These ten brokers hold the highest WIKILIX scores among the firms registered in Saint Lucia that carry a licence on record. They are drawn from a pool of 20 that qualify, out of 102 companies registered on the island. GMI leads at 60.8, ahead of MondFx at 59.3 and Trendo at 55.5. The tenth firm, GGCC, scores 32.9, so the spread across this ranking is wide, and it sits above 82 Saint Lucia firms that carry no licence on record at all.

Why only 20 of 102 firms qualify
Saint Lucia registers companies under its International Business Companies framework, which the Financial Services Regulatory Authority oversees. That registration confirms a company exists on paper. On its own it does not authorise anyone to run a brokerage, and the island operates no forex licensing regime of its own. So 82 of the 102 firms with a Saint Lucia address hold no licence on record, and the usual shortlist of highest-scoring names is dominated by firms marked as unregulated. Auro Markets and LQDFX both score around 50, level with the lower half of this table, yet carry nothing on record, so they sit outside this ranking by design.
To keep the order honest, every broker here holds at least one licence on file, and each of those licences was issued somewhere other than Saint Lucia. GMI carries a British licence, from the Financial Conduct Authority. MondFx points to the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and ALPFOREX to the United States National Futures Association. The order is the WIKILIX score, our overall assessment of each firm, running from 60.8 down to 32.9 and nothing else. Where two firms tie we place the older one first, though no tie falls inside this ten.
What a Saint Lucia address actually tells you
A registered address in Saint Lucia is a low-cost base for an international brokerage, not a mark of supervision. Whatever protection a trader gets rests on the outside licence a broker holds, if it holds one. Two names in the wider pool, WELTRADE and NordFX, have run since 2006 and 2008, the longest records of the 20. Age is not oversight, though. WELTRADE's only licence on record is South African, from the FSCA, a second-tier authority.
Licence counts vary sharply. Eight of the 20 qualifying firms hold licences from two or more authorities, TROYMARKET among them with four on record, while the rest rest on a single entry. Several of those single entries are a FinCEN registration in the United States, which covers money-services reporting rather than day-to-day supervision of a retail broker, so read it as a lighter signal than a full markets licence.
Before you open an account with a Saint Lucia firm
- Find out which legal entity you would actually sign with, because the Saint Lucia company is often not the one holding the outside licence.
- Take each licence in the table and look it up on that authority's own public register, by number rather than by the broker's word.
- Check whether the outside regulator's compensation scheme reaches clients of the Saint Lucia entity, since it frequently does not.
- Read how the firm handles withdrawals and disputes, because a local registration gives you little to fall back on.

This ranking reflects the licences and scores WIKILIX holds for Saint Lucia firms as of today. Scores shift as records are updated, and a firm that gains or loses a licence can enter or leave the pool of 20, so the order here is a snapshot rather than a fixed table. We recheck the underlying records regularly, and any licence above should still be confirmed on the issuing authority's own register before you rely on it.
If the offshore registration itself is what interests you, the neighbouring lists are the better next step. Brokers based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and brokers based in Mauritius cover the two registrations closest to this one. To follow a licence rather than an address, Seychelles FSA regulated brokers and FCA regulated brokers show what the same authorities look like ranked on their own, rather than by the paperwork behind a company.
