Neotrades is high risk. It is not a proven scam and we found no evidence of fraud in the legal sense: no enforcement action, no court record and no finding of fraud by any regulator. But Spain's mark…

Neotrades has stopped opening new accounts, and its whole website is now one support notice. The contract behind it still runs, and it lets Neotrades void your profits once it decides you will not meet your obligations. Neotrades Broker Overview
Neotrades is the trading brand of Neotrades Capital Ltd, a company incorporated in Mauritius under registration number C185992 with a registered office at 6 St Denis Street, 1/F River Court, Port Louis 11328. The brand is in the middle of a material change. Its no longer presents a trading offering at all: it carries a single notice stating that Neotrades is no longer opening new accounts and that changes are taking place regarding its services, with existing clients directed to support@neotrades.com.
The last known conditions for Neotrades are no longer published on its website. Account tiers began at 1,000 USD, maximum leverage was 1:400, MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 were the platforms offered, and the broker dealt as counterparty to client trades rather than passing them to an exchange. Neotrades states that it does not provide services to people or entities located in the United States or the European Union, or in any jurisdiction where doing so would breach local law.
Neotrades Regulation and License
Neotrades Capital Ltd describes itself in its own website footer as a Mauritius based company that is fully licensed under licence number GB21200093 and regulated by the laws of that country, printed alongside its company registration number C185992. That is a claim by the broker. WIKILIX has not confirmed it on the register of the authority that would have issued it, and this review made no judgement about the licences on file for Neotrades at all. Registration number C185992 is a Mauritius corporate registration and is not a financial licence, even where it is presented next to one.
Is Neotrades Regulated?
There is no confirmed financial regulation for Neotrades. The company states a Mauritius licence on its own site, so the position is best described as claimed and unconfirmed rather than regulated, and Mauritius licensing in any case sits below the major onshore regimes on investor protection. Nothing here says the licence does not exist; it says that no official register has been shown to list it.
Neotrades Capital Ltd
Neotrades Capital Ltd is the company behind the brand and the entity named in its client documentation, with an establishment date of 3 March 2022 on file. Its , version 3 of May 2025, additionally names NAGA Global (CY) Ltd of Cyprus as a partner company. Neither company was checked against a corporate registry in this review, so both stand as the broker's own statements of who operates the service.
Is Neotrades Safe?
Neotrades carries real risk for anyone still holding a balance with it, and the regulatory position above is only part of why. The broker has told its clients, on its own website, that it has stopped opening new accounts while its services change, and it has taken down the pages that previously described the accounts, platforms and payments it offered. A broker that is winding back a public offering is the situation in which withdrawal problems surface, so existing clients are best served by keeping their own records of balances, withdrawal requests and correspondence. Regulation, even where it is confirmed, is never by itself proof that a broker is safe.
Neotrades Account Types
Three account tiers are on file for Neotrades, separated by minimum deposit rather than by their trading terms. The entry tier required 1,000 USD, the next 5,000 USD and the highest 25,000 USD, and all three carry the same maximum leverage of 1:400. No commission figure is published for any of them. The website no longer presents these tiers and new accounts are not being opened.
Neotrades Leverage
Maximum leverage on file is 1:400, and it applies to all three tiers equally. Neotrades no longer publishes it.
Neotrades Trading Platforms
MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 are the platforms on file for Neotrades, both offered through the browser. No download link is on file for either, and the website now publishes no platform pages, so a prospective client has no way to see the trading environment before funding an account.
Neotrades Deposits and Withdrawals
The funding methods on file are bank cards, bank wire transfers, e-wallets and cryptocurrency, the last of these covering BTC, USDT and Ethereum. Neotrades charged no deposit fee of its own, and the minimum deposit was 250 USD on cards, wires and e-wallets. Card and e-wallet deposits were credited instantly and wires in three to five business days. Withdrawals are recorded at four to seven business days with a fee of up to 3.5 per cent, and they require signed forms and completed identity checks. PayPal and Wise are not supported.
Neotrades Support
Neotrades now directs every account question to support@neotrades.com, which is the only contact its current website gives. Also on file are a complaints address at complaints@neotrades.com, a Mauritius telephone number on +230 2089022, a WhatsApp number on +971 45604965, and live chat in English during business hours. Whether each of those is still staffed during the wind back is not something the website confirms. The broker publishes a that sets out how a complaint should be raised and handled.
Neotrades Pros and Cons
Strengths:
A named operating company with a specific Mauritius registration number and registered office.
A published legal library, including the client agreement, risk disclosure and a complaint handling policy.
Funding across cards, wires, e-wallets and cryptocurrency with no deposit fee charged by the broker.
Limitations:
No licence has been confirmed on an official register, and the licence stated on the site is the broker's own claim.
New accounts are closed and the trading site has been replaced by a support notice.
Withdrawals take four to seven business days and can cost up to 3.5 per cent.
No commission figure is published for any account tier.
No service to residents of the United States or the European Union.
Neotrades Review and Assessment
Neotrades is a Mauritius registered brand that has wound back its public offering: the trading site is gone, new accounts are closed, and what remains online is a support notice beside a library of legal documents. Its regulatory standing was never confirmed on an official register, which weighs more heavily now than it did while the broker was trading, because the live question for anyone still involved is whether money can be taken out rather than what it costs to trade. For those clients the funding methods on file and the broker's own complaint handling policy are the routes it publishes, and a withdrawal request that is not processed is worth putting in writing through both. For anyone else, there is nothing here to open.

What our check found
A real and active Cypriot investment firm licence, but it is registered to Naga Markets Europe Ltd, a group company, and not to Neotrades Capital Ltd. The approved domains CySEC records for that licence are nagamarkets.com and naga.com country pages, and neotrades.com is not among them, so the licence gave Neotrades clients no EU protection. The broker's footer does label it as a group entity rather than its own. Client protection: None for Neotrades clients. Strong for Naga Markets Europe Ltd clients, who fall under EU rules and the Cyprus investor compensation fund. Effective: 20 Jun 2013.

These are the rules CySEC sets for the firms it licenses. They are not a statement about how neotrades applies them, or about which of its companies would hold your account.
A licence record describes what an authority published. It is not an endorsement, and Wikilix does not issue authorisations.
1Refused: the Restricted Jurisdictions disclaimer in the footer of https://neotrades.com/ reads "We do not offer services or establish accounts for individuals or entities located in the United States, the European Union, or any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be in violation of applicable laws or regulations." The United States is named outright, so it is refused.
2"The European Union" is a region, not a country, so its 27 member states are likely refusals, not confirmed ones. The disclaimer names the bloc, and no single member state is named anywhere on the site.
3US dependent territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands) fall under the US block. The disclaimer names the United States but none of these territories.
4The third limb of the disclaimer, "any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be in violation of applicable laws or regulations", names no identifiable jurisdiction and is recorded against no country code.
5No country is shown as accepted. The site publishes no accepted-countries list, and it no longer operates a registration flow, so there is no onboarding country selector to read.
6Material context for this policy: https://neotrades.com/ now serves a single wind-down notice stating "Neotrades is no longer opening new accounts, and some changes are taking place regarding our services." Every path on the domain returns that same notice, so the blocks above are the broker's standing published policy rather than a live onboarding rule.
7The six legal documents linked from the site footer were read in full and name no country or region as restricted: the Retail Client Agreement (Version 3, May 2025, 54 pages), Risk Disclosure, AML & KYC Policy (July 2023), Privacy Policy, Complaint Handling Policy and Bonus Policy. The Client Agreement's client-acceptance clause lists only person-level categories ("Shell Banks", "Clients included in Sanctions Lists", "Clients convicted for a Prescribed Offence"), and the AML & KYC Policy's High-Risk Countries section applies heightened scrutiny without naming any country.

The operating company is Neotrades Capital Ltd. Registered in Mauritius. Registration number C185992.
Neotrades gives complaints@neotrades.com as the address for raising a complaint and publishes a on its own site setting out how one is handled. Put it in writing, keep a copy, and include the account details, the amounts and the dates of any withdrawal request that was not processed. A broker's internal complaints route is the first step rather than the only one, and where no licence has been confirmed there is no supervising authority that has been shown to stand behind it.
Three tiers are on file, separated by their minimum deposit rather than by their trading terms: 1,000 USD, 5,000 USD and 25,000 USD, each with the same maximum leverage of 1:400. No commission figure is published for any of them. The tiers are no longer shown on the website and new accounts are not being opened.
Withdrawals are recorded at four to seven business days, and longer for bank wires. The fee runs up to 3.5 per cent depending on the method, on top of anything a card issuer or payment provider charges, and a request has to be accompanied by signed forms and completed identity checks. Deposits carried no fee from the broker itself.
The only contact Neotrades gives on its current website is support@neotrades.com, and it asks clients to use that address for any question about an account. Also on file are a complaints address at complaints@neotrades.com, a Mauritius telephone number on +230 2089022, a WhatsApp number on +971 45604965, and live chat in English during business hours. Whether every one of those channels is still staffed is not something the website confirms.
No. Neotrades states on its own website that it does not offer services or open accounts for individuals or entities located in the United States, the European Union, or any jurisdiction where doing so would breach applicable law. It has in any case stopped opening new accounts everywhere.
Neotrades is the trading brand of Neotrades Capital Ltd, a company incorporated in Mauritius under registration number C185992 with a registered office at 6 St Denis Street, 1/F River Court, Port Louis 11328. Its client agreement of May 2025 additionally names NAGA Global (CY) Ltd of Cyprus as a partner company. Neither entity has been checked against a corporate registry, so both stand as the broker's own account of who runs the service.
No. Neotrades states on its own website that it is no longer opening new accounts and that changes are taking place regarding its services. The site no longer carries trading, account, platform or payment pages: what remains is a short support notice, a set of legal documents, and an instruction to contact support@neotrades.com with any question about an existing account.
Maximum leverage on file is 1:400, and it applies to all three account tiers equally. That is the last figure Neotrades published rather than a currently advertised one, because its website no longer carries any trading or account pages.
The entry tier required a minimum deposit of 1,000 USD, with higher tiers at 5,000 USD and 25,000 USD. Individual payment methods carried their own floor, from 250 USD on bank cards, bank wires and e-wallets. Neotrades no longer publishes any of these figures and states on its own website that it is no longer opening new accounts, so no deposit will open one at present.
Bank cards, bank wire transfers, e-wallets and cryptocurrency including BTC, USDT and Ethereum are the funding methods on file. Neotrades charged no deposit fee of its own, cards and e-wallets were credited instantly, and wires took three to five business days. Withdrawals are recorded at four to seven business days with a fee of up to 3.5 per cent, and they require signed forms and completed identity checks. These methods are on file for accounts that already exist, since Neotrades states it is no longer opening new ones, and PayPal and Wise are not supported.
MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 are the platforms on file for Neotrades, both offered through a browser. No download link is on file for either one, and the broker's website no longer publishes a platform page, so there is currently no way to inspect the trading environment before funding an account.
No official register has been shown to list Neotrades, so its regulation is best described as claimed rather than held. Neotrades Capital Ltd states on its own website that it is a Mauritius based company, fully licensed under licence number GB21200093 and regulated by the laws of that country, but that claim has not been confirmed on the register of the authority that would have issued it. Safety is a separate question, and the more pressing one: the broker has stopped opening new accounts and replaced its trading site with a support notice, which is the kind of change that makes withdrawals the first thing an existing client should attend to.
