Active on the regulator's register as a Securities Dealer; the register publishes no licence number and no issue or expiry dates

Finding

A Seychelles Securities Dealer licence. It permits dealing in and broking securities for clients, which is the authorisation under which this firm handles client trades. It is not a retail forex or CFD permission, and Seychelles runs no investor compensation scheme, so client money has no statutory backstop. Client protection: Low. Genuine statutory supervision and a public register, but no compensation scheme and limited cross-border enforcement reach.

Verification note

Confirmed on the FSA register as PKF Capital Markets (Seychelles) Limited (Securities Dealer). Website/domain (hard key 1): the FSA entry's expanded box prints the website "https://www.pkf.sc", whose domain pkf.sc equals the broker's mainWebsite domain (https://www.pkf.sc) in BROKER CONTEXT. Corroborated by hard key 3: the listed legal entity name "PKF Capital Markets (Seychelles) Limited" is character-for-character the broker's fullName, and the register's jurisdiction is Seychelles.

About this FSA licence

What this authorisation is, what it establishes, and what it leaves open.

The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) lists PKF Capital Markets (Seychelles) Limited on its Securities Dealer register, the category Seychelles uses for firms dealing in securities. As at this check on 6 October 2026 the company appears on the authority's live Securities Dealer list. WIKILIX records the number FA007 against this licence; the FSA prints no licence number on the list itself.

The FSA is the statutory regulator for non-bank financial services carried on in or from within Seychelles, acting under the Financial Services Authority Act 2013. It is a supervisory authority rather than a company registry or a trade body, and it both grants Securities Dealer licences and takes enforcement action against licensees.

An entry on this list shows that the named company held the licence when the list was published. It is not a statement about solvency, conduct or the safety of client money, and it does not prove the licence remains in force at a later date. The authorisation attaches to the legal entity named, not automatically to every site a brand operates.

The entry prints the company name, a registered address at 104, Waterside Property, Eden Island, Mahe, Seychelles, a telephone number of (+248) 4346770, an email contact, the website https://www.pkf.sc and a named contact person. It prints no issue date, no expiry date and no status wording; presence on the live list is the only standing signal the FSA gives.

A reader can confirm this by opening the FSA's Capital Markets page at fsaseychelles.sc, choosing the Securities Dealer tab and expanding the alphabetical entry for the company. The answer would change if the entry were removed, the licence revoked or suspended, or the company renamed. The authority's enforcement pages named no action against the company at this check.

FSA is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Most Popular Questions

By telephone on +248 434 6770, by email at support@pkf.sc, or through the online enquiry form on its . The registered office is 104 First Floor, Waterside Property, Eden Island, Mahé, Seychelles. There is no live chat, the firm operates in English only, and a small covers onboarding documentation. The firm's February 2022 client terms define normal business hours as 10 am to 4 pm Seychelles time on a business day (clause 1.1.20); no separate hours or response time is published for enquiries.

Institutional investors, investment funds, listing candidates and high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals who want a Seychelles-domiciled securities dealer, custodian, fund administrator or listing sponsor. Its investment-management service is explicitly aimed at that segment. It is not built for a self-directed retail trader, and it publishes none of the comparison figures such a trader would need.

Listed and unlisted securities. The firm highlights US low-priced securities, meaning shares generally trading below five US dollars, global securities with direct market access and high-touch execution, and exchange-traded funds used as the building blocks of its managed portfolios. Its client agreement defines Securities broadly enough to include cryptocurrency and related instruments. Membership of SECDEX Exchange gives access to that Seychelles market in particular.

WIKILIX found no evidence of one. The legal entity is named consistently across the site, it publishes a fixed registered office in Mahé with a telephone number and email address, the regulator's own register lists it as a securities dealer and a fund administrator, and it is a member firm of an established international accounting network. What a prospective client carries instead is ordinary offshore risk: a lower tier supervisor with no compensation scheme, commercial terms that are not published at all, and a securities dealer licence number, SD001, that the register itself does not print. Nothing here resembles a retail forex operation making leveraged trading claims.

The operating company was incorporated on 20 October 2011, giving roughly fifteen years of corporate history under the same name. Its website is current, carries a 2026 copyright line and still names the same two licence numbers and the same registered office in Mahé. The registration number C8410175 and the incorporation date match the company's record in the GLEIF legal entity register (LEI 89450012SQPOWKOODV68), which names the Seychelles Business Registry as its source.

Probably, outside the United States, but the firm does not publish a list. No restricted countries page and no accepted countries page exist on its website, and its client terms contain no clause excluding residents of any jurisdiction. The one restriction on record sits on the hosted client portal the firm's login page links to, which states that it is not directed at residents of the United States and that US clients are not accepted. Because accounts are opened by direct contact, whether a given jurisdiction is served is decided case by case.

The client agreement provides for a Segregated Funds Account in which client money is held, which is a meaningful protection. It is not, however, backed by an investor compensation scheme: the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles operates no client-fund insurance. In an insolvency, recovery would depend on the segregation arrangements and Seychelles law rather than on a statutory payout.

No public price list exists. The client terms refer to a Markets and Fees Schedule containing the applicable rates, fees, commissions and charges, published from time to time or available on request, and warn that a minimum fee can raise total trading costs where an order is split over a period. Investment-management fees are described as tiered according to engagement and assets invested, agreed with each client at the outset.

By electronic funds transfer only. Clause 13.1 of the firm's February 2022 requires all client money to be paid through electronic funds transfer, and withdrawals go only to a bank account the client has nominated, net of any outstanding fees, with no third party permitted to receive payment. Client money is held in a segregated funds account with registered banks in Seychelles or overseas and may be pooled with other clients' money. No fee, limit or processing time is published, and there is no card, wallet or crypto channel for a trading account.

By contacting the firm. The page states that anyone wishing to open a brokerage account for trading on SECDEX Exchange should get in touch, and it links a login for existing clients. That login is hosted by the third-party provider Velocity Trade at login.velocity.trade, and it offers a public 'Create an account' route into the client portal, which collects an email address and a password at the first step, but the brokerage relationship itself is still opened by direct contact.

No MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or cTrader offering exists. The firm refers to an unnamed Electronic Trading Platform in its client agreement and describes access to global markets through a trading and investment platform with visual and one-click trading for professional clients. Existing clients reach it through a hosted login linked from the Trading Account page. The platform is not named on the website, so WIKILIX has recorded none.

No leverage figure is published anywhere on the site. The February 2022 client terms contain no leverage or margin provisions, and the firm's published services are securities dealing, custody and investment management rather than leveraged derivatives. A separate margin client agreement and a margin product disclosure statement dated January 2017 do sit on the firm's client documents page, so margin dealing is documented, but no ratio or margin rate is stated in public.

The firm publishes one minimum: the PKF Investment Platform, its managed investment service, states 20,000 US dollars. No minimum is published for a brokerage trading account, which is opened by contacting the firm, and the client terms refer only to a Markets and Fees Schedule issued on request, so any other commercial minimum is quoted privately.

The operating company is PKF Capital Markets (Seychelles) Limited, a Seychelles company limited by shares, registration number C8410175, incorporated on 20 October 2011. It is a member firm of the PKF Global network, and its published directors are Carmen Turner (Managing Director), Nico Ackermann and Daniel Carter. The group also includes PKF Corporate Services Limited and PKF Business Solutions Limited.

Yes, but not as a forex broker. The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles lists PKF Capital Markets (Seychelles) Limited on its Securities Dealer register, with pkf.sc as its website, so its securities dealing is confirmed. The licence number SD001 comes from the firm's own site footer, because the register prints no licence numbers for securities dealers. The Seychelles Fund Administrator licence FA007 is recorded as active on the same regulator's register; it covers fund administration work and gives a trading client no protection. The Authority is an offshore, lower tier supervisor and operates no client money compensation scheme.

No. PKF Capital Markets (Seychelles) Limited does not offer foreign exchange or CFD trading. Its own website sets out a securities dealing, custody, investment management, fund administration and corporate services business, and its February 2022 client terms cover securities, custody and nominee services rather than foreign exchange or contracts for difference. Anyone looking for a leveraged currency account will not find one here.

Licence SD001 was issued by The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA), the financial authority for Seychelles.
PKF Capital holds this FSA licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the FSA register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
The FSA register prints it under PKF Capital Markets (Seychelles) Limited, not PKF Capital. Licences are often held by a subsidiary rather than the trading brand, which is why searching a register for the brand alone can return nothing.
Wikilix rates FSA tier 3. Supervision is lighter-touch and client protections vary.
Yes, FSA is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
This page links straight to the FSA register. Search it for SD001, and for the name PKF Capital Markets (Seychelles) Limited rather than the trading brand.
