Broker Summary

Summary of the broker

Introduction

In the ever-changing landscape of forex trading, choosing a dependable and transparent broker is essential for traders who have just begun and those who have been trading for years. Since its inception, FXCC has unceasingly found its niche as a specialist forex broker and provides a solid combination of competitive trading conditions and a user-focused attitude. FXCC's exceptional focus on its clients, or the trader's experience above all other concerns, is a testament to the broker's ideals of transparency and efficiency.

FXCC was established over a decade ago and has continued to expand its global reach, embracing state-of-the-art technology and regulation methods to provide exceptional trading services. This article will provide a detailed overview of FXCC's many offerings and background in the forex marketplace, its features and ease of use, level of regulatory protection, trading conditions and fees, and standing in the overall marketplace.

Background and History

FXCC was established in 2010 by a very skilled team of foreign exchange professionals. The principal goal of FXCC has always been to create an efficient and transparent market to allow for quick and accurate execution of trades without other brokers' ineffective and questionable approaches. The founders, experienced forex professionals themselves, wanted to create one of the first brokerages to replace self-serving conflict of interest tactics with a direct relationship with the markets for clients.

Located in Limassol, Cyprus, FXCC also has an operational presence in Vanuatu to expand its global network. Since its inception, FXCC has continued to add to its offerings, enhance its platforms and technology, initiate partnerships with well-known liquidity providers, and compete for price and speed of execution. These three traits have contributed to FXCC's strong reputation within the Forex market.

Key Features and Offerings

Trading Platforms

FXCC mainly offers clients MetaTrader 4, or MT4, the most popular, commonly known, and well-trusted platform used in the forex trading community. MT4 is popular because of its ease of use, compatibility with Expert Advisors (EAs), and advanced charting capabilities to maximize the user's experience. FXCC also provides traders with mobile applications for both Apple and Android, allowing clients to have their account in their pocket, to enter and manage their trades.

Account Types and Instruments

Unlike brokers with different tiers or accounts to support trading, FXCC simplified the process by allowing only one live account to trade. One live account supports the beginner trader without overwhelming them, and also supports traders who desire to up their trading activity. An account with FXCC helps provide a level playing field for all clients.

In addition to the account types, FXCC provides clients access to multiple forex pairs, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies. The range of products allowed the traders in this survey to change their portfolios depending on market opportunities.

Unique Trading Model

Another great feature of FXCC is its Straight-Through Processing (STP) model. FXCC's STP model sends all client orders straight to the liquidity providers without any dealing desk involvement. Dealing desks often have their own model to maintain, and this can cause conflicts of interest. STP passes most of this potential conflict, creates transparency, and gets orders filled quicker than with a dealing desk. Relying on a broker's processes is essential in an ethical and reliable trading environment.

Regulatory Compliance and Licensing

Regulatory compliance is an essential element of trust within the foreign exchange dealer industry. FXCC operates under multiple regulatory authorities in compliance with applicable regulations to protect clientele and firms. FXCC has a regulatory scheme that operates within multiple jurisdictions. FXCC is dedicated to transparency and security, which is apparent through its regulatory scheme

Trading Conditions and Platform Technology

Trading Conditions

FXCC provides a variety of attractive trading conditions suited for all types of traders. Spreads on major currency pairs go as low as 0.1 pips, which is highly appealing for a trader trying to keep their costs low. FXCC also offers the benefit of flexible margin and leverage based on each client's jurisdiction and classification; this results in professional clients being offered leverage of 1:500.

While FXCC does not have a strict minimum deposit requirement, it tends to be based on account type and regulatory jurisdiction. FXCC does a great job of giving traders the flexibility to choose account sizes that suit their trading style.

Technology Platform

The trading technology offered by FXCC is based on the MetaTrader 4 platform. MT4 is well known for its advanced charting capabilities, real-time market data, and allowing users to use algorithmic trading strategies with Expert Advisors functionality. FXCC also offers a mobile app so that traders can stay connected and keep track of their positions whenever they wish.

Fee Structure

FXCC operates primarily on a spread-based model, meaning that commissions are generally not charged on trades. This approach simplifies the cost structure for traders and aligns with the broker’s transparent trading philosophy.

While deposit fees are typically waived, withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method chosen by the client. Additionally, inactivity fees can be charged after a period of account dormancy, although specific amounts are not publicly detailed.

User Experience and Market Credibility

FXCC has an overall positive reputation among its clients, and many traders mention competitive spreads, simple STP execution, and fast-order execution as its best features. FXCC's focus on transparency and service towards its clients has allowed the broker to build trust in a competitive marketplace. Further, while FXCC features a single account type, some traders feel that this level of simplicity works to its advantage, as it limits trading confusion and provides consistent trading conditions. On the contrary, less experienced traders may view FXCC's lack of account options as limiting compared to a competing broker, for example, that features multiple account-type tiers.

FXCC is reliable and efficient compared to other STP/ECN brokers, such as IC Markets and Pepperstone.

Recent Developments

FXCC has not made any significant updates or changes for 2024, but is continually working to improve its trading conditions and to go global. FXCC's cautious approach demonstrates a commitment to consistency and stability rather than pursuing rapid or disruptive change.

Conclusion

FXCC is an efficient and transparent forex broker with a strong regulatory framework and a client service-focused approach. The STP model, competitive spreads, and the published trust concerning the trading platform of MetaTrader 4 provide an attractive approach for traders searching for confidence in reliable trading access, without troublesome obstacles to trade efficiency; however, FXCC's single account option may not work for all traders. That said, the overall balance of the three areas, the regulatory environment, and the trending positive consensus support the profile FXCC maintains in the global forex market. If you are searching for an organization focusing on transparency, speed, and simplicity in your trading, FXCC is worth considering.

How we know

  1. 1Confirmed blocks come from FX Central Clearing Ltd's standing restricted-regions disclaimer, published in the footer of every page on www.fxcc.eu: "FX Central Clearing Ltd (www.fxcc.eu) does not provide services to residents of restricted jurisdictions including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Japan and other restricted jurisdictions." The United States, Canada and Japan are the only jurisdictions that text names, so they are the only confirmed entries.
  2. 2The United States block is corroborated twice more on FXCC's own pages: clause 36(n) of the CFDs Customer Agreement (Feb 2022 v3.6) states "You are not from the USA, as we do not accept Clients from this country", and the live-account form at www.fxcc.eu/open-account requires the applicant to declare "I am not a US reportable person for the purposes of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act ('FATCA')".
  3. 3The whitelist is the closed country list FXCC's own onboarding renders on www.fxcc.eu: exactly 30 codes, being the 27 EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. It was read directly from the country selector on www.fxcc.eu/contact-us, where it is rendered pre-set and locked to the visitor's detected location. The site's own script selects this 30-code list on the www.fxcc.eu host and a separate, wider list on www.fxcc.com.
  4. 4The registration form at www.fxcc.eu/open-account offers no country choice of its own: the country is detected and posted in a hidden field. The 30-code EEA list is therefore the only onboarding country list the EU site publishes. Where an onboarding list and a published document could differ the onboarding list governs, and here the two agree, since the United States, Canada and Japan all fall outside that list.
  5. 5"EEA countries only" is a region rather than a list of countries, so the jurisdictions outside it have not been enumerated as confirmed blocks. The wording is FXCC's own: the script serving www.fxcc.eu tells a visitor from outside the area "FX Central Clearing Ltd (www.fxcc.eu) currently provides its services to EEA countries only, therefore, in order to proceed with your registration with FXCC you will be redirected to the registration page of Central Clearing LLC (www.fxcc.com)".
  6. 6Iran is recorded as likely-unconfirmed rather than confirmed because no page FXCC publishes names Iran at all. The placement rests on the EEA-only scope quoted above, from which Iran falls outside as a non-EEA jurisdiction, and on Iran's absence from the 30-code onboarding list on www.fxcc.eu. FXCC's Persian-language page at www.fxcc.com/fa is a machine translation of its English site and adds nothing on the question: it carries only the same restricted-regions notice and names no rial or Iranian funding route.
  7. 7Dependent territories: the disclaimer names the United States but no United States territory, so Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands are recorded as covered by the parent block rather than as separately named jurisdictions. Canada and Japan have no dependent territories to record.
  8. 8The FXCC brand operates a second, non-EU entity whose country policy is the mirror image of this one and is not the policy recorded here. www.fxcc.com publishes "RESTRICTED REGIONS: Central Clearing Ltd does not provide services to residents of the EEA countries, Japan, USA and some other countries", and the onboarding list that host renders is a 209-code rest-of-world list that includes Canada, Japan and Iran. The lists recorded here are those of FX Central Clearing Ltd, the CySEC-regulated entity operating www.fxcc.eu, which is this record's website.
  9. 9FXCC publishes no dedicated restricted-countries page: /restricted-countries, /prohibited-countries, /accepted-countries, /where-we-operate and /countries all return 404 on www.fxcc.eu, and the EU site carries no FAQ or help centre. The deposit and withdrawal page at www.fxcc.eu/funding-an-account, the privacy policy, the risk disclosure and the Investment Services General Conditions were each read in full and carry no country restriction beyond the standing disclaimer.

Recorded by WIKILIX research, not published by the broker, and not a guarantee. A country listed nowhere above is not thereby accepted — check FXCC's own terms before you open an account.
