Payout policy
- 35% Best Day rule - With a 35% best-day rule, you must ensure that no single trading day exceeds more than 35% of your total generated profits.
- Minimum 5 winning trading days (PnL ≥ 0.3%) are required between each payout. After a payout request, the count resets to 0
- Payout Buffer – You must keep a buffer equal to your EOD Trailing Drawdown, which cannot be withdrawn. Example: On a $100,000 account with 4% EOD, the buffer is $4,000.
- Payout caps - Payout limits determine how much you can request in a single payout.
- 1st . Payout - 2.5%
- 2nd . Payout - 2.5%
- 3rd . Payout - 4.5%
- 4th . Payout - 5.5%
- 5th. Payout - After reaching your fifth payout, you can request up to $25,000 per account, or you can ask for a transfer to a E8 Pro dedicated account.

Please note that E8 Signature requires a monthly subscription, and there is also an activation fee before moving to Simulated Funded. (The activation fee is $0 for accounts purchased before September 8, 2025.)
- A refund of the initial fee is possible if:
- You are on phase 1 of your evaluation, and there is no trading activity on the account you have purchased
- The account is not older than 30 days from the date of initial purchase
Stop Loss is not mandatory, but highly recommended!
E8 Markets offer a 5% discount on account reset. Instead of canceling and obtaining a new subscription you have an option to reset your account with an active subscription.
