VFSC is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Most Popular Questions

Yes, in cases the MEX Atlantic client agreement sets out. Under clause 9.10, if the company reasonably believes you manipulated its prices, execution or platform, it may treat trades that leave it owing you money as void unless you produce conclusive evidence within 30 days, withhold related funds and close your account. Clause 9.11.2 lets it reverse orders placed by an Expert Advisor on an account not set up for EA trading, and misuse of a swap-free account can lead to positions being closed without notice.

MEX Atlantic's Special Trading Terms (version 1.0, dated 28 September 2026) define scalping as opening and closing trades within 120 seconds where that makes up more than 70% of an account's trading activity. The policy applies to all account types and is most often seen on ECN accounts, and accounts showing excessive scalping may be reviewed under the terms and conditions.

Not necessarily. MEX Atlantic's risk warning says your funds may not all be held in a segregated account, depending on how much you have deposited and how much capital you use to hold margined positions. Its client agreement treats the company's obligations to clients as unsecured, and the Cayman Islands licence that covers MEX Atlantic accounts has no investor compensation scheme.

Under clause 28 of the MEX Atlantic client agreement, you can complain by letter, telephone, email or in person, and the company will send a written acknowledgement with details of its complaints procedure. That reply also explains when and how a complaint can go to an external dispute resolution body. The site publishes no separate complaints email address.

MultiBank Group advertises 24/7 support by live chat and by WhatsApp on +1 315 961 2414, and its support email is cs@mexatlantic.com. The client agreement describes the website's chatbot as an automated AI system. Support pages are published in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

Yes. MultiBank Group runs a Social Trading portal at social.mexatlantic.com, where followers copy MT4 and MT5 strategy providers. Each provider sets its own performance fee, which the follower pays, and followers can set limits such as copy volume, total loss and total profit.

The broker's statements disagree. The MT4 and MT5 pages list negative balance protection, but the MEX Atlantic client agreement contains no negative balance protection clause, and its risk disclosure warns that losses can exceed your initial investment. The footer of the site also says you could lose more than your deposited funds.

Only with prior approval, according to the client agreement. The MT4 and MT5 pages advertise 'Full EA functionality' and 'No restrictions on EA', but clauses 9.11.1 and 9.11.2 of the MEX Atlantic client agreement say EA strategies are not permitted unless the client requests EA trading and confirms it in advance, at no extra charge. MEX Atlantic may reverse orders placed by an EA on an account that is not set up as an EA account.

Yes, but the broker's documents set different conditions. Clause 9.12 of the MEX Atlantic client agreement lets a client convert an existing account to swap-free, or back, by notifying the company, with no swaps or rollover charges but possible storage fees on certain instruments held open for a day or more. MEX Atlantic's Special Trading Terms (version 1.0, dated 28 September 2026) limit the Islamic Swap-Free Account to GCC nationals of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, and offer other clients a Regular Swap-Free Account that loses its status only if it meets none of three conditions: 25,000,000 USD of monthly round-trip volume when positions of 1 lot or more are held for over three days, average leverage use of at least 1:50, and average monthly equity of at least 20,000 USD. Hedging a swap-free account against a swap account is forbidden, and misuse can lead the company to close positions without notice.

MEX Atlantic's withdrawal form says complete requests received by 12:00 PM UK time are processed for same-day value, but intermediary banks can take up to 3 days to credit the money and international wires can take several business days. Withdrawals are requested in the MyMultiBank client area or by email to withdraw@mexatlantic.com from the email address on the account. The site publishes no withdrawal times for cards, e-wallets or crypto.

Yes. Clause 6.7 of the MEX Atlantic client agreement charges 60 USD per calendar month once an account has had no new trades or rollovers for three consecutive months, so the first fee is taken four months after the last activity. The fee is never charged to an account in debit and never takes a credit balance below zero.

MultiBank Group offers three accounts on multibank.link. Standard starts at 200 USD with spreads from 1.5 pips and no commission; Pro starts at 1,000 USD with spreads from 0.8 pips and zero commissions; ECN starts at 1,000 USD with raw spreads from 0.0 pips, and its page states no commission rate. All three run on MT4 and MT5 with leverage of up to 500:1.

The minimum deposit is 200 USD for the Standard account and 1,000 USD for the Pro and ECN accounts. Deposits by SEPA transfer have a minimum of 250 EUR.

On multibank.link, your account is held by MEX Atlantic Corporation, registration number 354945, a Cayman Islands company incorporated on 29 August 2019 and registered c/o TMF (Cayman) Ltd, 4th Floor, Monaco Towers, 11 Dr. Roy's Drive, George Town, Grand Cayman. Its registration was confirmed through its Legal Entity Identifier record and CIMA's licensee list on 24 October 2026. The client agreement linked from the site (version V0012, issued 30 March 2026) and the site's withdrawal form are MEX Atlantic Corporation's, while the MultiBank Group trade name belongs to MEX Group Worldwide Limited of Hong Kong.

On multibank.link, MultiBank Group offers forex, metals, shares, indices, commodities and cryptocurrencies, traded on margin through MT4, MT5 and MultiBank-Plus. These are margin FX contracts and CFDs with MEX Atlantic Corporation as principal, and its risk warning notes that they are not traded on a recognised or designated investment exchange.

The maximum leverage is 500:1, the figure given on each of the Standard, Pro and ECN account pages on multibank.link and on its MT4 and MT5 pages. Check the leverage applied to your own account when you open it.

MultiBank Group accepts Visa and MasterCard, bank and wire transfers, SEPA (minimum 250 EUR) and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT ERC20 and USDT TRC20), plus local payment services that vary by country, such as Neteller, Skrill, Pix and GCash. Clients in Mainland China are offered UnionPay, Alipay and cryptocurrency. The site says card and crypto deposits are instant. No deposit or withdrawal fee is published, but the client agreement lets the company charge fees and change them (clauses 6.1 and 17.3).

MultiBank Group offers MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and its own MultiBank-Plus platform. MT4 and MT5 run on Windows, web, iOS and Android for the Standard, Pro and ECN accounts. MultiBank-Plus is a web app at trade.multibankfx.com and an iOS and Android app, and copy trading runs on the Social Trading portal at social.mexatlantic.com.

Yes. An account opened on multibank.link is held by MEX Atlantic Corporation. On 24 October 2026, its securities investment business licence 1811316 appeared on the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) licensee list dated 30 September 2025. It is an offshore licence with no investor compensation scheme. The group's other licences, confirmed on their regulators' registers on the same date, belong to other companies that serve their own clients: ASIC licence 416279 (MEX Australia Pty Ltd), CySEC licence 430/23 (MEX Europe Ltd), MAS (MEX Global Markets Pte. Ltd.), BaFin (MEX Asset Management GmbH), the UAE SCA (MEX Markets Financial Services LLC), the BVI FSC (MultiBank FX International Corporation), the VFSC (MEX Pacific (V) Ltd) and VARA for the mb.io crypto exchange (MBIO FZE). Their rules and client protections do not cover a MEX Atlantic account, and the UAE regulator separately warns against MEX Atlantic Corporation.
