Moneyplant FX Broker Overview
Moneyplant FX is an online forex and CFD broker operated by Moneyplant FX LTD, a company registered in the Comoros Union under number HT00324030 at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Moheli. It offers leveraged trading in currencies, precious metals, energies, indices and share CFDs on MetaTrader 5, with five deposit plans running from 100 USD to 20,000 USD and leverage advertised up to 1:500. The broker says it is authorised by the Mwali International Services Authority, an offshore authority in the Comoros, and that claim was not confirmed against the authority's own register during this review.
Moneyplant FX Regulation and License
The regulatory position rests on a single claim. The homepage of moneyplantfx.com states that the company is authorised and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority, known as MISA, of the Island of Mwali, Comoros Union, under licence number BFX2024047. The broker publishes the certificate itself, which names Moneyplant FX LTD as the licensee, cites the Brokerage Act 2013 and the International Business Companies Act 2014, gives a date of issue of 19 March 2024 and an authorised capital of 250,000 EUR, and carries no expiry date.
MISA is an offshore authority and sits in the lowest tier of financial supervision. It operates no compensation scheme, no client fund insurance and no complaints mechanism, so a licence from it gives a client no route to recover money and no ombudsman to appeal to. Moneyplant FX holds no licence from any onshore regulator in the markets it serves.
Is Moneyplant FX Regulated?
Moneyplant FX claims offshore regulation that this review could not confirm. The licence number and the issuing authority are published clearly and the certificate is specific and checkable, but the claim was not verified on the authority's own register, so it stands as claimed rather than confirmed. A reader should treat the broker as unverified on regulation and check the number against the authority directly before depositing.
Moneyplant FX License BFX2024047
Licence BFX2024047 is described on its certificate as an International Brokerage and Clearing House Licence. The wording of the certificate is worth reading closely: it certifies that the company satisfied the requirements in respect of incorporation under the Brokerage Act 2013, and it is signed by the Registrar of Brokerage Companies. It therefore records the formation of a company that has paid for a brokerage category, rather than an assessment of the firm's capital, conduct or handling of client money. Nothing in the document commits the authority to supervising how Moneyplant FX executes orders or returns deposits.
Moneyplant FX LTD
The naming of the operating company is inconsistent across the broker's own documents. The footer and the risk warning name Moneyplant FX LTD of the Comoros, the deposit page refers to Moneyplant FX Limited, and the privacy policy refers to Moneyplant FX Service Limited and states that it is governed by Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, a jurisdiction connected to neither the company nor the licence. A separate United Kingdom company of the same name, number 11086789, was incorporated on 28 November 2017 and dissolved on 27 January 2026 according to UK Companies House; it is not named on the current site. The Comoros entity itself is corroborated by its Legal Entity Identifier record, which shows it as active and created on 13 March 2024, six days before the licence certificate was issued.
Is Moneyplant FX Safe?
The evidence available does not establish that Moneyplant FX is safe to deposit with. The operating company exists and is traceable, which is more than some offshore brokers offer, but the only supervision claimed comes from an authority with no compensation scheme, the claim itself is unconfirmed, and the company behind the service is about eighteen months old rather than the longer history the site's copyright line suggests. The site publishes no terms of business or client agreement, and the document presented at signup as terms and conditions is in fact a risk disclosure notice. There is also no published commitment anywhere on the site that client money is held separately from company funds.
Moneyplant FX Account Types
Five plans are offered through the signup selector. Micro requires 100 USD with spreads from 1.5 pips and no commission. Standard requires 1,000 USD with spreads from 1 pip and no commission. Swapfree requires 2,000 USD, carries spreads from 1.5 pips, no commission and no overnight swaps. ECN requires 10,000 USD, charges 7 USD per lot and caps leverage at 1:300. Elite requires 20,000 USD, quotes spreads from 0.8 pips and charges 5 USD per lot. All plans quote floating spreads.
The separate Account Types page describes only a Standard account, and its specification differs from the signup selector: spreads from 1.2 pips and leverage up to 1:300 rather than 1 pip and 1:500. That page also gives the base currency as USD or EUR, market execution, a margin call at 50 percent, a stop-out at 20 percent and expert advisors allowed.
Moneyplant FX Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Spreads start at 0.8 pips on the Elite plan and 1 pip on Standard, with the cheaper plans quoting 1.5 pips. Commission applies only to the two largest plans, at 7 USD per lot on ECN and 5 USD per lot on Elite. The homepage separately advertises spreads of 0.0 pips on EUR/USD, a figure that does not appear in any of the published plan specifications. Overnight swap rates are not published anywhere on the site, so the cost of holding a position beyond a day cannot be established before opening an account.
Moneyplant FX Leverage
Leverage is advertised up to 1:500 on the Micro, Standard, Swapfree and Elite plans and up to 1:300 on the ECN plan. The Account Types page quotes a lower ceiling of 1:300 for Standard. At 1:500 a position can be opened against 0.2 percent of its value, and losses scale at the same rate.
Moneyplant FX Trading Platforms
MetaTrader 5 is the main platform, offered as a branded Windows build, as Apple, iOS and Android downloads, and as a browser terminal at web.moneyplantfx.com. MetaTrader 4 is not offered. The site also publishes downloads for a Windows platform called Dragon Trader and, on its DMA Stocks page, for Hammer Pro, Hammer Lite, Sterling Trader Pro, Sterling Trader Manager and Sterling LST. Apart from the Windows MetaTrader 5 installer, every one of these programs is served from a file host that is not on the broker's own domain, which is not how a broker would normally distribute software a client must install. Copy trading is offered as a separate service.
Moneyplant FX Deposits and Withdrawals
Funding is by bank wire transfer, Visa and Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and Fasapay, all quoted in USD and EUR. Bank wire has a 100 USD minimum, no fee, and takes two to four working days. Card deposits carry a 2.50 percent fee and Fasapay deposits 0.50 percent, while Skrill and Neteller deposits are free. Withdrawals are stated as free on every method and processed within 24 hours, although the deposit page separately notes that bank wire withdrawals usually take three to five working days to arrive. Third party payments are not accepted and withdrawals must go to an account in the client's own name.
The bonus terms deserve attention before funding. The published welcome bonus cannot be withdrawn until a required trading volume is reached, and removing or transferring any amount from the trading account cancels the bonus together with any profit made using it.
Moneyplant FX Support
Support is offered by email at info@moneyplantfx.com, by telephone on +370 5255 5713, a Lithuanian number, and through a Telegram account. There is no live chat. The account specification and the site footer state support hours of 24 hours a day, five days a week, while the homepage separately claims round the clock support. The social media icons in the footer link to the home pages of Facebook, X and Instagram rather than to any account belonging to the broker.
Moneyplant FX Pros and Cons
On the positive side, the operating company is named, traceable and confirmed active in an official record, the licence claim is specific enough to be checked, entry costs are low at 100 USD, a swap-free plan is available, and MetaTrader 5 is offered across desktop, mobile and browser.
Against that, the only regulation claimed is offshore and unconfirmed, the authority behind it offers no compensation scheme or complaints route, no terms of business or client agreement is published at all, the operating company dates from March 2024 rather than the earlier years the site implies, several published figures contradict each other, trading software is distributed from an unrelated file host, and the restrictions the footer sets out are not enforced at signup.
Moneyplant FX Review and Assessment
Moneyplant FX presents a complete retail offering, with five account plans, a recognised platform and a conventional set of funding channels, behind a single offshore licence claim that no independent source confirmed during this review. The decisive consideration before funding an account is not the trading conditions but the documentation: a client is asked to accept terms and conditions that do not exist as a document, under a company whose name is written three different ways across the site, with no published statement on where deposits are held. Anyone considering this broker should verify the licence number with the authority directly and treat any money sent as being at risk of being difficult to retrieve.
