UNICORN Brokers Broker Overview
UNICORN Brokers is a forex and CFD brand that presents itself from Turkey and operates under the UNFXCO, UNIPRIME and UNFXB names. Its corporate site, , is a business to business technology operation: it sells trading platforms, CRM and back office systems, liquidity and payment infrastructure to other brokers and proprietary trading firms, and its only call to action is to book a demo. The retail trading offering sits on a separate brand site, , where clients open accounts and trade on the group's own Unicorn Trader platform. Anyone researching UNICORN Brokers as a place to deposit money is looking at that second site, not the technology business the main domain presents.
UNICORN Brokers has no confirmed financial regulation. One of the group's company registrations has now been confirmed on an official companies registry, which is not the same as a licence. The account range on record runs from a 10 US dollar entry tier to a 50,000 US dollar tier, and the group's published terms carry a number of conditions that bear directly on whether a client can withdraw.
UNICORN Brokers Regulation and License
UNICORN Brokers is classified here as operating without confirmed financial regulation. There is one licence claim, number 661903, attributed to the Financial Services Authority. It is treated as the broker's claim, not as established regulation.
The identifiers the brand itself publishes are corporate registrations. Its terms state that UNIPRIME LTD is registered in Mauritius under number AC 177815, in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under number 26505 BC 2021 through the International Business Companies Registry, and in Saint Lucia under number 2024-00028. A number in that form is an international business company registration issued by a companies registry. It records that a company exists. It is not a financial services licence, and it is not issued by a financial regulator.
Is UNICORN Brokers Regulated?
No. On the available evidence, UNICORN Brokers has no confirmed regulation from any financial authority. The registration numbers its own site presents are company registrations, not licences. A client trading through the brand is dealing with an offshore registered company, without the capital requirements, client money segregation rules, reporting obligations or compensation scheme that a licensed firm in a supervised jurisdiction would be subject to.
UNFXB Limited and UNIPRIME LTD
The legal company behind the brand is not the brand name, more than one entity is named, and on the one number that has been checked against a registry the registry and the broker's own site do not agree. The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines companies registry, maintained by that jurisdiction's Financial Services Authority, lists UNFXB Limited under registration number 26505, incorporated on 28 October 2021, at a registered address of Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Kingstown. That entry was confirmed on 16 October 2026. The broker's own terms attribute the same number, written there as 26505 BC 2021, to UNIPRIME LTD instead.
Alongside those, the brand is linked to UNIPRIME LTD in Mauritius under AC 177815, UNIPRIME LTD in Saint Lucia under 2024-00028, a UNIPRIME PTY LTD, a UNIPRIME support office carrying a Cyprus number, and a Turkish contact address in Yalova in the name UNICORN BROKERS INVESTMENT CONSULTANCY LIMITED. Several registered names across several jurisdictions, none of them the brand a client signs up with, is a material consideration: it affects which company a client's contract is actually with, and which courts would hear a dispute. The group's terms name Mauritius law and the Mauritian courts.
Is UNICORN Brokers Safe?
The absence of confirmed regulation is the central safety consideration, and several of the group's own published terms compound it rather than soften it.
The terms prohibit expert advisors on the ECN Pro and ECN Gold accounts, with immediate suspension of the account and no transactions or withdrawals from the main capital permitted if automated trading is detected. They allow the company to recover past profits it judges to have come from abusive trading, and to cancel profits arising from prices it considers wrongly executed, without prior notice. They state that client funds passed to a third party may be held in an omnibus account that cannot be separated from other funds, which sits against any expectation of fully segregated client money. One clause allows the broker to close an account and block funds where it considers a client to have spread false information about it or insulted the company, which places ordinary public complaint at risk of a funding consequence. The percentage deductions that can apply on withdrawal are set out under fees below.
None of this establishes misconduct. It does establish that the written terms give the company wide discretion over client money, and that a client has little external recourse given the regulatory position above.
UNICORN Brokers Account Types
The account range on record covers eight tiers. Standard opens at 10 US dollars with leverage up to 1:1000 and no stated commission. ECN opens at 100 US dollars with leverage up to 1:500 and commission from 4 US dollars per lot. Pro ECN opens at 1,000 US dollars with leverage up to 1:200 and commission from 5 US dollars per lot. Gold opens at 50,000 US dollars with leverage up to 1:100. An Islamic swap free tier opens at 100 US dollars with leverage up to 1:300 and commission from 8 US dollars per lot, and PAMM, MAM and copy trading accounts open at 100 US dollars with leverage up to 1:200.
Note that the prohibition on expert advisors applies specifically to the ECN Pro and ECN Gold accounts, so the tiers aimed at more active traders are the ones where automated strategies carry the stated penalty.
UNICORN Brokers Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Commission is charged per lot on the ECN and managed tiers, from 4 US dollars per lot on ECN, from 5 on Pro ECN, from 4.50 on copy trading and from 8 on the Islamic tier, while the Standard tier is recorded with no commission. No spread table is published, and no representative spread figure is available.
The costs that come from the terms rather than from any pricing page are the ones that are easy to miss. An inactivity fee of 15 EUR is applied once an account has been inactive for 60 days, and again every 15 days after that. A withdrawal may carry a fee of up to 5 per cent depending on the banking institution and method used. Where a client deposits and withdraws without trading, the terms allow a deduction of 10 per cent of the amount, with the stated benchmark that every 1,000 US dollars deposited should have been traded as at least 5 lots, and a 5 per cent deduction applies where trading volume is merely low.
UNICORN Brokers Leverage
Leverage runs from 1:100 on the highest tier up to 1:1000 on the Standard account, varying by account rather than being fixed across the brand. The terms add a condition to the headline figure. If a client has been granted leverage above 1:500 on the basis of account balance, and the balance then falls below 2,500 US dollars during open trades, leverage is reduced immediately to the maximum otherwise allowable.
UNICORN Brokers Trading Platforms
Trading is on Unicorn Trader, the group's own terminal, which the site terms also call Unictrader. It is published for Windows, macOS and Linux, as an iOS and Android app, and as a browser terminal at . Charting is TradingView powered, and the platform supports automated strategies and custom indicators through the group's own UNI language.
There is no MetaTrader terminal for clients. MetaTrader appears on the corporate site only as infrastructure sold to other brokers, in the form of gateway and chart data feed products and administrator training, which is a different thing from a client being able to trade on MT4 or MT5 here. Traders who require MetaTrader should treat that as a straightforward exclusion.
UNICORN Brokers Deposits and Withdrawals
Four families of payment method are on record: credit and debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies, with an entry minimum of 10 US dollars. The group's terms state that the methods, limits, fees and procedures that actually apply are those presented in the client area or on the website, and that payments run through third party payment processors with which the client holds a separate agreement, so the operative figures sit behind a client login rather than on a public page.
The withdrawal conditions in the terms are the part to read first. Minimum withdrawals are stated as 25 US dollars for a Cent account and 50 US dollars for all others, which is above the 10 US dollar deposit minimum. Processing can take up to five working days. Money is returned only by the route it arrived, a bank withdrawal is accepted only to an account in the client's own name, and a cryptocurrency withdrawal is approved only to the same wallet address that funded the account. A cancelled withdrawal request cannot be reopened and must be submitted again.
UNICORN Brokers Support
Support is by telephone on +44 800 520 0082, by email at support@unicornbrokers.com, and by live chat, with published hours of Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. No timezone is given for those hours, and the freephone number is a United Kingdom one while the stated office is in Turkey. English is the only listed support language. The FAQ on the corporate site answers questions from institutional buyers about launching a brokerage rather than questions a retail client would ask.
UNICORN Brokers Pros and Cons
On the positive side, the group develops and runs its own multi platform terminal rather than reselling a third party one, with desktop, mobile and browser builds and TradingView charting. The entry minimum of 10 US dollars is low, the account range is broad, and a swap free tier and managed and copy trading accounts are available. One of the group's company registrations, UNFXB Limited in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, has been confirmed on that jurisdiction's companies registry.
Against that: there is no confirmed financial regulation; the registration numbers the brand publishes are company registrations presented in a regulatory frame, and on the one number checked the registry names a different company from the one the broker's terms name; several different legal names are involved across several jurisdictions and none is the brand itself; the written terms allow percentage deductions on withdrawal, an inactivity fee, recovery of past profits and fund blocking in circumstances including public criticism of the company; funds passed to third parties may sit in an omnibus account; withdrawal minimums exceed the deposit minimum; expert advisors are prohibited on two account types; and there is no MetaTrader option for clients.
UNICORN Brokers Review and Assessment
UNICORN Brokers is best understood as two things under one name: a technology vendor selling broker infrastructure, and an offshore registered retail trading brand running that technology. The platform is genuinely the group's own and is more fully built than most proprietary terminals, and the entry minimum is accessible.
The regulatory position is the deciding factor. There is no confirmed licence from a financial authority, the identifiers the brand publishes are corporate registrations rather than licences, and the contract a client signs gives the company broad discretion over withdrawals, past profits and account closure, under Mauritius law and Mauritian jurisdiction. The single most important thing to establish before funding an account is which legal entity the contract is with, because the registry and the broker's own terms do not currently name the same company behind the one registration number that has been checked, and it is the terms rather than a regulator that will govern the outcome.

How we know — 9 sources
1The refused countries come from the broker's footer disclaimer, which reads: "Please note that UNIPRIME does not provide services to residents of the United States of America, Turkey and Mauritian due to regional restrictions." Source: https://unfxb.com/deposit-and-withdrawal/; the same text appears on every published page of that site.
2"Mauritian" is a demonym rather than a country name, and the broker's own Persian footer resolves it to Mauritius: it states that UNIPRIME provides no services to residents of the country of Mauritius or within the territory of that country (https://unfxb.com/?lang=fa). MU is recorded on that basis.
3The US dependent territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands) fall under the US block and are not confirmed refusals in their own right. The disclaimer names the United States of America but none of them.
4There are no likely but unconfirmed refusals. The client agreement at https://unfxb.com/terms-conditions/ reserves a discretionary right to refuse products and services to any person or entity and to change its eligibility criteria at any time, but it names no country and no category of countries, so no codes are attributed to it.
5Iran is recorded as explicitly accepted on the strength of the broker's own funding and about pages. https://unfxb.com/deposit-and-withdrawal/ lists "Rial Bank Iran" in Rial as both a deposit and a withdrawal method with no commission; the Persian version of that page instructs clients to use the rial top-up option in their account cabinet; and https://unfxb.com/about-unfxb/ describes the firm as the most active Iranian broker with extensive experience.
6Afghanistan is recorded as explicitly accepted on the same funding page, which lists "Exchange in Afghanistan" in AFN and USD as both a deposit and a withdrawal method with no commission.
7The registration form enforces no country restriction. The sign-up flow at https://portalunfxb.com/auth/sign-up offers the complete international country list, Iran and the United States included, and its country selector is configured with no excluded-country and no allowed-country filter, so onboarding is not gated by country at sign-up. A residency check may still be applied during later identity verification, which could not be observed without opening an account.
8No dedicated restricted-countries or accepted-countries page exists. No such page exists on the retail site, and across all 335 of its published pages the footer disclaimer is the only country-restriction statement.
9This policy is the retail brokerage's, published on https://unfxb.com. The stored main website https://unicornbrokers.com serves the group's business-to-business technology brand, which publishes no client onboarding and no country policy of its own.

Unicorn Trader, the broker's own terminal, called Unictrader in the site terms. Windows, macOS and Linux builds, a web terminal and iOS and Android apps, delivered to brokers and prop firms as a brandable B2B component.
Only on some accounts, and the penalty for getting it wrong is severe. The platform supports automated strategies and custom indicators through the group's own UNI language, but the terms state that the use of expert advisors on the ECN Pro and ECN Gold accounts is strictly prohibited, and that if it is detected the account is suspended immediately with no transactions or withdrawals from the main capital permitted.
Two further limits apply on any account type. An expert advisor the broker considers to contain malicious algorithms can have the account suspended regardless of tier, and automated scalping or hedging at very short intervals is prohibited and leads to closure of the account with no withdrawal of the principal.
No. Clients trade on Unicorn Trader, the group's own terminal, and the broker's platform and download pages publish no MetaTrader terminal of any kind: no server name, no client download and no MetaTrader web terminal.
MetaTrader does appear on the corporate site, but as infrastructure sold to other brokers in the form of gateway, chart data feed and administrator training products. That is a different thing from being able to trade on MT4 or MT5 here, so traders who require MetaTrader should treat it as an exclusion.
WIKILIX has not made that finding. What it can say is that there is no confirmed financial regulation, that one of the brand's published identifiers has now been confirmed as a company registration rather than a licence, and that the trading brand runs on a different domain from the corporate site the name points at.
The written terms are the part to read closely. They allow percentage deductions on withdrawal where trading volume is low, an inactivity fee, recovery of past profits the company judges abusive, and closure of an account and blocking of funds where it considers a client to have spread false information about it. None of that establishes misconduct, and it is better weighed as contract risk than as proof of fraud.
The group's retail site states that it does not provide services to residents of the United States, Turkey or Mauritius, citing regional restrictions.
The Turkey exclusion stands out, because the brand presents itself as Turkish and gives a Turkish office address. Mauritius is the jurisdiction of the brand's named operating company.
Withdrawals are returned only by the route the money arrived, and a cryptocurrency withdrawal is approved only to the wallet address that funded the account. Minimum withdrawals are 25 US dollars for a Cent account and 50 US dollars for all others, both above the 10 US dollar deposit minimum.
A cancelled request cannot be reopened and has to be submitted again. Bonus funds and profits on them are withdrawable only once the required lot volume has been met, and the terms allow the company to recover past profits it judges to have come from abusive trading and to cancel profits from prices it considers wrongly executed.
Trading costs are per lot commissions on the ECN and managed accounts, from 4 US dollars per lot, with the Standard tier recorded as commission free. No spread table is published.
Two non trading charges matter more. The terms apply an inactivity fee of 15 EUR every 15 days once an account has been inactive for 60 days, and reserve a withdrawal fee of up to 5 per cent depending on the institution and method. A further 10 per cent may be deducted where funds are withdrawn without any trading, or 5 per cent where trading volume is low.
Eight tiers are on record: Standard from 10 US dollars, ECN from 100, Pro ECN from 1,000 and Gold from 50,000, plus an Islamic swap free account from 100 and PAMM, MAM and copy trading accounts from 100.
Commission is charged per lot on the ECN and managed tiers, from 4 US dollars per lot on ECN, from 5 on Pro ECN, from 4.50 on copy trading and from 8 on the Islamic account, while Standard is recorded with no commission. The terms prohibit expert advisors on the ECN Pro and ECN Gold accounts, with suspension and no withdrawal of principal if automated trading is detected.
More than one company is named, and on the one number that has been checked the registry and the broker's own site do not agree. The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines companies registry lists UNFXB Limited under registration number 26505, incorporated on 28 October 2021 at Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Kingstown, confirmed on 16 October 2026. The broker's own terms attribute that same number, written as 26505 BC 2021, to UNIPRIME LTD instead.
Several other names are on record: UNIPRIME LTD in Mauritius under AC 177815, which the terms present alongside Mauritius law and the Mauritian courts, UNIPRIME LTD in Saint Lucia under 2024-00028, a UNIPRIME PTY LTD, a UNIPRIME support office carrying a Cyprus number, and a Turkish contact address in Yalova in the name UNICORN BROKERS INVESTMENT CONSULTANCY LIMITED. None is the brand a client signs up with, so which company the contract is actually with is worth establishing before funding an account.
UNICORN Brokers offers Unicorn Trader, the group's own platform, which its site terms also call Unictrader. It is published as a Windows, macOS and Linux desktop application, as iOS and Android apps, and as a browser terminal at webtrade.unicorntrader.com.
Charting is TradingView powered, and the platform supports automated strategies and custom indicators through the group's own UNI language. There is no MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 terminal for clients: MetaTrader appears on the corporate site only as infrastructure sold to other brokerages.
The entry minimum is 10 US dollars on the Standard account. The other tiers are higher: 100 US dollars for the ECN, Islamic, PAMM, MAM and copy trading accounts, 1,000 US dollars for Pro ECN and 50,000 US dollars for Gold. The group's retail site advertises Unicorn Trader accounts at the 10 and 100 US dollar minimums.
Note that the deposit minimum is lower than the withdrawal minimum: the published terms set minimum withdrawals of 25 US dollars for a Cent account and 50 US dollars for all other accounts.
The broker publishes no per transaction cryptocurrency fee schedule on a public page, and its terms state that the methods, limits and fees that actually apply are the ones shown in the client area. What the terms do set out is a withdrawal fee of up to 5 per cent, depending on the banking institution and method used.
Two further conditions matter more than the fee. A cryptocurrency withdrawal is approved only to the same wallet address that funded the account. And where a client deposits and withdraws without trading, the terms allow a deduction of 10 per cent of the amount, with the stated benchmark that every 1,000 US dollars deposited should have been traded as at least 5 lots.
Leverage depends on the account. It runs up to 1:1000 on the Standard account, 1:500 on ECN, 1:300 on the Islamic tier, 1:200 on Pro ECN and on the PAMM, MAM and copy trading accounts, and 1:100 on Gold.
One condition applies to the higher figures. Where leverage above 1:500 has been granted on the basis of account balance and the balance then falls below 2,500 US dollars while trades are open, the terms state that leverage is reduced immediately to the maximum otherwise allowable.
Support is available Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, by telephone on +44 800 520 0082, by email at support@unicornbrokers.com and by live chat. No timezone is stated for those hours.
English is the only support language published. The freephone number is a United Kingdom one while the stated office address is in Turkey, and the FAQ on the corporate site is written for firms buying brokerage technology rather than for retail clients.
Four families of payment method are on record: credit and debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies, with deposits from 10 US dollars.
The operative limits and fees are not on a public page. The group's terms state that the methods, limits, fees and procedures that apply are those shown in the client area or on the website, with payments running through third party processors. Withdrawals return only by the method used to deposit, cryptocurrency only to the funding wallet address, and the terms set minimum withdrawals of 25 US dollars for a Cent account and 50 US dollars for all others.
No. UNICORN Brokers has no confirmed financial regulation. One licence claim is on record, number 661903, attributed to the Financial Services Authority, and it is treated here as the broker's claim rather than as established regulation.
What is confirmed is corporate registration, which is a different thing. UNFXB Limited appears on the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines companies registry under number 26505, incorporated on 28 October 2021, confirmed on 16 October 2026. A registration of that kind records that a company exists; it is not a financial services licence and carries none of the capital, client money segregation or reporting duties a licensed broker has.
