What Wikilix has recorded about SalmaMarkets: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
SalmaMarkets is an offshore forex and CFD broker. Its main website, salmamarket.asia, presents the brand as AsiaMarkets and says it was founded in 2014, while WIKILIX's company registration record gives 1 April 2020 as the incorporation date of its St Vincent and the Grenadines company, Salma Markets LLC. The SalmaMarkets name appears on the broker's other sites, salmamarkets.com and the Indonesian sfxsalmamarketsidn.com, which name two companies called Salma Markets LLC, in St Vincent and the Grenadines and in Anjouan in the Comoros, and an offshore licence from Anjouan. The main site offers a single STP Account on MetaTrader 4 with a 1 USD minimum deposit and leverage up to 1:1000, funded mainly through local banks in Indonesia and Malaysia.
The only licence on record for SalmaMarkets is licence L 17888/SM from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA) in the Comoros, which the SalmaMarkets sites attribute to Salma Markets LLC (Anjouan Union of Comoros). On 1 September 2026, the AOFA register listed the licence as active. It took effect on 17 July 2026 and expires on 17 July 2027. Anjouan is an offshore jurisdiction with minimal supervision and no compensation scheme for clients.
SalmaMarkets holds no licence from a major financial regulator; its only licence is the offshore AOFA licence. The SalmaMarkets sites print 'Financial Services Authority License No. 317' beside the St Vincent company, but on WIKILIX's record 317 is that company's registration number and no St Vincent licence is on record; a company registration in St Vincent and the Grenadines is not financial regulation.
Salma Markets' customer agreement names Salma Markets LLC of St Vincent and the Grenadines as the client's counterparty and calls it an investment firm registered with the St Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority. WIKILIX's company registration record, last checked on 24 October 2026, holds the company under registration number 317 at Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstown, care of Wilfred Services Ltd. The SalmaMarkets sites give the same address without the care-of name. The Anjouan company appears beside the AOFA licence in the SalmaMarkets sites' footers and is not mentioned in the agreement. The main site names neither Salma Markets company, gives no licence or address and links no client agreement. Its one legal text, the app terms on its privacy-policy page, names only ASIAMARKETS MARKETS LLC, which it describes as the developer of its trading app. A client opening an account there is therefore not told which company would be their counterparty.
SalmaMarkets offers little formal protection, since its only licence is from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. Salma Markets' customer agreement also contains terms worth reading before funding an account:
The main site offers one live account, the STP Account: 1 USD minimum deposit with no maximum, Market-STP execution, trades from 0.01 lots, a 50% margin call and a 30% stop out. Swaps are shown as free, and a promotion page presents the account as an Islamic account whose swap-free feature is activated after opening. A demo account is available through the registration form. The home page mentions cent accounts, but none is named or priced on the site.
The STP Account page lists no commission and gives no spread figure, and a promotion page advertises no swap or commission charges. The app terms on the main site nonetheless oblige clients to pay transaction fees, commission, service fees and interest at rates they do not state, and the customer agreement says Salma Markets is paid through the spread and/or commissions and may change its fee structure at any time without notice.
The main site advertises leverage from 1:100 up to 1:1000, and the STP Account page gives 1:1000 as the maximum. The homepage of the Indonesian site advertises leverage up to 1:3000.
The main site names MetaTrader 4 for the STP Account, with pages for Windows, iOS and Android, but those pages carry no download link, store link or server name, and the site offers no web terminal. It also advertises an AsiaMarkets Trader App for managing accounts, with no store link. The Indonesian site, by contrast, links MetaTrader 5 downloads for PC, iOS and Android on a SalmaMarkets-Live server, and a SalmaFX Trader App on Google Play and the App Store.
Funding is requested from the client area. The main site lists bank transfers through six Indonesian banks in rupiah from 1 USD and four Malaysian banks in ringgit from 10 USD, plus FasaPay and Neteller from 50 USD and wire transfer from 100 USD; it lists no card, Skrill or crypto option. Deposits carry no fee and are credited instantly, except by wire, which takes 1 to 5 business days. Withdrawals start at 5 USD, are free except on Neteller (2%, between 1 and 30 USD) and wire (0.2%, at least 30 USD), and are quoted at 1 to 2 hours during the finance department's business hours, up to 48 hours, or 1 to 5 business days by wire. The customer agreement instead requires a withdrawal request form signed by all account holders and allows at least two business days to issue a check or wire transfer.
The main site offers email at support@salmamarket.asia, which also handles complaints, and live chat, and advertises 24/5 support without giving hours or a time zone. It gives no phone number or office address. The Indonesian site lists support@salmamarkets.com and a WhatsApp number, +62 822-6226-2076.
Pros
Cons
SalmaMarkets offers a very low entry point and local banking in Indonesia and Malaysia, but its only licence is an offshore Anjouan one, and its main site now trades as AsiaMarkets without naming either Salma Markets company. Before opening an account, a client should establish which Salma Markets company they would contract with and read the customer agreement, whose dealing, fee and withdrawal terms differ from the website's marketing.

Common questions about SalmaMarkets
Salma Markets' main site, which trades as AsiaMarkets, says the broker was founded in 2014. Salma Markets LLC, the St Vincent and the Grenadines company its customer agreement names as the client's counterparty, was incorporated on 1 April 2020. The 2014 date therefore rests on the broker's own statement.
Salma Markets' main site asks for complaints by email to support@salmamarket.asia, with your full name, account number, the date and time of the dispute, the case or order concerned and a description of the claim, which the page says must be explained without emotion. On its contact page the link behind that address opens a different mailbox, dealer@salmamarket.asia, so a complaint sent by clicking it goes there instead.
Salma Markets' main site offers forex, metals, indices, commodities and cryptocurrencies, all traded on MetaTrader 4 through its single STP Account. The Indonesian site's price board covers the same five groups.
Salma Markets' customer agreement names Salma Markets LLC of St Vincent and the Grenadines as the client's counterparty. That company is registered under number 317, incorporated on 1 April 2020, at Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Kingstown, care of Wilfred Services Ltd. The broker's SalmaMarkets-branded sites, salmamarkets.com and sfxsalmamarketsidn.com, present 317 as a 'Financial Services Authority License' and also name a second Salma Markets LLC, in Anjouan, Union of Comoros, beside the AOFA licence L 17888/SM. Its main site, salmamarket.asia, trades as AsiaMarkets and names neither company: its app terms name only ASIAMARKETS MARKETS LLC, as the developer of its trading app.
Salma Markets' main site offers email at support@salmamarket.asia, which also handles complaints, and live chat, and advertises 24/5 support without giving hours or a time zone. It gives no phone number or office address. Its Indonesian site lists support@salmamarkets.com and a WhatsApp number, +62 822-6226-2076.
Salma Markets does not serve residents of the USA, Canada, Sudan, Syria or North Korea, according to the footer of its main site, and its Indonesian site repeats the same list. It publishes no list of accepted countries; its local funding channels are banks in Indonesia and Malaysia, and its main site has English and Indonesian versions and links a Vietnamese one.
Salma Markets' STP Account page lists no commission and shows swaps as free, and a promotion page advertises no swap or commission charges; the account page gives no spread figure. The app terms on its site still oblige clients to pay transaction fees, commission, service fees and interest at rates they do not state, and its customer agreement allows the broker to change its fee structure at any time without notice.
Salma Markets' main site offers one live account, the STP Account, with a 1 USD minimum deposit, leverage up to 1:1000, Market-STP execution, trades from 0.01 lots and swaps shown as free. A demo account is available through the registration form. The home page mentions cent accounts, but none is named or priced on the site.
Salma Markets' main site advertises leverage from 1:100 up to 1:1000, and its STP Account page gives 1:1000 as the maximum, with a margin call at 50% and a stop out at 30%. The homepage of its Indonesian site advertises leverage up to 1:3000.
Salma Markets' withdrawal page quotes 1 to 2 hours during its finance department's business hours, up to 48 hours, on every channel except wire transfer, which takes 1 to 5 business days. Its customer agreement is stricter: it requires a withdrawal request form signed by all account holders and allows a minimum of two business days to issue a check or wire transfer.
Salma Markets' main site publishes no KYC or anti-money-laundering policy and does not list the documents it asks for, although its AsiaMarkets Trader App is advertised with registration and verification features. Its customer agreement makes any failure to promptly provide information the broker requests an event of default, which allows Salma Markets to act on the account without prior notice.
Salma Markets takes deposits and pays withdrawals by local bank transfer in Indonesia (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, OCBC and CIMB, in rupiah) and Malaysia (RHB, Maybank, Public Bank and Hong Leong, in ringgit), by FasaPay and Neteller in US dollars, and by international wire. Both are requested from the client area after logging in. The deposit and withdrawal pages list no card, Skrill or crypto option.
The minimum deposit for Salma Markets' STP Account is 1 USD, but only the Indonesian rupiah bank channels accept that amount: the Malaysian ringgit banks start at 10 USD, FasaPay and Neteller at 50 USD and wire transfer at 100 USD. No deposit fee is listed on any channel. Withdrawals cost 2% on Neteller (between 1 and 30 USD) and 0.2% on wire (at least 30 USD), and nothing on the other channels.
Salma Markets' main site names MetaTrader 4 for its STP Account, with pages for Windows, iOS and Android, but those pages give no download link, store link or server name, and the site offers no web terminal. Its Indonesian site, by contrast, links MetaTrader 5 downloads for PC, iOS and Android and a SalmaFX Trader App on Google Play and the App Store.
Salma Markets holds no licence from a major financial regulator. Its one known licence is L 17888/SM from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA) in the Comoros, which the AOFA register showed as active on 1 September 2026. It runs from 17 July 2026 to 17 July 2027. Its SalmaMarkets-branded sites attribute that licence to Salma Markets LLC (Anjouan Union of Comoros), while its main site, which trades as AsiaMarkets, does not mention it. The number 317 that the SalmaMarkets sites present as a St Vincent Financial Services Authority licence is, on WIKILIX's record, the company registration number of Salma Markets LLC in St Vincent and the Grenadines, and a company registration is not financial regulation. Anjouan offers minimal supervision and no compensation scheme, and the customer agreement lets Salma Markets deal as principal and pledge or otherwise use client collateral, so protection for clients is limited.
