Is R K Global Safe?
R K Global has been registered with SEBI since 1995. SEBI's own records also show that it fined the firm in 2024 over how it settled client funds.
In an adjudication order dated 8 November 2024, SEBI found that the firm had not settled client funds as SEBI's circulars require. The finding came from an inspection covering April 2022 to May 2023. According to SEBI:
- it did not settle active clients in 31 of 3,750 quarterly settlements checked
- it did not make one active-client settlement of ₹76.37 lakh
- it did not return the credit balances of inactive clients in 337 of 19,623 cases checked, worth ₹99.33 lakh in total
SEBI imposed a penalty of ₹3 lakh. The order also notes an earlier SEBI penalty on the firm, by an order dated 28 December 2017. SEBI's enforcement pages also list a notice of demand dated 21 January 2025 under recovery certificate 8574 of 2025. It is for ₹3.10 lakh, which is the 2024 penalty plus interest and recovery cost.

R K Global Trading Platforms

R K Global Deposits and Withdrawals
Clients fund their trading account by UPI or by NEFT or RTGS bank transfer to the firm's own accounts. Its bank details page lists the firm's accounts, all in the name of R K Global Shares & Securities Limited. The firm's investor notice says payments must go only to the broker's pool bank accounts, never to an individual, an unauthorised person or an associate of the broker.
Payouts go to the client's own bank account, and the firm asks clients to give the NEFT details of that account. Under the SEBI rule printed on its site, the broker must return an unused credit balance within three working days if the client has not traded in the last 30 calendar days. It must also settle a running account at least once every 90 days, or every 30 days if the client chooses that.
