fivehills, which its own website now presents under the OEX Securities brand at fivehills.com, is an offshore forex and CFD broker offering MetaTrader 4 trading on currencies, commodities, indices, stocks and futures. The site states that OEX Securities Limited is authorised and regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority under licence number SD059. The licence record for SD059 names Fivehills Securities Limited, a Seychelles company registered under number 8424940-1 and incorporated on 28 January 2019, whose registered office is C/O Archipel Corporate Services Ltd, 1st Floor Dekk House, Zippora Street, Providence Industrial Estate, Mahe, Victoria. That difference between the name on the licence and the name used on the site is the first thing a prospective client should note.
Regulation. A Seychelles securities dealer licence is a low-tier offshore permission. It is a real licence and it does allow derivatives dealing, but it carries no compensation scheme, no negative balance guarantee by law and far lighter conduct supervision than a licence from an onshore regulator. The site's own FAQ additionally claims registration in St Vincent and the Grenadines, which is a company registration rather than a trading authorisation and should not be read as a second layer of protection.
Accounts and costs. Four accounts are published, all on MetaTrader 4 and all with a stated starting deposit of USD 100 and leverage up to 1:500: ECN (spreads from 0.0 pips, commission USD 3.50 per USD 100k per side, USD 7.00 per lot round turn), ISLAMIC and STANDARD (no commission, spreads from 1.1 pips) and BASIC (no commission, spreads from 1.5 pips). Micro lots of 0.01 are supported, the stop-out level is 50 percent, servers are stated to be in London and up to 200 open position orders per account are allowed. The published account table quotes 32 currency pairs while the Forex page advertises over 61, so the instrument count is not stated consistently.
Funding. Credit and debit cards, Perfect Money and bank transfer are live, each described as instant, with Neteller VIP, Skrill and UnionPay marked as coming soon. The broker states it charges no deposit or withdrawal fees, does not accept third-party payments, and says client money is held in segregated accounts.
Support. Live chat and email at service@oexsecurities.com are offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, alongside Telegram, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. No office address or telephone switchboard is published on the site. Residents of the United States, Japan, Canada and North Korea are not accepted.
Who it suits, and the caveats. The low entry deposit, raw-spread ECN pricing and swap-free option will appeal to small MT4 accounts and to expert-advisor traders. Against that: the operating name on the site does not match the licensed entity, only one platform is offered, no physical office is disclosed, the site still carries a 2023 copyright line, and offshore supervision gives limited recourse if a dispute over withdrawals arises. Treat the deposit as capital you can afford to lose, test withdrawals early and keep balances small.
