Broker Summary
What Wikilix has recorded about INFINOX: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
INFINOX Broker Overview
INFINOX is a CFD trading brand run by a group of companies, and the one that holds a United Kingdom licence is Infinox Capital Ltd. The company is recorded at Companies House as INFINOX CAPITAL LIMITED, number 06854853, incorporated on 21 March 2009 with a registered office at 90 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BN, confirmed on the United Kingdom register of companies on 17 October 2026. It is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 501057, confirmed on that regulator's own register on the same date. The firm is equally direct about who it will deal with: every page of opens with the statement that INFINOX Capital Ltd does not offer trading services to retail clients, and asks professional clients and institutions to make contact by email.
The United Kingdom offering is narrow and clearly set out. There are two accounts, STP and ECN, both on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, with leverage of up to 30:1, a minimum trade size of 0.01 lots and more than 900 instruments advertised. Clients elsewhere are taken on by other companies in the group through its global site at infinox.com, which operates under different regulators.
INFINOX Regulation and License
Infinox Capital Limited appears on the Financial Services Register of the United Kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 501057, with a status of Authorised held since 15 September 2009. The entry was checked on the FCA register on 17 October 2026, which records the website infinox.co.uk and company number 06854853 for this firm. The permissions listed there are arranging deals in investments, arranging safeguarding and administration of assets, dealing in investments as agent and as principal, making arrangements with a view to transactions in investments, and safeguarding and administration of assets. No expiry is shown, because a United Kingdom authorisation runs until it is cancelled or varied rather than for a fixed term.
Two further licences sit with other companies in the group, and neither of them is the United Kingdom one:
INFINOX Limited, Mauritius, holds Investment Dealer licence GB20025832, a full service dealer licence excluding underwriting, effective 19 November 2020. It was found on the Financial Services Commission's Online Public Register on 17 October 2026 with no adverse annotation. Mauritius carries no compensation scheme comparable to the United Kingdom one.
IX Capital Group Limited holds securities firm registration SIA F-188 in the Bahamas, and appears on the Securities Commission of The Bahamas' own list of securities firms as at 28 February 2026, with CFD trading among its permitted activities. This is a different legal entity from the one most clients contract with, and the group no longer advertises the registration on its websites.
The group separately describes Infinox Financial Consultants L.L.C S.O.C as a marketing and introducing entity for the United Arab Emirates. That is the company's own statement about itself.
Is INFINOX Regulated?
Yes in the United Kingdom, and that is confirmed rather than claimed: Infinox Capital Limited is recorded as Authorised on the Financial Conduct Authority's register under firm reference number 501057, checked there on 17 October 2026. What matters alongside that answer is which company a client actually contracts with, because the group writes business outside the United Kingdom through companies in Mauritius, Anguilla and the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom company takes professional clients and institutions only.
The INFINOX Companies
Several companies carry the INFINOX name in the group's own documents, and they do different jobs:
Infinox Capital Limited, United Kingdom, company number 06854853, which runs infinox.co.uk and holds the FCA authorisation above.
INFINOX Limited, Mauritius, company number C176639, which holds the Mauritius investment dealer licence.
INFINOX Global Limited, incorporated in Anguilla under company number A000001246 and trading as INFINOX, named as the counterparty in the group's global client agreement.
Infinox Financial Consultants L.L.C S.O.C, the marketing and introducing entity for the United Arab Emirates.
INFINOX Services EU Limited, Cyprus, registration number HE440832, which the group describes as its payment services provider.
IX Capital Group Limited, which holds the Bahamas securities firm registration named above.
A client's protections follow the company named in the agreement they sign rather than the brand above the door, and only the United Kingdom company is the one the Financial Conduct Authority supervises.
Is INFINOX Safe?
The record cuts both ways, and regulation is not by itself proof of safety. In favour: a company on the United Kingdom register since March 2009 and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority since September 2009, both confirmed on the official registers in October 2026, operating under rules that bring segregated client money, access to the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme cover of up to 85,000 pounds. Both of those last two are limited to eligible claimants, and this company deals only with professional clients and institutions.
Against: the FCA register also carries a disciplinary entry against the firm dated 27 January 2025, and it lists three clone firms misusing the firm's details, so anyone approached in the INFINOX name should check the website and contact details against the register entry itself. Three terms in the firm's own also deserve attention: charges on deposits and withdrawals are reserved without any published rate, nine separate grounds are reserved on which a withdrawal may be refused or delayed, and the firm warns that payments and withdrawals may be delayed without committing to a timescale. Anyone dealing with the group's companies outside the United Kingdom is outside the United Kingdom regime, and outside the compensation and ombudsman arrangements that come with it.
INFINOX Account Types
The United Kingdom site publishes two accounts and prints their terms side by side on its :
STP: spreads starting from 0.9, commission starting from 0 GBP, 0 EUR, 0 USD or 0 AUD, and it can be held as a primary account.
ECN: spreads starting from 0.2, commission starting from 3 GBP, 3 EUR, 3 USD or 3 AUD, offered as a sub-account rather than a primary account.
Both carry leverage of up to 30:1 and a minimum trade size of 0.01 lots, and either can be opened as an individual, joint or corporate account. No minimum deposit is published anywhere on the site, nor in the client agreement, so the sum a client is expected to fund with is not stated in advance. There is no swap-free or Islamic account, and the client agreement contains no swap or Islamic clause.
INFINOX Spreads, Commissions and Fees
The lowest spread INFINOX advertises for the United Kingdom is 0.2 on the ECN account, with 0.9 the entry point on the commission-free STP account, and both are published as starting figures rather than averages. Under clause 5.1 of the client agreement the firm is ordinarily paid through a mark-up or mark-down on the price it deals at as principal, and it reserves the right to charge a commission instead, or a combination of the two. Clause 5.3 reserves incidental banking fees such as wire charges on deposits and withdrawals, and allows the fee structure to change without notice. The agreement sets out no inactivity or dormancy fee, and no percentage or flat rate for any charge it reserves.
INFINOX Leverage
Leverage on the United Kingdom site is up to 30:1, and the same cap is printed on both the STP and the ECN account, with no higher figure anywhere on that site. The client agreement adds one related figure: a warning appears in the MetaTrader 4 platform when account equity falls below 80 per cent of the margin required.
INFINOX Trading Platforms
INFINOX offers MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, and nothing else on its United Kingdom site. Both are published there as App Store and Google Play downloads that connect to the firm's own MetaTrader servers, and no desktop installer, Mac build, browser terminal or API is linked alongside them. The site lists EA compatibility, four execution order options and 30 indicators for MetaTrader 4, and six execution order options, 12 additional timeframes and 38 indicators for MetaTrader 5. The client agreement also refers to an INFINOX Online Trading System, for which the site publishes no download, terminal or connection details.
INFINOX Deposits and Withdrawals
Clause 11.1 of the client agreement is exhaustive by its own wording: INFINOX will only accept deposits by BACS, SWIFT and credit or debit card, and no cash or cheques are accepted. Payments may be denominated in pounds sterling, US dollars, euros or another currency agreed in advance, and a balance held in another currency may be converted at a rate the firm determines. No e-wallet and no cryptocurrency route appears in the agreement or on the site.
Money goes back the way it came. Withdrawals are paid by BACS or SWIFT, or back to the card that funded the account where that is permitted, and the agreement applies a return to source rule unless the firm approves changed payment details in writing. A request is made through the client area or by email. Charges may apply with no rate published, and the agreement directs clients to primesupport@infinox.co.uk for current charges, while bank fees on a client's own payments are the client's own responsibility. No minimum or maximum amount and no processing time are published for any method, and the firm reserves nine grounds on which it may refuse or delay a withdrawal, among them an exceptionally high number of requests in one calendar day, money that may be needed for an obligation falling due within five business days, and any unresolved dispute with the client.
INFINOX Support
Client support runs through one email address, primesupport@infinox.co.uk, which is also the route the firm's complaints policy nominates for a complaint; the client agreement separately lists compliance@infinox.co.uk for its compliance department. The firm states that it does not accept orders by telephone, and it publishes no support hours. Its standard documents are available in English and it reserves the right to communicate in English. For a trade query, the complaints policy encourages clients to use the support team's Slack chats, for which no public invitation is published.
INFINOX Pros and Cons
Strengths:
An FCA authorisation and a United Kingdom company registration, both confirmed on the official registers in October 2026.
Segregated client money, with ombudsman access and compensation cover for eligible claimants.
Both MetaTrader platforms, connected to the firm's own servers.
A commission-free STP account alongside an ECN account from 0.2, with a 0.01 lot minimum trade size.
Limitations:
The United Kingdom company does not take retail clients at all.
A disciplinary entry against the firm on the FCA register, dated 27 January 2025.
No fee rate, funding limit or processing time is published for any method.
Funding is restricted to BACS, SWIFT and cards.
Leverage is capped at 30:1, and there is no swap-free account.
No telephone dealing and no published support hours.
Business outside the United Kingdom is written with companies in Mauritius, Anguilla and the United Arab Emirates, outside the United Kingdom regime.
INFINOX Review and Assessment
INFINOX's United Kingdom arm is a narrow and clearly stated proposition: two MetaTrader accounts from a company whose FCA authorisation and company registration both stand up to a check on the official registers, and which refuses retail business outright. The things to weigh against that are on the same registers and in the same documents: a disciplinary entry from January 2025, clone firms trading on the name, and a client agreement that reserves charges, grounds for delay and grounds for refusing a withdrawal without putting numbers to any of them. The first thing to settle before funding anything is which INFINOX company the agreement is actually with, because that decides the regulator, the protections and the route a complaint takes. After that, the questions worth putting to the firm directly are what a withdrawal costs, how long one takes, and what it expects an account to be funded with.

How we know — 12 sources
1Country of residence is decided by the broker's registration form at https://myaccount.infinox.com/register/, which offers a closed list of 232 countries of residence alongside a longer nationality list of 248. Those 232 countries form the accepted list, because that selector controls onboarding.
2Sixteen jurisdictions appear in the registration form's nationality selector but are absent from its country-of-residence selector: Belarus, Belgium, Canada, Guam, India, Iran, Israel, Mauritius, Myanmar, North Korea, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Sudan, U.S. Virgin Islands, the United Kingdom and the United States. The broker's own FAQ at https://infinox.com/global/en/frequently-asked-questions states, under "Why can't I find my country on the application form?", that "INFINOX operates strictly within regulated jurisdictions. If your country is not listed, we are currently unable to offer services in your location." Together, the form and the FAQ amount to a country-level refusal, which is why these are confirmed refusals, not inferred ones.
3Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are recorded as dependent territories of the blocked United States. They are not merely inferred from the parent: each is individually absent from the country-of-residence selector at https://myaccount.infinox.com/register/.
4The United Kingdom is refused by the global registration form, but the group has not withdrawn from the UK. Infinox Capital Ltd's own site at https://www.infinox.co.uk/fca/en/ states that it "does not offer trading services to retail clients" and directs professional clients and institutions to contact it, and clause 4.1 of its client agreement at https://www.infinox.co.uk/fca/pdf/client_agreement repeats that "INFINOX does not provide services to Retail Clients". UK retail onboarding is therefore closed while UK professional and institutional business continues.
5Mauritius, the jurisdiction of the operating entity's own licence, is itself absent from the country-of-residence selector.
6The UK site's standing disclaimer, at https://www.infinox.co.uk/fca/en/terms-of-use/ and repeated in its footer, says its information "is not directed at residents of the United States, Australia, EU/EEA or any particular country outside the UK". That conflicts with the global registration form, which accepts Australia and every EU/EEA state except Belgium. The registration form decides, because it is what enforces onboarding, and the disclaimer is recorded as a statement about that one site's distribution. The two pages conflict.
7"Any particular country outside the UK" in that disclaimer is a catch-all, not a named country, so it adds no country.
8The European Union and the EEA are regions, not countries, so no codes were expanded into a blocked list from the disclaimer's reference to them. The global site instead gates EU visitors with a notice at https://infinox.com/global/en that proceeding puts them outside the MiFID II regime and loses them protections available under EU regulation and law, which warns rather than refuses; EU and EEA states other than Belgium appear in the accepted residence list.
9Neither client agreement names a restricted jurisdiction. The global entity's agreement at https://media.infinox.com/documents/Infinox_Global_Limited_Client_Agreement.pdf reserves a discretion in clause 10.2 to decline an application where necessary to comply with "Applicable Regulations, AML/CTF requirements, sanctions screening or internal risk-management procedures", and the AML policy at https://media.infinox.com/documents/INFINOX_Global_Limited_AML_Policy.pdf says the company "will not onboard or maintain any business relationship with individuals or entities identified on applicable sanctions lists", screening against United Nations, UK (OFSI), United States (OFAC) and European Union lists. Both are categories naming no jurisdiction, and both address individuals and entities rather than countries, so no codes were attributed to them.
10No dedicated restricted-countries page exists on either site: /restricted-countries, /prohibited-countries, /accepted-countries, /where-we-operate and /countries all return not-found under https://infinox.com/global/en, and the UK site publishes only its legal-documents index. The deposits and withdrawals page at https://infinox.com/global/en/trading/accounts/fundings and the introducing-broker page at https://infinox.com/global/en/partners-and-solutions/introducing-broker carry no country restriction.
11Iran's placement rests on the broker's own pages. Its Persian site at https://infinox.com/global/fa is a full translation that mentions neither Iran nor any local payment rail, and its Persian registration flow at https://myaccount.infinox.com/fa/register/ carries the identical policy to the English one: Iran is offered as a nationality and is absent from the country-of-residence selector.
12The UK entity's site publishes no registration form at all and its register control is inactive, consistent with its professional-clients-only position. All country-of-residence evidence therefore comes from the group's global onboarding portal.

Clause 5.3 reserves incidental banking fees and allows the fee structure to change without notice. The firm names no card brand and publishes no minimum or maximum card amount and no processing time; its own documents are the only place the card channel is described, as the UK site has no deposits page.

The Financial Conduct Authority's register entry for Infinox Capital Limited carries a disciplinary entry dated 27 January 2025, a transaction reporting fine. The entry was on the register on 17 October 2026, when the firm's authorisation under firm reference number 501057 was still in force and its status still Authorised. The register is where the entry can be read in full.
Through the United Kingdom company, within limits. Infinox Capital Limited holds Financial Conduct Authority permission to safeguard and administer assets, which brings segregated client money, access to the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme cover of up to 85,000 pounds. Both the ombudsman route and the compensation cover are limited to eligible claimants, and this company deals only with professional clients and institutions. A client who contracts with one of the group's companies in Mauritius, Anguilla or the United Arab Emirates is outside the United Kingdom regime and outside those arrangements.
Yes. Infinox Capital Limited is recorded as Authorised on the Financial Conduct Authority's register under firm reference number 501057, a status held since 15 September 2009 and checked on the register on 17 October 2026, where the firm's website is listed as infinox.co.uk and its company number as 06854853. The same register entry lists three clone firms misusing the firm's details, so anyone approached in the INFINOX name should check the website and contact details against the register itself. Only the United Kingdom company is covered by that authorisation; the group's other companies hold their own licences in other jurisdictions.
A demo environment exists, but the United Kingdom site does not publish a way to open one. Its own MetaTrader download links connect to INFINOX demo servers for both MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, and the site describes itself as offering a risk-free demo account, yet there is no demo account page and no sign-up form for one anywhere on it.
INFINOX advertises more than 900 instruments on its United Kingdom site, and publishes no breakdown of how many of those are currency pairs, indices, commodities or shares. The group's global site sorts its markets into forex, indices, commodities, stocks, crypto and futures.
No. Neither the STP nor the ECN account is offered as a swap-free or Islamic account on INFINOX's United Kingdom site, and its client agreement contains no swap-free or Islamic clause.
By email, at primesupport@infinox.co.uk, which the firm gives on its contact page, in the notice at the top of every page and in its client agreement as its client support address. The same address is the route its complaints policy nominates for a complaint, and the agreement separately lists compliance@infinox.co.uk for the compliance department. The firm states that it does not accept orders by telephone and it publishes no support hours, its registered office is 90 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BN, and it writes that its standard documents are available in English.
Six companies sit behind the INFINOX brand in the group's own documents and on the registers. Infinox Capital Limited runs the United Kingdom site and is on the United Kingdom register of companies under number 06854853, incorporated on 21 March 2009 at 90 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BN, confirmed at Companies House on 17 October 2026. The global site is operated by INFINOX Limited in Mauritius, company number C176639, and by INFINOX Global Limited in Anguilla, number A000001246, with Infinox Financial Consultants L.L.C S.O.C acting for the United Arab Emirates and INFINOX Services EU Limited in Cyprus, number HE440832, as payment services provider. The Bahamas securities firm registration SIA F-188 is held by a further company again, IX Capital Group Limited.
On the STP account, the spread alone: INFINOX prints commission starting from 0 GBP, 0 EUR, 0 USD or 0 AUD, with spreads starting from 0.9. The ECN account trades on spreads starting from 0.2 with commission starting from 3 GBP, 3 EUR, 3 USD or 3 AUD. Under its client agreement the firm is ordinarily paid through a mark-up or mark-down on the price it deals at as principal, and it reserves the right to charge commission instead, or both together, and to change its fee structure without notice.
By a request through the client area or by email, under the terms of the firm's client agreement. Money goes back the way it came: payments are made by BACS or SWIFT, or back to the card that funded the account where that is permitted, and the agreement applies a return to source rule unless the firm approves changed payment details in writing. No processing time is published and charges may apply without a published rate, and the agreement reserves nine grounds on which a withdrawal may be refused or delayed, among them an exceptionally high number of requests in one calendar day and any unresolved dispute with the client.
INFINOX publishes no minimum deposit for its United Kingdom accounts. Neither its account types page nor its client agreement states one, and no figure appears elsewhere on that site, so the sum a client is expected to fund with has to be settled with the firm directly.
No, not through its United Kingdom company. Every page of infinox.co.uk opens with the statement that INFINOX Capital Ltd does not offer trading services to retail clients and invites professional clients and institutions to make contact by email, and its client agreement says the firm will not be able to open an account for anyone who does not have the requisite knowledge and experience to be classified as a professional client. Clients elsewhere are a matter for the other companies in the group, which run the global site under different regulators.
Access turns on which INFINOX company a client deals with rather than on a single published country list. The United Kingdom site states in its footer that its information is not directed at residents of the United States, the EU or EEA, or any country outside the United Kingdom where such use would be contrary to local law, and the company behind it, Infinox Capital Ltd, does not offer trading services to retail clients at all: its client agreement says it cannot open an account for anyone without the knowledge and experience to be classified as a professional client. Clients elsewhere are taken on by other companies in the group, and INFINOX's global site warns anyone proceeding to INFINOX Limited that they fall outside the European Union's MiFID II regime and lose the protections available under it.
Up to 30:1. INFINOX's own account types page lists leverage of up to 30:1 on both of the accounts it publishes for the United Kingdom, the STP and the ECN, and no higher figure appears anywhere on that site.
INFINOX's United Kingdom client agreement accepts deposits by BACS, SWIFT and credit or debit card only, and states that no cash or cheques are accepted. It names no card brand, no e-wallet and no cryptocurrency route, and it publishes no fee rate: the agreement reserves incidental banking charges such as wire fees and directs clients to primesupport@infinox.co.uk for the charges that currently apply, while bank fees on a client's own payments are the client's responsibility. No minimum deposit is published on the site.
MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, and nothing else on its United Kingdom site. Both are published there as App Store and Google Play downloads that connect to INFINOX's own MetaTrader servers, and the site links no desktop installer, Mac build, browser terminal or API alongside them. The firm lists EA compatibility, four execution order options and 30 indicators for MetaTrader 4, and six execution order options, 12 additional timeframes and 38 indicators for MetaTrader 5.
INFINOX Limited is the group's Mauritius company, and it holds Investment Dealer licence GB20025832 from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, a full service dealer licence excluding underwriting, effective 19 November 2020. The entry was found on the Commission's Online Public Register on 17 October 2026 with no adverse annotation. It is not the company behind the United Kingdom authorisation, which belongs to Infinox Capital Limited, and Mauritius carries no compensation scheme comparable to the United Kingdom's. A client who contracts with INFINOX Limited is therefore outside the United Kingdom regime and outside its ombudsman and compensation arrangements.
