The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has withdrawn the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) licence of Eurotrade Investments RGB Ltd, the entity behind the Eurotrader CFD brand. The regulator published the decision today; the board decision itself is dated 3 August 2026.
According to FX News Group, the withdrawal followed non-compliance findings, including a failure to have at least two persons effectively directing the business and shortcomings in the firm's organisational arrangements.
The same report states that Eurotrade Investments RGB Ltd must resolve outstanding client complaints and delete references to investment services from its websites.
Eurotrade Investments RGB Ltd had held its CIF licence since 2015. The firm had already lost its UK Financial Conduct Authority permission before the Cypriot decision.
