Payout policy
Payouts are requested through the payout request form on the Funder Trading site. A request names the live account, the amount asked for and the payment method, and takes free-text payment instructions.
Three payout methods are offered:
- PayPal
- Direct deposit to a bank account
- Crypto wallet
The cost of the challenge is reimbursed in full with the first payout once a trader is funded. Losses in the live funded account are carried by the firm and not by the trader, at every challenge level.

Trading on the TrueEdge Challenge is limited to stocks and options listed on the NASDAQ and NYSE exchanges.
- All trades must be closed within the same market day, so no position is carried overnight or across a weekend.
- No more than 1,000 shares of any single security may be traded.
- At least 80 round turn trades must be placed during a challenge attempt. A round turn is one completed trade, meaning both a buy and a sell, rather than a single side of it.
- Trading must take place on at least 12 of the 22 trading days that make up an attempt.
Traders work from the TradeFundrr platform, which appears in the member dashboard immediately after registration and carries real-time NASDAQ and NYSE level I and level II market data.
Consistency rules
Reaching the profit target is not on its own enough to complete the TrueEdge Challenge. A trader's performance statistics have to clear three separate thresholds in the same attempt.
- The biggest winning trade must be larger than the largest losing trade.
- The win/loss ratio, calculated as the average amount won per winning trade divided by the average amount lost per losing trade, must equal 1.20 or better.
- The batting average, which the firm calls BAT and calculates as winning trades divided by total trades, must be a minimum of 40 percent.
A trader who hits the profit target while missing any one of these thresholds has not passed the attempt.
Firm rules
Progress is measured over a rolling attempt cycle. Every 22 trading days starts a new attempt at the challenge, and each attempt begins from a fresh simulated balance.
- Hitting the daily maximum loss ends that trading day, but the account resumes on the next trading day.
- No more than three daily maximum losses are allowed within a single challenge attempt.
- Breaching the overall maximum loss ends the attempt.
Account resets are bought separately, for stocks and for options accounts, and are priced at 100 US dollars for one, 175 for two, 250 for three and 325 for five. A reset restores the simulated balance and clears the performance statistics, but it does not restore time. Because an attempt requires at least 12 trading days, a reset can only be used while at least 12 trading days remain, and trading resumes on the following trading day.
