Broker Summary
Summary of the broker
Invetra is the trading brand of PT Invetra Teknologi Berjangka, a futures brokerage operating from Menara Rajawali, 23rd Floor, Jl. Dr. Ide Anak Agung Gde Agung Lot #5.1, Kuningan Timur, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, Indonesia. The company publishes an Indonesian Business Identification Number (NIB) of 9120207172686 and states on its About page that it was founded on 20 June 2000.
Regulation. The broker states on its own website that it is authorised and supervised by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, BAPPEBTI, under futures broker licence number 109/BAPPEBTI/SI/IV/2001, that it is a member of the Jakarta Futures Exchange under SPPKB-002/BBJ/09/00, and that it is a clearing member of PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia under 11/AK-KBI/VIII/2001. This is domestic Indonesian supervision, designed around Indonesian residents rather than international clients, and it is a materially weaker framework than a Tier 1 licence: there is no negative balance protection requirement, no investor compensation scheme for trading losses, and no independent client-money segregation guarantee of the kind an onshore European or Australian licence carries. Prospective clients should confirm both licence numbers directly with the Indonesian authorities before funding an account.
What they offer. Invetra publishes two live accounts. Standard starts from a $50 minimum deposit with spreads from 1.7 pips and $1 per lot round turn commission. Ultra Low starts from $100 with spreads from 0.2 pips, and EURUSD quoted from 0.0, against a higher $8 per lot round turn commission. Both accounts are denominated in USD, use market execution, carry a 70% margin call and a 30% stop-out, trade lot sizes of 0.1 to 50, and are marked as swap-free and news-trading permitted on the broker's comparison table. A free demo account is also offered. The published contract specifications cover 27 forex pairs, two spot metals (gold and silver), seven index CFDs and three energy commodities, so the instrument range is narrow by international standards and there are no share CFDs and no cryptocurrency.
Platforms. MetaTrader 5 is the main trading platform, with charts carrying more than 80 technical indicators, a virtual private server option and Trading Central and FX Blue plug-ins. Alongside it the broker runs its own mobile app for Android and iOS and a browser portal for account management, deposits, withdrawals and its Rewards programme.
Funding. The only channel the broker publishes is a bank transfer through BCA, Bank of Central Asia, in either IDR or USD. Invetra charges a flat $3 fee on any deposit or withdrawal valued under $30 when converted, and nothing at $30 or above; withdrawals must return to the method used to deposit. The help centre also states a $100 minimum initial deposit, which sits above the $50 figure on the accounts comparison table, so the entry price is worth confirming with support before committing.
Support. Telephone on +62 21 39526679 and an on-site chatbot, Monday to Friday 10:00 to 17:00 Western Indonesia Time, with a stated 24 hour response target on the contact form. A compliance address, [email protected], is published in the anti-money-laundering document. Note the narrow support window: there is no out-of-hours cover for a market that trades around the clock.
Who it suits, and the caveats. Invetra is built for retail traders resident in Indonesia who want a locally supervised, locally funded broker with MetaTrader 5 and low commission on major pairs. It is not a fit for clients outside Indonesia: the footer states the company does not serve residents of the United States, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, Iran, North Korea or the European Union, and adds 'including but not limited to', so the published restriction list is expressly incomplete. Three further caveats belong on the record. The site advertises leverage up to 1:500 while its own contract specifications state 1:100 or 1:200 per instrument. The stated 25 year history is not visible in the brand's own public footprint, which is recent, and the company's registration could not be confirmed against an official Indonesian registry during this review. The claimed BAPPEBTI 'Best Broker A++' award for 2023 is presented without a citation. Trading leveraged derivatives risks your whole deposit.
