The company gives its registered office as IMAD Complex, Office 9, 3rd Floor, Ile Du Port, Mahé, Seychelles, and it is named on its own website as the operator of the service.

Regulation. The Seychelles licence is a genuine dealer authorisation, but it is an offshore, low-tier one. It carries no client compensation scheme, no negative balance protection requirement of the kind found in major onshore regimes, and it does not give a client in Europe, the United Kingdom or Australia access to a local ombudsman. The Seychelles company register is not open to public search, so the registration number could not be independently confirmed. Caveo FX suits a trader who understands offshore counterparty risk, wants MetaTrader 5 with a low entry deposit, and is willing to keep balances small; it is not a substitute for an onshore-regulated broker.
