KAIFIN Broker Overview
KAIFIN is a retail forex and CFD brand operated by KAIFIN LLC, a limited liability company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in October 2022. The brand marketed CFDs on currency pairs, metals, energies, indices and cryptocurrencies across four account tiers, with a headline maximum leverage of 1:1000 and a minimum deposit of 100 USD. No financial regulator has been confirmed to supervise KAIFIN, and the domain the brand traded under, kaifintrade.com, no longer serves a working website.
KAIFIN Regulation and License
No licence from any financial regulator has been identified for KAIFIN or for KAIFIN LLC. The company exists as a corporate entity: it appears on the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines register of Limited Liability Companies as KAIFIN LLC, company number 2654, incorporated on 24 October 2022 and currently listed as Active, with EURO-CARIBBEAN TRUSTEES LTD. as its registered agent. That is a company registration and nothing more. It confers no permission to accept client deposits, to deal in foreign exchange or to operate a CFD trading business, and it carries no client-money protection, no segregation requirement and no compensation scheme.
Is KAIFIN Regulated?
No. KAIFIN operates without any confirmed financial regulation. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines does not license or supervise forex brokerage, so a company registered there is not a regulated broker by virtue of that registration. A client of KAIFIN would have no financial regulator to complain to and no statutory route to recover funds.
Is KAIFIN Safe?
KAIFIN cannot be shown to be safe. The absence of regulation is the central fact, and it is compounded by the state of the business: the brand's website is no longer operating, so the trading conditions, legal agreements, funding terms and complaint channels a client would need are not available to read or to hold the company to. An operator whose public site has gone while its corporate registration remains active is not a position from which a retail client can safely deposit.
KAIFIN Account Types
Four tiers were offered, separated mainly by entry cost and dealing charge:
- KAIFIN CLASSIC and KAIFIN No SWAP: 100 USD minimum, leverage to 1:1000, spreads from 0.6 pips, no commission. The No SWAP tier is the swap-free variant.
- KAIFIN PRO: 1,000 USD minimum, leverage to 1:1000, spreads from 0.4 pips, 3 USD per side per lot.
- KAIFIN VIP: 10,000 USD minimum, leverage capped lower at 1:500, spreads from 0.0 pips, 2 USD per side per lot.
KAIFIN Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Dealing costs ran from 0.0 pips plus 2 USD per side per lot on the VIP tier to 0.6 pips commission free on the entry tiers. These are the advertised figures for the tiers above; they were never verifiable against a live account, and no schedule of non-trading charges such as inactivity, deposit or withdrawal fees has been confirmed.
KAIFIN Leverage
Leverage reached 1:1000 on the CLASSIC, PRO and No SWAP tiers and 1:500 on VIP. Leverage at that level is not permitted for retail clients in most regulated markets, and it can exhaust an account balance on a small adverse move.
KAIFIN Deposits and Withdrawals
KAIFIN did not publish a payment schedule that can be confirmed. The specific deposit and withdrawal channels, their limits, their processing times and their fees are unknown, which means the conditions under which money could be taken out were not disclosed before a deposit was made.
KAIFIN Pros and Cons
In its favour: the operating company is a real, identifiable legal entity whose registration can be checked on the official Saint Vincent and the Grenadines register, and the account tiers were priced in line with the wider market. Against it: there is no confirmed financial regulation of any kind, the maximum leverage is far above regulated norms, the funding terms were never disclosed, and the brand's website is no longer in service.
KAIFIN Review and Assessment
KAIFIN is an unregulated offshore brand whose public operation has lapsed. The one thing that checks out is the corporate registration of KAIFIN LLC, and that is the weakest of the assurances a client needs. Anyone still holding a balance with KAIFIN should treat recovery as the immediate priority rather than trading; anyone considering a deposit should not make one.
