Risk scorecard
Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.
Regulation
7/10 · HighNo financial licence anywhere; only an SVG company registration, which is not regulation. Marked down hard, but kept off the top of the scale because the broker disclosed its unregulated status rather than faking a licence.
Identity & transparency
5/10 · ModerateDiscloses a real legal entity, SVG number and registered address, but is an offshore shell with no named people, a mismatched operating base (Dubai phone), and a site that no longer loads.
Withdrawals & conduct
3/10 · LowNo fund-access complaints were found, so this stays low; the now-offline platform is a latent withdrawal risk for any remaining client rather than a documented one.
Reputation
5/10 · ModerateAlmost no verifiable footprint for a self-described global broker: one positive Trustpilot review and a two-follower Facebook page, while independent sites flag it as unregulated.
Website claims
3/10 · LowRegulatory disclosure is honest and the 2022 age claim is accurate; only mild marketing puffery ('award-winning', 'trusted broker').
Operational history
6/10 · HighAbout four years old by domain and company records, but the operation has gone dark, with the website offline and social activity stopped in 2023.

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
We rate KAIFIN high risk because it accepted client money with no regulatory protection and has now vanished from the web, while nothing we found confirms it is safe.
- No regulator licenses KAIFIN. Its own pages said plainly that it is not licensed and that the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority does not regulate CFD trading. A company number is not a trading licence.
- The only thing it holds, SVG business registration 2654, protects no one: no segregated-fund rules, no compensation scheme, no supervisor.
- It solicited internationally with Spanish, Portuguese and Vietnamese pages, a Dubai phone line and leverage up to 1:1000, the classic offshore regulatory-arbitrage setup.
- The client footprint is almost invisible for a self-described global broker: one Trustpilot review in about three years and a Facebook page with two followers, last active in May 2023.
- kaifintrade.com no longer serves a website. Its last working capture dates to April 2026. An unregulated broker that goes dark leaves any remaining client with no way to reach it.
- What is absent keeps this below a scam finding: no regulator warning, no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record naming this entity, and no sign of cloning or impersonation.

Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.

E2The broker's website kaifintrade.com no longer connects to a live site and returns a domain-not-connected placeholder; the last working capture dates to April 2026, indicating a defunct operation.

The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
In fairness, several things point away from deliberate fraud:
- KAIFIN was honest about its status. Unlike a clone, it never claimed a licence it did not hold; its footer openly said it is unregulated.
- The only public review is positive, praising the spread and support, and no client has publicly reported a blocked withdrawal or a stolen deposit.
- The company is a real, dated 2022 registration at a stated address, not an invented entity, and there is no sign it copied another firm's name or licence number.
- Unlicensed offshore CFD brokers are common and not automatically scams. A site going offline can simply mean the business closed rather than stole funds.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
This assessment would move if any of the following appeared:
- Toward safe: KAIFIN obtaining and evidencing a licence from a recognised regulator, and restoring a working, verifiable website.
- Toward scam: a regulator warning naming kaifintrade.com, or credible client reports of refused withdrawals, frozen accounts, or demands for extra payments to release funds.
- A named successor brand reusing KAIFIN's entity, address or infrastructure, especially one carrying complaints of its own.
- Evidence that the site went dark while clients still held balances they could not withdraw, which would point to a completed exit.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is KAIFIN a scam?
We rate KAIFIN high risk, not a confirmed scam. It is completely unregulated, it accepted deposits with no protection for clients, and its website is now offline. We found no regulator warning or proof of theft, but nothing that makes it safe either.
Is KAIFIN a fraud?
No regulator warning, enforcement action or fraud-related court record names KAIFIN or kaifintrade.com, so we do not state it commits fraud. What we can say is that it operated with no licence and has now disappeared from the web, so we assess the risk to depositors as high. Treat any pitch to send it money with great caution.
Is KAIFIN regulated?
No. KAIFIN LLC only holds a company registration in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (number 2654), which is not a financial licence. The SVG authority itself does not license or supervise forex and CFD trading, and KAIFIN's own site said so.
Can I withdraw my money from KAIFIN?
The website no longer loads, so there may be no working way to reach the platform. If you still hold a balance, request a withdrawal in writing, keep every record, and if it is refused or ignored, open a chargeback with your card provider or report the crypto transfer to the exchange you used.
Is my money safe with KAIFIN?
No. There is no regulator, no compensation scheme and no fund-segregation rule protecting clients, and the operation has gone dark. An unregulated broker that is offline is a high risk for anyone with funds on it.
Who owns KAIFIN?
The stated operator is KAIFIN LLC, a Saint Vincent and the Grenadines company registered at Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown. No individual owners or managers are named on the site. A Dubai phone number suggests day-to-day operations may have been run from the UAE.
How old is KAIFIN?
The domain kaifintrade.com was registered in September 2022 and the company was incorporated in October 2022, so the operation is about four years old. Its website has been offline since around spring 2026.
What is an SVG registration worth for a broker?
Very little for client protection. It is a business-company registration, roughly like a company number, not a trading licence. It does not require segregated client funds, does not provide a compensation scheme, and comes with no financial supervisor.
Is KAIFIN a clone of another broker?
We found no evidence of that. KAIFIN uses its own name, its own SVG entity and its own licence-free disclosure, and it does not display another firm's licence number or impersonate a known brand.
Why is kaifintrade.com not working?
The domain no longer connects to a live website and returns a domain-not-connected placeholder. The last working archived copy dates to April 2026, and the operation appears to be defunct.
What should I do if I deposited with KAIFIN?
Gather your evidence, request a withdrawal in writing, and if that fails move quickly on a card chargeback or a report to the crypto exchange you paid from. Report the case to your national financial regulator and cybercrime police. Be wary of anyone who then offers to recover your funds for an upfront fee.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Confirm the broker holds a licence from a recognised regulator and verify the licence number on that regulator's own register, not just on the broker's website. Check independent reviews across several platforms, and avoid brokers that hold client money with no supervision or that pressure you to deposit fast.

What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
For anyone considering or already using KAIFIN:
- Do not deposit new money. There is no regulator behind it and no working site to rely on.
- If you hold a balance, save your records (deposit receipts, account emails, chat logs) and request a withdrawal in writing. If it is refused or ignored, start a card chargeback or crypto-exchange report quickly.
- Report the loss to your national financial regulator and your local cybercrime police.
- Prefer brokers licensed by a recognised authority such as the FCA, ASIC or CySEC, and check the licence on the regulator's own register before depositing.
- Ignore 'recovery' agents who contact you promising to retrieve funds for an upfront fee. They commonly target people who have already lost money.
