Littlebee

Littlebee is the trading brand of Littlebee Securities Limited, a company incorporated in the Seychelles on 28 July 2022 under company number C810576 and recorded as active on the Seychelles Business Registry. Its registered office is CT House, Providence Zone 18, Unit 6A 2nd Floor, Victoria, Seychelles.

Regulation. Littlebee Securities Ltd holds a Seychelles derivatives trading licence, number SD149, issued by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority. We confirmed the licence number, the licensed entity, the jurisdiction and the permitted activities, which cover securities, futures, options, bonds and other financial derivatives. This is an offshore licence and it should be read as such: Seychelles operates a light-touch supervisory regime with no statutory client-money compensation scheme, no negative-balance protection requirement and no deposit insurance. Effective and expiry dates for the licence are not published, and we were unable to confirm the entry against the authority's own register during this review.

The most important finding is about the website. The domain the broker publishes as its own, littlebee.sc and the address printed on its licence record, no longer serves the broker at all: it issues a permanent redirect to an unrelated third-party commercial page. A second brand domain, littlebee.com, is behind an access wall that did not resolve for us on repeated attempts. The practical consequence is that we could not read a single page of the broker's own site during this review.

What we therefore could not verify. Because no page of the official site was readable, we have no sourced figures for spreads, commissions, leverage, minimum deposits, account tiers, funding and withdrawal channels, execution model, instrument counts, support hours or restricted-country policy. We have deliberately left every one of those fields empty rather than fill them with plausible numbers. Publicly the brand is associated with a self-developed trading platform and a mobile application published under the name LITTLEBEE TRUST LIMITED, an entity separate from the licensed one and one we could not verify on any corporate registry.

Who this suits. On the evidence available, no one should fund an account here today. A real licence and a real, active company are meaningful and we credit them, but a broker whose only published domain redirects traffic away from itself is not in a state where a client can read the terms they would be agreeing to, confirm where their money is held, or find a working route to withdraw it. Anyone with an existing balance should attempt a withdrawal and keep written records. Anyone considering a new account should wait until the operator publishes a working website and verifiable trading terms, and should in the meantime prefer a broker supervised by an onshore authority that provides segregated client funds and access to a compensation scheme.
