brand belongs to and the company named on the licence are registered in different jurisdictions, so it is not obvious at a glance which entity a client actually contracts with. Payments are handled by a separate group company rather than by the trading entity. And the leverage on offer is high enough that an account can be lost in a single adverse move, whatever the regulatory position happens to be.
Five live account types are offered alongside a demo account. Standard opens from $12 and carries no separate commission. ECN opens from $50. PRO-ECN opens from $100 and charges $3 fixed per side in exchange for tighter pricing. Platinum is the top tier and opens from $25,000. A swap free Holders Account is also available for traders who cannot pay or receive overnight interest. For most clients the real choice is between the low entry cost of Standard and the commission based pricing of PRO-ECN.
The broker advertises spreads from 0.0 pips on its tightest tiers, which is a floor rather than a typical figure, and the cost of those tiers is carried by the $3 per side commission on PRO-ECN. Standard and Platinum are quoted without commission, so their cost sits in the spread instead. On the funding side, card deposits are free while card withdrawals carry a fee of $2.50, and bank transfers are quoted without a broker fee in either direction.
Leverage is the most aggressive part of this offering. The website markets it as unlimited, and the broker's published account terms reach 1:5000 on the Standard, ECN and PRO-ECN tiers, with Platinum the single exception at 1:500. Either headline figure is far beyond the 1:30 retail cap applied in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Treat it as a risk warning rather than as a feature.
CapitalXtend runs on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, both offered as desktop downloads, through a browser and on Android and iOS. There is no proprietary platform. Traders who rely on expert advisors or custom indicators will find the usual MetaTrader tooling intact, so the choice between the two comes down to preference rather than to any restriction the broker imposes.
Deposits are accepted by Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer, local transfer, online banking and cryptocurrency, the last of these in USDT on the TRON network. Cards and local transfers are quoted at up to 24 hours in both directions and cryptocurrency is quoted as effectively immediate, while bank transfer withdrawals are quoted at up to 72 hours and online banking is quoted only as depending on the bank. Deposits are advertised without a broker commission. Card withdrawals cost $2.50 and local transfer charges vary by region, while the funding page leaves the cryptocurrency withdrawal fee unstated.
Support is offered around the clock through live chat, with separate email addresses for general support, back office, document submission and complaints. Published telephone numbers carry Mauritius and Cyprus dialling codes, and the office address given is in Ebene, Mauritius. A dedicated complaints address is a useful sign, though the value of any complaints channel depends on what happens after a complaint is filed.
Strengths: a very low $12 entry point, both MetaTrader platforms across desktop, browser and mobile, a funding menu covering cards, bank and local transfer, online banking and USDT, a swap free option, and round the clock live chat with a named complaints address.
Limitations: the regulatory claim is offshore and unconfirmed here, the brand owning company and the licensed company sit in different jurisdictions, payments are routed through a separate group company, and the advertised leverage is extreme by any onshore standard.
CapitalXtend is a low barrier offshore CFD broker built on the standard MetaTrader stack, and for a trader who wants to start small on familiar software it is straightforward enough to use. The important question is the structure behind the platform: an unconfirmed offshore licence claim, a brand owning company in one jurisdiction and a licensed company in another, payments handled by a third, and leverage marketed as unlimited. None of that is unusual among offshore brokers and none of it is evidence of wrongdoing, but together it means a client's protection depends far more on the firm's own conduct than on any regulator. Anyone considering an account should verify the licence on the regulator's register, start with an amount they can afford to lose, and test a withdrawal early.
CapitalXtend's typical spread on EURUSD is 1.44 pips, measured on a real trading account. We read every price the broker sends and weight each spread by how long it actually held — across 10 instruments and 82.6M quotes so far.
Tap an instrument to add it to the chart. Hover the lines for the exact reading at that moment.
Above 3.00 pips the scale compresses, so one rollover window does not flatten the rest. The widest reading in view is 12.8 pips.

Common questions about CapitalXtend
CapitalXtend's registration form turns away residents of the United States and Russia. Its standing disclaimer also says its material is not directed at residents of Iran, Myanmar, Canada, Haiti, Suriname, North Korea or Puerto Rico, yet the form still offers all seven, so what the broker says and what its onboarding allows do not agree. Spain, Cyprus, Ukraine, Sudan and the Aland Islands are missing from the form as well, without being named anywhere on the site.
CapitalXtend lists 68 forex pairs, 226 contracts for difference and 30 cryptocurrencies. The CFD range covers spot metals, spot energies, indices and shares. All of it trades on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
CapitalXtend quotes withdrawals at up to 24 hours for cards and local transfer, up to 72 hours for bank transfer, and as instant for cryptocurrency in USDT; for online banking it gives no figure and says only that the time depends on the bank. Card withdrawals carry a fee of $2.50, while bank transfer and online banking withdrawals are quoted without a broker fee. These are the broker's own published processing times and WIKILIX has not tested them.
CapitalXtend charges no separate commission on its Standard, ECN and Platinum accounts, where the cost of trading sits in a variable spread instead. Pro-ECN is the one tier with an explicit commission, at $3 fixed per side, in exchange for tighter pricing. The broker advertises spreads from 0.0 pips on its tightest tiers, which is a floor rather than a typical figure, and it publishes no average spread.
CapitalXtend offers five account types. Standard opens from $12 with no separate commission, ECN from $50, Pro-ECN from $100 with a commission of $3 fixed per side, and Platinum from $25,000 with no commission. A swap free Holders Account is also available for traders who cannot pay or receive overnight interest, and the broker publishes no minimum deposit for it.
CapitalXtend is run by a group of companies rather than by one firm. Its own material names CapitalXtend (Mauritius) LLC, registration number 198013, as the company holding the investment dealer licence it advertises, and CapitalXtend Limited Liability Company, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under number 395LLC2020, as the company the brand belongs to. A Kazakhstan company, CAPITALXTEND GROUP LTD, and a Cyprus company, CXDT Global LTD, are named alongside them, the second as the payment agent that processes client payments.
Write to complaints@capitalxtend.com, the dedicated complaints address CapitalXtend publishes on its contact page, or use the contact form on that page and choose the Report a Complaint category. The broker also advertises membership of an external dispute resolution scheme for its clients, which is a membership rather than regulatory supervision. How complaints are handled in practice has not been tested.
Yes. CapitalXtend states on its contact page that its support team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and it advertises support in more than 10 languages. The site publishes no guaranteed response time and does not name the languages, so English is the only confirmed support language.
CapitalXtend publishes four email addresses on its contact page, each for a different function: support@capitalxtend.com for support, backoffice@capitalxtend.com for back office matters, documents@capitalxtend.com for account opening, and complaints@capitalxtend.com for complaints. It lists a support telephone number on +357 25056441 and an office number on +230 52970933, and runs a live chat widget on the site. A contact form on the same page routes an enquiry to a chosen department.
CapitalXtend advertises leverage of up to 1:5000, and that figure applies to its Standard, ECN and Pro-ECN accounts. Platinum is the single exception and caps leverage at 1:500. Leverage at these levels is far above the 1:30 retail limit applied in the United Kingdom and the European Union, and it is high enough to exhaust an account balance on a single adverse move.
The minimum deposit at CapitalXtend is $12, which opens the entry level Standard account. The other tiers set their own minimums: $50 for ECN, $100 for Pro-ECN and $25,000 for Platinum. The broker publishes no minimum deposit for its swap free Holders Account.
CapitalXtend accepts Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer, local transfer, online banking and cryptocurrency, the last of these in USDT on the TRON network. No method carries a deposit commission. Card withdrawals cost $2.50 each, bank transfer and online banking withdrawals are free, and local transfer withdrawal charges vary by region.
CapitalXtend offers MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, and no platform of its own. Both run as a Windows download, in the browser through WebTrader, and on Android and iOS. MetaTrader 5 adds depth of market, a built in economic calendar and more timeframes, so the choice between the two is a matter of preference rather than of what the broker allows.
CapitalXtend states on its own site that it is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, under Investment Dealer licence number GB23201599 held by CapitalXtend (Mauritius) LLC. That is the broker's published claim, and it has not been confirmed against the regulator's register, so treat it as claimed rather than verified. The site also names group companies registered in other jurisdictions, so check which entity your account agreement is actually with before you deposit.
