Does Prop Nimbus pay out?
No. On the evidence available, a trader who passes a Prop Nimbus evaluation today has no realistic route to being paid, because the platform that processes payouts no longer works. The client dashboa…

Payout policy
Funded traders withdraw on a bi weekly cycle, and the payout route depends on the size of the request.
- Requests of $300 or less are paid in USDT or USDC.
- Requests above $300 are processed through Rise.
- The minimum withdrawal is $100.
- A first withdrawal request requires at least 4 completed trading days. Later requests require 3.
- Requests are processed within 2 business days.
- On Instant Funded accounts the first withdrawal also requires at least 6% total profit, and taking a withdrawal locks the trailing drawdown to the account balance at that moment.
Payouts are released only once identity verification is complete, which the firm handles through SumSub. A short video ID check may additionally be required where an account shows unusual activity such as multiple IP addresses or suspected third party trading, or where it is flagged for compliance review before a payout. A payout can be paused and the account suspended while that check is outstanding.
Accounts won through a free promotion not run by Prop Nimbus itself are limited to a single payout, after which the account is closed.

A commission is charged on every market; the per-lot figures are below.
- FX
- Indices
- Metals
- Energy
- Other Commodities
- Crypto
Prop Nimbus trades on raw spreads, quoted from 0.0, and charges commission per lot rather than widening the spread.
- Forex: $4 per lot
- Commodities, including metals and energy: $4 per lot
- Indices: no commission
- Crypto: no commission
The evaluation comparison table states the same charge as $4.00 per round lot, and Instant Funded accounts as $4 per round trip.
Swap is charged on positions held overnight, and a triple swap applies on Wednesdays to account for the weekend.

Prop Nimbus applies one set of trading rules across its evaluation and funded accounts, with tighter news handling once a trader is past the first phase.
- News trading. Unrestricted during Phase 1. On Phase 2 and funded accounts, opening, closing or modifying positions is prohibited from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after a high impact release. Stop loss or take profit orders triggered inside that window may have their profits removed without a breach being recorded. Releases are tracked against the Forex Factory economic calendar.
- Instant Funded accounts observe the same 5 minute window around red folder news, with pre set stop loss and take profit orders still honoured.
- Overnight and weekend holding. Both allowed, Friday to Monday included. Accounts are not intended for swing trading, and a position held longer than 24 hours outside a weekend hold counts as a violation.
- Expert Advisors. Not supported. The firm states its system does not accept EAs or any third party software.
- Copy trading and signals. Not permitted, treated as forms of group trading.
- Hedging and martingale. Both allowed. Stop losses are recommended but never mandatory, and there is no maximum lot size.
- Layering. Allowed within limits: no more than three open positions on the same asset at once on evaluation accounts, and no more than two on Instant Funded accounts.
- Risk per symbol. Total unrealised loss on any one symbol may not exceed 2% of the starting balance at any moment. Breaching it closes every position on that symbol.
- Crypto may be traded over the weekend on evaluation accounts. VPNs and VPSs are permitted, but third party trading on an account is not.
The daily limit resets at 3 AM UTC each day.
Consistency rules
Prop Nimbus applies a consistency rule to both of its programs, at a different threshold for each.
Evaluation accounts, 45%. No single trading day may contribute more than 45% of total profit during Phase One or Phase Two. On a $25,000 account the 8% target is $2,000, which caps any one day at $900. The rule stops applying once the account is funded.
Instant Funded accounts, 25%. The highest profit day may not exceed 25% of total profits, measured at the time a withdrawal is requested.
Consistency is scored as top day realised profit divided by lifetime accumulated profit, multiplied by 100. A top day of $100 against $300 lifetime profit scores 33.33%. The dashboard meter displays only between 0% and 100%, so the figure can be worked out by hand when it appears capped.
Traders must also trade a minimum of 3 days and show consistent results in order to pass.
Firm rules
Beyond the loss limits, Prop Nimbus fails or closes accounts on the following grounds.
- Inactivity. Accounts close after 30 days of inactivity, and at least 10 trades must be executed within 30 days of starting a challenge. Separately, placing no trade at all for 90 consecutive days after activation terminates the service with no fee refund.
- One account at a time. Traders may buy multiple challenges but may actively trade only one Instant Funded or funded account at any moment. Trading several at once is prohibited and can end both ongoing evaluations and funded accounts.
- Minimum trading days. Three days per phase. A trader who reaches the target early must keep opening and closing at least one trade per day until the requirement is met.
- Passwords. The credentials issued by email must be used as supplied. Changing the password is prohibited.
- Strategies that exploit a simulated feed. Platform or data freezing, delayed feeds, trading on delayed charts, tick scalping, high frequency trading, arbitrage bots, reverse and latency arbitrage, hedge arbitrage, emulators and grid trading all breach the terms.
- Gambling. All or nothing strategies may cost profits, reset a phase or terminate an account outright.
- Identity verification. KYC is mandatory. Failing or declining it removes access to funded accounts, challenge participation and payouts, and challenge purchases are not refunded in that case.
Breaches are graded. A soft breach carries a warning and the account stays active, while a second or more serious breach is a hard breach that fails the challenge or closes the account.
Traders contact Prop Nimbus support directly. Approaching the execution broker about an account is prohibited and can lead to suspension.
