The broker states that its products are not intended for residents of the United States or any other restricted jurisdiction, and may be accessed only where local law permits. It advertises service in more than 50 countries. The published times are 24 hours for cryptocurrency and e-wallet payouts, one to three business days for bank wires, and three to five business days for card refunds, which must be returned to the card originally used. Wire, card and e-wallet withdrawals are advertised as free; crypto withdrawals carry network fees.

MetaTrader 5 only. Windows, Mac and Linux downloads are published on the trading accounts page, and the company also publishes its own mobile application for iOS and Android. There is no MetaTrader 4 and no cTrader.

Yes, but only offshore. Caveo FX Limited holds Securities Dealer licence number SD213 from the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles, issued under the Securities Act 2007. That is a genuine dealer authorisation, not a company registration, and it is the only licence the broker claims. It is a low-tier regime: there is no investor compensation fund and no onshore ombudsman behind it.
