Wikilix independent safety report

0%Scam riskScam risk is our overall estimate that this broker is unsafe, from 0% (safe) to 100% (almost certainly a scam). It blends the six risk areas below, weighted by how strong the evidence is. Higher means riskier.
High risk (unverified)Our overall call, based on the evidence we could verify. From safest to worst: Appears legitimate, Insufficient evidence, High risk (unverified), Likely scam, Confirmed scam. A separate "Not a broker" verdict is used when it does not really offer trading.Confidence: MEDIUMHow sure we are of this verdict, based on how much solid, checkable evidence we found. Shown as Low, Medium or High.
2.5/5Safety rating 2.5 out of 5
The Wikilix safety rating, from 1 to 5 stars. It mirrors the scam risk (5 = safest, 1 = riskiest), so a higher risk percentage means fewer stars.

No, we found no evidence that FX24 is a scam or that it has committed fraud, but we rate it high risk at 65 percent: it takes retail deposits while holding no financial licence anywhere, and it tells…

High contract risk

No FX24 document names a regulator, a licence or a compensation scheme. The company you contract with is two firms sharing one name, in two countries. Separate clauses let FX24 delete your profit, and one lets it reclaim money you have already withdrawn. You get three working days to complain, and then your silence counts as agreement.

Broker Summary

Summary of the broker

FX24 Broker Overview

FX24 is a forex and CFD brand that trades under the operating company Bigray Finance Group LLC and serves clients from an office in Baku, Azerbaijan. The broker offers MetaTrader 5 and a web terminal, three retail account tiers starting at a $25 minimum deposit, and leverage of up to 1:500. Its public site is now published at fx24.market, and the older fx24broker.com address redirects there. No financial regulation has been confirmed for FX24 on any regulator's own register, which is the single most important thing to understand before funding an account.

FX24 Regulation and License

The FX24 website states that the broker is registered and licensed by the FSA and by Azerbaijan's financial regulator, and its homepage advertises two regulatory licences. Those are claims made by the broker. No licence number, authority reference or register entry supporting them is published on the site, and none is recorded against FX24 in our data, so the claims are unconfirmed. The site's own legal notice identifies Bigray Finance Group LLC as an Azerbaijani company with registration number 1406246501 and additionally names a Bigray Finance Group LLC registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under number 4044. Company registration of that kind establishes that a company exists. It is not financial regulation and confers none of the client protections a licence does.

Is FX24 Regulated?

There is no confirmed regulation for FX24. The broker advertises licences it does not evidence, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, where one of its named companies sits, does not license or supervise forex brokerage at all. Traders should treat FX24 as operating without demonstrated supervision until a specific authority, licence number and register entry can be checked.

Bigray Finance Group LLC

Bigray Finance Group LLC is the company FX24 names as the operator of fx24.market, with a registered address at Nasimi District, Tbilisi Ave., Block 3007, Block 3, Floor 13, House 75, Baku, Azerbaijan. The same name is used for the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines entity, so two separate companies in two jurisdictions share one trading brand. Which of them holds a client's account, and which one a client would have to pursue in a dispute, is not made clear anywhere on the site.

Is FX24 Safe?

FX24 does not currently demonstrate the safeguards a cautious trader should expect. There is no confirmed regulator, no evidenced licence, no disclosed segregation of client money and no named compensation scheme. Set against that, the broker publishes a real corporate identity, a physical address, a working support channel and a detailed account specification, which is more than the least transparent operators do. The brand has also moved its main address more than once, and the site formerly recorded for it no longer resolves, which is worth weighing when judging operational continuity.

FX24 Account Types

FX24 publishes three live account tiers, all on MetaTrader 5 or its web terminal, all denominated in US dollars and all capped at 1:500 leverage:

  • Standard - $25 minimum deposit, spreads from 0.7 pips, no commission, stop out at 50%.
  • ECN - $25 minimum deposit, spreads from 0.2 pips, commission of 5 per lot, stop out at 40%.
  • Scalper Pro - $1,000 minimum deposit, spreads from 0.1 pips, commission of 6 per lot, stop out at 30%.

Minimum trade size is 0.01 lots across all three, hedging is permitted and expert advisors are allowed.

FX24 Spreads, Commissions and Fees

Spreads are variable and quoted from 0.7 pips on the commission-free Standard account, tightening to 0.2 and 0.1 pips on the commission-bearing ECN and Scalper Pro tiers. The cost that deserves attention is on the funding side rather than the trading side: a holding fee of 5% is retained on deposits, and a minimum trading volume must be reached before a withdrawal can be made. A trader who deposits and then changes their mind does not get their full balance back.

FX24 Leverage

Leverage runs to a maximum of 1:500 on every account tier. That is high by the standards of supervised markets and magnifies losses as readily as gains.

FX24 Trading Platforms

Trading is on MetaTrader 5, available on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, together with a browser-based web terminal. FX24 offers no proprietary platform of its own.

FX24 Deposits and Withdrawals

FX24 accepts Visa and Mastercard, bank and wire transfer, Tether (USDT) and regional fiat currencies including the Saudi riyal and the Qatari riyal, with deposits from $10 and processing quoted in hours. The 5% deposit holding fee and the volume requirement attached to withdrawals apply across these methods and should be read before funding.

FX24 Support

Support is offered in English by live chat, by email at support@fx24.market, by telephone on +994 12 436 54 12 and through a Telegram bot, with live chat advertised as always available.

FX24 Pros and Cons

  • Pro - a low $25 entry point on both the Standard and the ECN account.
  • Pro - MetaTrader 5 with hedging and expert advisors permitted, plus a named operating company and a physical address.
  • Con - no confirmed regulation, and advertised licences that the site does not evidence.
  • Con - a 5% fee retained on deposits and a trading volume condition before withdrawal.
  • Con - two companies of the same name in two jurisdictions, with no statement of which one holds client accounts.

FX24 Review and Assessment

FX24 presents a competent retail offering: MetaTrader 5, tight quoted spreads, a $25 entry and clear account specifications. What it does not present is evidence for the regulatory standing it advertises, and the funding terms shift real cost and real risk onto the client before a single trade is placed. Anyone considering an account should first ask FX24 for the authority and licence number behind its regulatory claim, and confirm which of the two Bigray Finance Group companies would hold their money.
