ASIC has cancelled the Australian financial services licence of The Silverfern Group Pty Ltd after the firm ceased carrying on a financial services business. The cancellation followed ASIC enquiries into statutory reporting, audit compliance and unpaid fees, which Silverfern resolved before the licence was cancelled.
